Rosie opened up her lounge and played her music waiting for others to come and enjoy her teas and fine foods .... She hummed to the tune and wiped off the wooden tables and chairs ... The Lounge had an old medieval feel to it and she also sold fine gifts of incense and old books of magic to her newcomers to help them with their quests .

A loud belch is heard from the furthest and most dimly-lit end of the bar. When did this guy even show up?
Its source is a fairly attractive young wizard with robes, hair, and a traditional witchy, wide-brimmed hat of overcompensating size, all in blazing orange.
"You know what's wrong with magic in the media these days!?" he barks out at no one in particular,
"You just tap any old spellbook and Alohamora! Presto!" he rambles sarcastically, sloshing his drink, almost losing what little balance he has on the stool, "And then the kids think they know it! Wanna raise the dead? Oh, just slap down 40 gold at your local convenience store. Magical education is made a mockery today. Why, I read a whole 1000 page textbook and practiced for three months before I cast my first fireball."
A moment of silence passes of stunned onlookers.
"What say you Rosie? Is it right for kids to be exposed to unrealistic ways of learning magic?"

Rosie's eyebrow raised slightly and gave this guy a look of " who da heck are ye?" as he spoke a little out of his league to her , not knowing whom he was talking to in the first place .. She giggled a wild witchy laugh at him , sat down her cloth that she was cleaning with and replied " Oi , you come walking into my tavern and spout off things you know nothing about to me ? I am a white wizard and have knowledge in black magics too , enough that could turn you into a toad with purple skin ! How do you spout your nonsense to me sir !!"
Then she collected his mug because it was clear that he was clearly wasted on ale and bid him a good evening ....
"Good evening to you too ma'am!" the drunkard responded, seemingly oblivious to all social cues, "Turning folks into toads! Now, that sounds like real magic."
"No, see, *hiccup* what I was referring to was the old fantasy tales of Skyrim. Their magic system is whack. Sigh, but enough about that."
The odd mage tries to sit up properly at an apparent attempt to restore a smidge of dignity.
"You can call me Foxie! I thought we had met once before but, then again, I think I know everyone after a couple drinks. Actually, I came by for something important. Rumor has it that I can find some old magic tomes for sale here."

Rosie turned around and after was addressed more properly she replied " pleased to make your acquaintance , I am Rosie and owner of this tavern good sir " and reached out to give him a healthy handshake .
" The books are indeed available to travelers and magic folk alike . what magic are you interested in ? I have white , black, blue and herbal magic books of all shapes and sizes here ... each one priced differently though" she went on to say to Foxie as she wiped his table down .

Those are some fabulous-looking potions and spellbooks!
So, I'm a bounty hunter mage just stopping by after a job, but I could really use an improved arsenal. That fireball spell I mentioned takes like an hour to prepare. And one of these days, the local goblins are gonna realize my glowing, fiery hand spell only heats up my hands to 120°F.
I'm interested in that black book of hexes and protection magic!
