Vilenius had a penchant for getting into trouble. He had a habit of running right into it. Or, starting it.
He’d been out tonight, full of pent up energy and desperate to find something to let it out on. Chaos was an easy target–he hated it. He wanted to destroy every ounce of it.
When he found a youma in the park, of course it made for a suitable target. He’d found it lurking, alone. There were people nearby; he’d heard them talking. He avoided them, because even if he didn’t care about how they perceived his appearance, he’d been warned about revealing himself to people not involved in Earth’s ‘war’.
He might not have cared about much right now, but he respected his host’s request, and he didn’t want to give them trouble. Even if they’d sort of asked for it by bringing him in in the first place.
The youma he’d encountered so far had been easy enough to dust.
This one, he’d been fighting with for over twenty minutes.
He’d used his magic once and it misfired and hit him, and it didn’t help that the youma had started off the size of an anteater and had–and some point in time, unrolled its body and was nearly the size of a bear now. Vilenius didn’t know Earth animals, he only knew that this thing had grown in size and was still fighting.
It should be dust right now. It had gotten in a few good swipes; his arm was scratched and bleeding, and he knew his side had suffered the same. He was bruised, not badly, because the youma seemed to be uncoordinated in this larger form.
It had taken more damage than he had, but it was still standing. Swaying on its feet, sure, but it lunged at him with so much momentum that he flew back and hit a tree–and it was barreling right towards him while he tried to pick himself up.
He noticed the energy signature of another Senshi. The youma didn’t.
So far as Vilenius was concerned, he was still on his own.
He would never admit it, but some help would be great.

Godiva had felt an energy signature - - well two. One was a youma and the other was an order aura from what she could tell. As she got closer because she'd seen people out she did her best to hurry to get to the terrorizing monster - - why were people out at this time of night!?
The order senshi gave a frustrated sigh and paused -- that youma was huugeee "Holy sheets batman." She said as she looked around and grabbed the largest random object she could reasonably pick up to try and throw at the critter. Maybe she could distract it for the other senshi? He looked different but surely he was a senshi as far as she could tell and very . . . pretty gothy kind of looking senshi? Well that didn't matter right now as far as if he was actually a senshi or not --
"If I draw it away can you dust it?" She shouted hoping it would draw the youma's aggression towards her before she flung the empty coffee cup she found. Shame someone had left their fancy Starbucks cup as litter in the park, but it was the best she had. It looked like the other senshi might be hurt as well, she could help some with that. "We can get you patched up once it's down."

Vilenius was too driven by adrenaline and rage to be embarrassed or ashamed about being thrown backwards by the monster. He probably could have been more grateful at Godiva’s arrival, but instead he snarled–if not at her, then at the youma. His frustration and disgust and outright hatred of Chaos wasn’t healthy in the most ordinary of contexts, but this was something dangerous.
So what if he threw himself at it?
Someone had to do something to stop it, and it wasn’t like th rest of the Earthlings had really made a dent in the Negaverse’s plan to–well, destroy the world, or whatever Chaos did.
Vilenius didn’t care for the specifics. They were bad. And the Chaos made his skin crawl.
Briefly, the youma jerked its head towards the new Sensh–and it snarled and growled with such ferocity that it almost dwarfed Vilenius’ previous expression. It dug its great claw into the ground and scooped up a giant handful of dirt and grass and hurled it at Godiva with incredible force.
Vilenius wasn’t thinking about getting himself patched up–he was thinking about destroying the youma.
As soon as its attention was on Godiva, he hurled itself atop the creature and climbed up its bag. He dug his nails into it as deep as he could, and sank his teeth into every patch of flesh he could find.
The youma thrashed, and it seemed like it had already greatly worn itself out.
If they could keep this up for just a little longer, they could be rid of it.
…Which was good for Vilenius, who didn’t seem to stop until it was gone, and he looked like he needed a break, too.

