Fav. Food: Anything she can snack on. Chips, trail mix, poptarts (especially the s’mores kind), nachos, maybe some berries if she feels the need for something healthy, or raw veggies with some sort of dip. Getting Sasha to eat a full meal at one time can prove difficult.

Hated Food: A lot of cooked vegetables are kind of gross.

School/Occupation: Sasha never finished school. She currently works the register at a small metaphysical and LGBTQIA+ shop, Mystic Shores.

Hobbies:

Napping – Sleep may be a necessity, but it’s a necessity Sasha doesn’t get enough of. To compensate, she naps whenever possible. Sometimes she naps in the morning. Sometimes she naps at noon. Sometimes she naps at night, then gets up like the day’s just started. She’ll nap anywhere she can find a mildly comfortable spot. A warm bed is best, but a soft couch works just as well. The floor is fine. A bench will do. A friend’s shoulder offers just enough support. Sometimes she needs as little as twenty minutes. Sometimes she needs a few hours. Sasha has made napping a way of life.

Crystals – She doesn’t really believe they have any sort of healing properties, but Sasha likes the aesthetic; they spark joy, and joy sparks dopamine, so maybe there actually is a teeny, tiny bit of truth to the healing nonsense after all. Crystals are pretty. They come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and colors. They make good decorations, and offer something interesting and visually appealing to converse about when conversation doesn’t come easy. Sasha has a growing collection scattered across every available surface in her room, and took a job at a local shop specifically because she enjoys their display of crystals.

Virtues:

Easy-going – Sasha is laid back and generally unhurried. She has what one might call a carefree attitude. She isn’t happy-go-lucky, per se, but she is even tempered, with a mild manner that generally doesn’t inflame many tempers. It isn’t easy to ruffle her feathers. Some have tried, most have failed. Life is what it is; what happens will happen regardless of her thoughts or feelings on the matter, so why get worked up about anything? Sasha seems to exist in a perpetual state of calm.

Impartial – Open-minded and non-judgmental, Sasha takes people as they are. Everyone has something to offer, even if that something isn’t quite what other people want. Most people aren’t even all that bad, in her opinion. There are true horrors in the world, but the chances of any given person being able to match them are slim to none. Sasha has a welcoming presence — maybe not all that warm or approachable to some; she’s a bit too unemotional for that, but her tolerance and understanding make up for it.

Accepting – Sasha rarely holds a grudge. Grudges are cold, bitter, uncomfortable things. She doesn’t like the way it feels to carry around so much negativity; life is much easier to wade through once you let all of that go. Sasha doesn’t see a point in holding anything against anyone. It isn’t that she’s forgiving. Forgiveness and acceptance are different things, as far as Sasha’s concerned. She simply chooses to go through life accepting that there are things she cannot change, and she’s decided it’s best not to dwell on them.

Flaws:

Detached – Due in part to her placid, objective nature, Sasha can seem quite apathetic. She’s been accused of harboring a disinterest in the various minutiae of people’s lives. Sasha isn’t an emotional person, so it can be difficult for other people to determine how she actually feels about someone or something. She’s notably lacking in passion. She can be complacent and too permissive. Sasha often sees no point in pushing back or going on the offensive. s**t’s going to happen one way or the other, so you might as well just let it.

Careless – Sasha doesn’t always give things the attention they deserve. Sometimes she simply doesn’t notice. Sometimes she sees no reason to bother. Sometimes things get away from her, and rectifying the situation would require more effort than she has to give. She can be forgetful and negligent. She has been accused of irresponsibility. Sasha has enough trouble taking care of herself. Don’t put too many additional obligations on her shoulders unless you want to be disappointed.

Macabre – If she smiled more, or had a nurturing warmth about her, maybe Sasha would seem airy and wistful, like some sort of wispy magical creature. Instead, there’s something sort or eerie about her, like she’s seen too much or knows more than she should. Sasha is so unfazed by ghastly and gruesome things that she’s forgotten other people are often more affected by them. She might say something dark or grim that others find disturbing or offensive. Sasha has a fascination with morbidity and the more frightening aspects of human nature which she doesn’t bother to conceal.
