Since there was nothing else to do, her Mata and her twin sister were off doing bonding things, she took it upon herself to bother her Oma. So the little one took a running start before she jumped onto Akel while she was laying in bed. “Wake up!” She shook Akel’s torso violently. “Wake up! I wanna do something.”

She thought she’d be able to sleep in since her wife took one of the girls out. It would hopefully mean the house would be quieter. However, that was not to be the case as seconds later she was bombarded with the weight of her daughter before being violently shaken and yelled at to get up. Akel groaned. “Alright.. Alright..”

When she heard her Oma agree, though she was sure it wasn’t willingly, she grinned and stopped shaking her. “Yes!” She shrieked in victory as she lifted her hands up toward the ceiling. “Can we go for a walk?” Getting out of the house would be nice. Maybe they could even go visit Elzira for a little bit.

Another groan left her as her daughter mentioned a walk. That meant she needed to get dressed properly before leaving. “Fine fine.. I just need to get dressed. Why don’t you go and get your sandals on.” She tried to shoo her daughter out of the room. While she wore night clothes they weren’t exactly the greatest thing to wear amongst the other sisters.

“YAY!” She yelled and bounced on the bed before hopping to the floor. Full of energy and now pleased that she was getting what she wanted she ran from her mother’s room so that she could track down her sandals and put them on her feet. If she was lucky she might even be ready before her Oma came out of her room.

When she was kid free she rolled over onto her back and sighed. She knew that she and Pruu had wanted more daughters but she couldn’t remember Alizeh or Luleta being quite so energetic. Lifting a hand she covered her eyes for a second before dragging it down her face with yet another groan. It had just dawned on her that she’d agreed to take Kyllha for a walk.

She ran through the house searching for where she’d taken her sandals off last. So far nothing. “Oma! I can’t find them!” She called out, knowing Akel could hear her. “Can I just go barefoot?” It wasn’t like she hadn’t been outside like that before. And Akel herself didn’t have any footwear when she left the house.

“No. You need your sandals.” Normally she wouldn’t care but she’d learned a neat trick since the girls had been bloomed. As these twin girls likes to explore a lot more than the first two she worried about them getting Keldari bites. Much like Ali had gotten when she was a preteen. So she found out she could soak the girls’ sandals in a repellant of sorts. As long as they had them on the risk of a bite was much lower than average.

“Oma!” She groaned as she let her head fall back so she could stare at the ceiling as she started to stomp her feet. “It’ll be fine!” Kyllha didn’t like wearing the things most the time but it was some rule about having to have them when they left the house. Though she’d gotten away with being in the side yard without them before.

“No. Get your sandals or we’re not going.” She called back as she got herself dressed to join her daughter. She could hear the little stomps but found it more amusing than annoying. Of course she’d have to remind her child not to do that later. She came out of her room and stretched her arms back so she could loosen her shoulders.

A frustrated grumble escaped her and she made her way to her shared room to look under her bed. Of course it was there that she found them. It’s always the last place you look! With her excitement renewed she grabbed them and started to put them on as quickly as she could manage. “Almost ready!”

Hearing that her energetic daughter was almost ready to go she looked around the house to see if there was anything she should bring along with them. Finding nothing, or at least not something that popped out at her, she looked back toward the door that led to Kyllha and Kyrrha’s room. “I’m ready little one.”

She squeaked at her Oma’s words and rushed through putting her second sandal on. Once it was in place, though loosely, she got up and ran out the room to join Akel. “Ready!” She shouted as she bounced over to wrap her arms around her mother’s waist. “Can we go now!? Can we!?” She really wanted to go now.

She grunted when Kyllha latched onto her. “Elzira save me..” She muttered before looking down and patting Kyllha on the head. “Yes yes, we can go now.” She motioned for the door so that her daughter could get some more energy out by taking off running. “Just remember not to get too far ahead of me please.” Last thing she wanted to do this morning was chase Kyllha down. That would be awkward to explain to Pruu.

With the biggest grin she could muster she ran for the door and flung it open so that they could go outside. “Okay!” Of course her Oma’s words went in one ear and out the other because she was out of the yard before Akel could make it outside. “Hurry! Hurry!”