Godiva squeaked and used her arms to shield her face from the dirt as she stood her ground. It hurt when it hit because that thing could throw. When the dirt cleared and she could safely put her arms down some so she could see. Godiva saw Vilenius throwing himself on the beastie and sinking teeth and nails into it.
That was . . . vaguely impressive and yet Godiva was a little on the nopppeee not biting that train. That guy had more guts than she did. However the peppermint senshi did decide to do something a little out of the normal for her. She dashed up towards the youma and called her attack. "Cool as peppermint!"
I guess we're putting this to the test to see how well this works or how stupid this is. She thought as Godiva tried to grab the youma's face aiming for it's eyes so it couldn't see while Vilenius had the beastie by the back. If she could get the oils from her attack in it's eyes maybe it'd help cause the youma to have trouble seeing. She was sure Monoceros was probably going to be happy to find out she did try this but Godiva was also sure there was probably a place on the moon that was some sort of jail or hell for senshi who used their attack as unintended.Kyuseisha no Hikari Sailor Scout Attack: Cool as Peppermint! Godiva calls this attack to summon magical oils on her hands, when she touches someone with this attack, (friend, foe or herself) they instantly begin to feel a cooling sensation. This sensation maybe slightly distracting but if the targeted person has any injuries they feel slightly relieved from the pain; or if there is an irritant affecting their breathing this relieves some of the symptoms. The magical oils on her hands can last up to 30 seconds and she can use this attack twice. However, she only has enough oil for one target at this stage each time she summons this attack, and the effects last until the magical oil 'vaporizes'. This attack leaves a faint scent of peppermint for a short time after its disappeared.

The youma wailed. Spittle flew from its mouth, and it writhed as the magic burned into its eyes. It thrashed, but it wasn’t able to dislodge her or Vilenius from its back. It bucked, like a raging bull, but it was in no state to put up any substantial fight. It did more damage to itself than to the Senshi, and with the continued efforts of Godiva and Vilenius, its entire front end suddenly turned to dust.
The rest followed.
Vilenius, without anything to hold onto, fell in a heap to the ground. He didn’t get up.
For a moment, he rested on his elbows with his head bowed down, and then he grunted rather indignantly.
Finally, he rolled onto his back and stared up at Godiva.
A few seconds passed. He squinted at her.
“Who are you?” he demanded, not ungrateful but certainly with a bit of petulance. He was still wrinkling his nose at the lingering scent of peppermint in the air.

"Godiva" She answered when Vilenius asked who she was, "Senshi of peppermint."
She knelt down beside him, "And you are?" She was looking at this wounds and called her attack again, "Also I apologize this might sting a bit but the should make you feel better at least numb some of the pain from these wounds."
Godiva figured he'd probably fight her a bit as she started to work towards getting him some first aid, but that was fine her sisters would usually do the same thing and her brother . . . back when he was with them and not on the other side.
Godiva tore some of her fuku in order to use it for bandages. They wouldn't stay probably but it'd give time to at least slow any bleeding. She was still trying to figure out something that was nagging in the back of her mind but she let it slide for now. Maybe he'd bring something up to explain what was bothering her.

He squinted at her name, and more at her sphere, but he asked no more of either.
For a few seconds, it seemed as though he might not have had any intention of answering. He nearly rolled to the side to push himself up and wriggle away, but instead he just lay still and watched her.
“Vilenius,” he introduced. He didn’t seem particularly friendly or glad to share his name, and spoke through gritted teeth. “This is just a scratch.”
He made no effort to stop her from helping him. Instead, he watched her for a few seconds and seemed to be inspecting her expression.
“Is there something on your mind or is that just the way your face looks?”

"Nice to meet you!" She said as she applied the peppermint ointment to his various wounds. She also tore her skirt to use as a bandage to help keep some of the larger scratches covered instead of exposed to the elements.
"You don't seem . . . to be from around here?" She said in a questioning tone. "I don't think I've met a senshi like you before." She added as an after thought as she checked him over for anything she missed as far as wounds go.
"That should help you feel better, the peppermint'll at least help keep it from hurting as bad."

Vilenius wore a sour expression, and even if the peppermint was helping to ease the pain, he was still too wound up to be appreciative about it. With a scowl on his face, he rolled his shoulders as if to test that all of his limbs still worked.
It didn’t matter how polite or kind Godiva seemed, Vilenius didn’t smile. He grumbled something under his breath before answering, “No. I am not from here. But I appreciate your help.”
Even if he sounded like he had to spit out the gratitude.
And, to her credit, he did feel better already.

