It was a lovely summer evening. Izanami loved nights like this--warm, and comfortable, and honestly, just the right temperature to be out in her light-but-pretty fuku. She let out a soft, contented sigh, letting her legs hang over the edge of the building she was sitting on, and taking in the sun as it dipped below the horizon, painting the city in pinks and oranges and blues and purples as it went.
It reminded her of the ever-twilight of her world, the sky constantly painted these colors, and of the life that she had found returning to it. Her planet was, it seemed, healing, and Izanami was all too eager to see it do more. She thought of the butterflies that she had spitted there, and wondered what other strange creatures might one day return to it.
Perhaps she ought to visit it tonight, though she could admit that it seemed a bit boring to visit it alone. She did so frequently, of course, cleaning the manor complex and beginning to tend to the great graveyard that it overlooked, but it was quiet and lonely there, with only glimpses of the past for company. She had begun, she thought, to get a picture of the Senshi of Izanami as she had once been; a quiet, polite girl, with a soft smile and a softer voice, who seemed to take well to her lonely duty as a keeper of the dead.
Izanami wondered if she would be able to find that kind of tranquility someday. It sounded...nice. Like something very different from her life as it was now, which, in truth, was sort of the opposite of tranquil.
Ah well. That sort of thing was a pipedream, really. She ought not to dwell on it too much. Not when she was on Earth, and there was, ever, so very much to do.
She could feel a Chaos aura nearby, but it felt Dark Mirror--and they generally seemed alright enough. So she waited, wondering if whoever it was might come by and say hello.

Bélénos had just begun her night—she didn't like to go out as Bélénos until night truly fell, because it made it so much easier to steal energy and get away with it. But... the dusk was gorgeous, and the colors of the sunset weaving through the city skyline and alleyways invigorated her. She could maybe start a little early... But then she felt the White Moon aura and paused, biting her lip. Hmm... Well, she hadn't done anything yet tonight, right? Yeah! She could try to make friends, and if it went sideways, she was pretty sure there was a mirror nearby somewhere she could dip into and be safe! She leapt up to the roofs until she found the White Moon Senshi—oh no, she's super pretty!!—and smiled. "Good sunset tonight, right?" she asked, palms sweating.

A first-stage Dark Mirror aura was not, honestly, something that Izanami was particularly concerned about. The Dark Mirror, on the whole, were easy to deal with and generally nonthreatening. Every encounter she'd had so far reinforced that. It was why she'd been discomfited by Angelica's declaration of intent to destroy all Chaos--such wanton killing would unquestionably catch those who were simply trying to exist, and had been unlucky enough to be recruited into the wrong faction.
So, when one approached her, Izanami didn't move, not until there was someone calling out, and she turned towards the other Senshi with a polite smile.
"It is, isn't it? Would you like to sit and watch it with me?"
There was, after all, space on the roof, and sharing this moment with someone else would not, somehow, make it less magical.
She sighed, fondly, as deeper purples began to stretch into the sky.
"The sky on my planet looks like this," she said, "all the time. It's...quite amazing."

Oh, good, she was one of the real friendly White Moon weirdos. Bélénos really didn't like fighting, especially since her magic was... very not meant for battles. At least, not one-on-one. All she could do was support those better than her, which sucked. She liked the idea of holding her own, dangit. "Wow, really? All the time? That does sound pretty amazing," she said, sitting down next to Izanami. "What's it like, having a planet to go to? I've, uh. Never really had the chance to ask anyone." She had a strong suspicion she would prefer to stay in the Dark Mirror regardless, but knowing wouldn't hurt her. Especially since it would just be one person's opinion. Or else, why would people deliberately corrupt and lose their access to their planet by either going Corrupt or Dark Mirror? Hearing a good opinion would be nice, at the very least.

"It's quite special," Izanami agreed. "And I...am glad to have it. It's always quiet. There's no one else there, and there's plenty to do--it's started coming back to life, and that, I've found, means absolutely endless weeding. And...there are butterflies."
There was a small little smile on her face as she thought of it, soft and sincere even if it was tiny.
"Would you like to see it? I can show you."

Bélénos listened quietly, closing her eyes for a moment to let herself imagine it. It did sound quite lovely. Permanent sunset and tons of butterflies flitting about. She wondered if it was like a meadow or like a forest or what—but she doubted she would ever know for sure. After all, it definitely wasn't like the White Moon ever trusted anyone aligned with Chaos long enough to— Wait, what. Huh. Excuse me??She gaped stupidly at Izanami for a long moment, slow blinking, and then rapidily shutting her jaw with a click. At first, she almost answered with I would love that, but some part of her that was marginally smarter (probably the self-preservation part that rarely woke up) piped up. It could be a trick. She wouldn't be able to get off Izanami's planet on her own, right? She could totally get trapped up there!! Big ******** yikes!!! "I mean... Um..." She hesitated, biting her lip. "Maybe? I, uh... It would be really cool, but... You promise I can go home after, right?" They liked their promises or something, right? Like, honour and respect and all that s**t?

Izanami laughed, quietly. Poor thing, she supposed that was a fair concern, in the end.
"Yes, I promise. It'd be more trouble than it was worth to keep you up there, for one thing." And who knew what mischief an angry visitor might get up to? No, Izanami would not risk trapping someone on her world, not when it was in such a fragile state of recovery.
"So?" She stood, and extended a hand, pulling out her Senshi phone. "Would you like to see another world?"

Bélénos sucked a breath in through her teeth and exhaled slowly. Okay, this girl seemed pretty trustworthy. And just pretty, in general. "Yeah, definitely," she said a bit breathlessly, taking Izanami's hand and trying very hard not to think of that Do you trust me? scene from Aladdin with the magic carpet ride.
