Ky 1
It was a very very wet day, and while he usually enjoyed gardening in the rain he was feeling mildly under the weather so he was heading inside to boil a nice pot of water for a much needed tea time, he had done everything that was neccessary but there was always more work in the garden, thought today he would take it easy. Birds serenaded his walk and he smiled idly. The business was coming along quite well and a lot of the plants were just starting to flower up.

Sighed a little exasperated she was not expecting it to rain today so she was not prepared for rainy weather, she let out a second sigh of exasperation mainly because lately she was not well prepared and she was wondering why it was so. Perhaps it was the fact that now that she was building a friendship with Kyaelya her thoughts were distracted with thinking about him.

He was approaching the back door to his hut when he noticed a familiar face close by.
"Fajra! You will catch a chill! Come, join me for tea, I'll set you up with a nice blanket!" The poor thing looked most unhappy, but he was happy to see her again.
"What brings you by? Are you hungry at all?" He had fresh bakes scones at the ready.

She shielded her eyes and squinted the best she could from the rain fall, this time around she didn’t bring an umbrella, mainly because it looked nice when she left earlier. As she got closer she recognized Kyaelya and let out a sigh of relief. “We really need to stop running into each other like this.” Well, mostly she needed to stop running into Kyaelya unprepared.
“Ahh, thank you” she said as he offered to invite her into his home. “Oh, i was just out for a stroll, you know get some fresh air but it looked nice when I left home earlier” she said to him and shook her head at his question about if she was hungry “just a warm drink will do for now”

He grinned at her, "Aye we should meet on purpose next time, however you caught me at home, you can always find me here."
He put the kettle on and brought her a warm poofy blanket and draped it around her shoulders.
"The weather is most unpredictable at this time of year, I wasn't much expecting it either, at least I don't have to water the plants now."

“I agree” she told him, now that she thought about she had never been to his home until now. Always something new to learn about him. She snuggled into the poofy blanket he had draped around her shoulders.
She sat down and watched him put the kettle on before shifting her focus to studying his home, it was quaint and cozy. “Hmm.. this is the first time I’ve been here too” she said.

"Its small, I do plant to expand later but for now I'm more concerned with getting the garden going."
It was growing in size every year and he tried more finicky plants too. "On a day when its not miserable outside I will have to show you the extent of it, everything is in bloom soon so it would be a good time for a garden walk." He was excited to show her, not everyone was invited past the garden gate and he felt like he really wanted her to see what he was pouring his soul into.
The kettle whistled at them and he moved to hush it up. "Black tea or herbal? Everything was grown right here, except for this red tea which comes from Oba."

She nodded her head and thoughtfully listened to what he was saying “that sounds like a wonderful idea” she said she was curious about what he was pouring his soul into “i’m looking forward to that day”
She thought about it for a second before speaking up “black tea sounds wonderful, thank you.” (edited)

"What do you take in your tea?" He asked as he put cream and sugar in his cup.
He hoped she planned to stay in Matori, he was getting quite used to seeing her around and finding that he very much enjoyed her gentle non judgmental company.
"Hold on a moment..." He scooted outside and cut some flowers and brought in a nice boquet as only a gardener has sitting in their backyard.
"There you can take these home with you after tea, something to brighten this dreary day and a bit of a teaser for the garden walk later, this is only a fraction." He swelled with pride hoping she would like the color combo.

“Cream and sugar with a touch of milk” she told him with a light smile, she didn’t want to hide the flavour of the tea he grew himself.
She blinked as he scooted outside only briefly to build a boquet and bring it inside, she looked at the color choices he made “i like the colors you chose” she said lightly stroking the petals.
She smiled at him “thank you very much, it definitely will cheer up and its a nice pop of color from all the rain” she said she would need to find a vase to put the flowers in when she got home.

He was immesurably happy that she liked his selection. It made him feel .. accomplished and proud somehow it was something he really couldn't describe properly with words. She was such a sweet girl.
He took his best hand made glazed mug and presented her with her tea.
His was deliscious so he hoped hers was as well.

She wrapped both her hands around the handmade glazed mug he had given her with her tea, she took a small sip as the warmth of the tea tasted welcoming before blowing a bit and taking another sip and a shiver of warmth made her feel better.
“I hope I have an appropriate vase at home to put these flowers in, that would hand picked yourself” she said tilting her head to the side a bit.

“I hope so too, sometimes tall glasses work good or even a well finished bucket so long as it will hold them and the water.” He took a sip of his tea and got himself another blanket. “I don’t know about you but I feel extremely cozy.” The tea was good and more importantly hot the company was even better.
“I hope you don’t catch a chill, though if you do send a messenger bird and I will bring you soup.”

“Hmmm… alright i will have to check when i get home” she told him, did she have a tall glass or a vase at home she would need to take an inventory of what she owned. She laughed lightly “I feel rather cozy too” she said to him.
She smiled once again to herself glad to know that if she did catch a cold on the way home he would bring her soup “aww… that is super sweet of you”

"Thank you, you have been a good friend to me, so you deserve some spoiling once in a while. Besides I have a lot of flowers, best to share them and some soup." He put some scones on the table as he himself was hungry. "Help yourself." It wasn't all that often that he got company and she was currently his favorite visitor.
"I realize that I don't know all that much about you, what brought you to Matori? Do you have any siblings?"