To be honest, his response gave her more questions than answers. And he seemed rather ornery. Maybe she needed more than peppermint to quell his irritation. "So, if you don't mind my asking - where are you from?"
She settled down her legs tucked underneath her as she listened to his words, "You're welcome!" Maybe he was just irritable, since she heard the attempt of sounding grateful. She doubted there was going to be much to lessen his grumpiness she probably could compare him to grumpy bear or oscar the grouch. She figured she'd stay with Vilenius until at least he felt like getting up again.
There was no use in leaving someone vulnerable like that. "Does anything else hurt? I can bandage it up, since I've used all my magic for the time being."

The corner of his lip twitched again, but this might have been a natural response rather than any particular disdain for her. He was naturally prickly, given the circumstances. He followed her with his eyes, maybe a bit suspiciously.
“Vilenius,” he answered, and despite the huffy tone, there was a bit of question in his voice, like he thought that much was obvious.
Oh, but the Senshi on Earth were different.
Begrudgingly, he pushed himself into a seated position. His hair spilled around him and he made no effort to collect it or keep the grass or sticks from getting tangled in his long hair. That was a problem for later. If ever.
“No, I’m fine.” Even if he’d been in pain, his pride and dignity wouldn’t have let him admit it. “Why are you still here? The monster is gone.”
He didn’t ask in the tone of someone who was demanding she leave, he asked as if he were genuinely perplexed about what kept her in the area. Although, his sour expression really didn’t help the delivery, and he hadn’t put enough thought into the question to word it in a kinder way.

Godiva had a blank stare for a minute before it was like something struck her. "So you're not from earth?" It still left her thinking, "Oh wow so your namesake is like liveable?"
Granted she hadn't visited her own namesake but that was one of those things that -- well it impressed her that there were liveable ones, she never imagined that was a real thing.
When he said he was fine she looked at him and looked him over, "You're just as bad as my sibblings." There was a chuckle, "None of them ever want to say where they hurt either."
Though his tone when he asked why she was still there she shrugged, "Well you were exhausted and laying on the ground, do you want me to leave you to whatever comes next?" She asked in a tone very much like she'd use for her own sibblings when she was trying to take care of them and they were fighting her.
"The monster is gone but there's other monsters out here besides the obvious ones."

Vilenius’ nose wrinkled and he looked at her like he was repulsed that she might think he was from Earth. And she compared him to her siblings! He didn’t know if that was a good thing, but she was comparing him to Earth people, too, so it was questionable.
Though he might have liked to stay on the ground, she made a good point. He was vulnerable down there. Pride demanded he stand up now that she’d called him out on it, so he did. Briefly, he swayed on his feet, but he was quick to mask it by brushing himself off. When the leaves were off of his clothes, he started to shake out his hair.
“What other monsters do you have here? I know what Chaos feels like. And cars.” He had a hard time imagining anything worse than that in the city, but then–Earth was still very new to him.
“Earth is not so dangerous. No, I am not from here. I am from Vilenius. But I would not say it is ‘livable’ right now. Everyone has gone. Somewhere. I don’t know where. I don’t care.”

Godiva tilted her head to the side and eventually stood up herself. "Well, other monsters -- Humans. Sadly a lot of them can be very unsavory characters. Some will try to rob or mug you. Or well worse."
She paused when he said it wasn't livable. "Oh I'm sorry everyone's gone and it's not livable."
Godiva could only imagine what it must be like she'd never actually gone to her homeworld. "Do you know how you ended up here or did you just wake up here?" There was a pause, "Aha, that might be a dumb question though." Surely he didn't just bamf and he was here like magic right?

Though Vilenius had only been on Earth for a short time–all things considered–he had already begun to understand such unsavory characters.
He waved his hand dismissively, though it wasn’t really clear what he was attempting to brush aside.
Either he thought he had nothing to worry about from anyone here on Earth or he was too guarded to talk about his own world. Or maybe there was something else on his mind, anyway.
“No. I don’t know how I wound up here. I was awake, I saw, but I cannot explain it. There was an energy calling to me. I grabbed hold of it. I was brought here.” He shrugged, but there was a bit of agitation behind it. He didn’t like not knowing, but he appreciated its rescue.
“Is that a dumb question?” Her question seemed justified to him and despite the scowl he wore, he looked back at her with some interest. “I have asked what magic brought me here. But no one on Earth knows.”
