The Meteor Shower (3) : It wouldn’t be a star festival without a meteor shower! Right on time, a beautiful array of shooting stars graces the night sky. This time of year is unnaturally clear and it’s incredibly easy to see the stars. Most meteor fragments appear to be little white or yellow lights streaming across the sky, but if you watch closely enough you may find that some of them seem to be a whole rainbow of colors. The scientists have reported that it’s just different components burning up as they enter the atmosphere, but there’s something undeniably magical about it.
Sabrina was so excited that she hadn't missed some of the fun parts of the festival. There was just one thing she had to do tonight and that was see a meteor shower. This was something she had never seen before, and she was excited to see what people meant by meteor showers. So she quickly threw on her bat backpack, petted her fluffy black cat, and raced down the hotel steps. As she was exiting she saw her parents at the front desk and said her goodbyes. She raced to the nearby park, lying down on the grass and looking up at the night sky. As she waited for the meteor shower to start, she felt a wave of excitement wash over her. She knew this was going to be an experience she would never forget.
She watched in awe as the first meteor streaked across the sky and soon the night sky was filled with a dazzling display of light. She felt as if she was part of something much bigger than herself, and she knew she would never forget this amazing moment. It was a profound moment for her, an opportunity to witness something so incredibly rare and beautiful, something she knew she would remember for the rest of her life. She felt a deep connection to the cosmos and to the mysteries of the universe.
Just as that thought crossed her mind she noticed what looked like a whole rainbow of colors in the sky. She was awestruck, mesmerized by the vibrant colors illuminating the sky, and immediately understood the beauty of the universe and her place in it. She felt a sense of peace and connection to something bigger than herself, and realized how much joy could be found in the simple things in life. She knew at that moment that life was too short not to take the time to appreciate the beauty around her.
These meteors made her think of everything pleasant that had taken place this year. She was able to remember leveling up to a super senshi and battling so many unique creatures. Like the weird bugs, or the water spirit that tried to take her under. All things she never could have imagined herself doing. Not only that but with the hotel renovation at her family's hotel, her family had grown so much closer. They decorated for the star fest together, and even held a halfway done event with the whole staff to celebrate almost being done with the remodel. It was an incredible journey that she could have never expected, and the rewards were far greater than any she could have imagined; not only was she able to save the world, she was also able to bring her family closer together, and build something beautiful and meaningful in the process. She was proud of all the progress they had made, and it filled her with a sense of joy. She was glad to have been able to contribute to the family success and to have the opportunity to be closer to her family. It was an unforgettable experience that she would never forget and somehow these meteors were reminding her of all the enjoyable moments.
With each strike, through the sky, the meteors reminded her of all the events she thought about in her head. She couldn't help but smile as she continued to watch from the grass. She was amazed that her world had gotten so much better in just one year. She was stronger, faster, and more determined than ever to be the best she could be.
Then on the final beautiful wave of meteors she saw the battle she was hoping she could forget. It reminded her that even in the most fulfilling moments there is something you need to remember. Like at a moment in time you could lose everything you cared about. She felt a wave of sadness and despair, yet also a feeling of strength and courage. She knew she had to keep fighting for the things she cared about, no matter the cost. She was determined to keep going, no matter what. That final wave reminded her why she wanted to strengthen. Why she needed to become the next level Senshi so she could protect all those she cared about. That final flash of color reminded her of the darkest moments and gave her the motivation she needed to move forward.
She closed her eyes at the last meteor leaving the sky and wished, "I wish I would become the strongest person I can. So that I can protect my mother, father, Bellalunea, and my senshi friends. I never want to be weak again - I never want to be able not to save them." With that wish she took her hand, held out her palm, and blew her wish upwards. She hoped the breeze would take it to where that wish could be granted. With the magic she felt tonight, she knew anything was possible. Maybe the universe could grant her wish, and even if it didn't, she still had a wonderful trip down memory lane as she watched this amazing event.
She smiled and quietly said goodbye to the empty sky that the meteors had crossed over. She walked away with a newfound sense of hope and determination. No matter what happened, she was committed to be strong and save her loved ones in the future. She was determined to never give up, no matter how difficult the situation. She was determined to be the one to make a difference and to create a better future for her and her loved ones. She was determined to never lose hope. She was compelled to believe in herself and her capabilities. She was driven to live life on her own terms and refused to change that. With that in mind she smiled and got up to head towards another part of the event. After seeing those beautiful meteors in the sky, all she could think about was launching lanterns into the sky.
