Hati liked being a super senshi, he thought to himself, making his way through the streets of Destiny City on patrol at night. It felt good. Right. Like he slowly was making his way to the person he was meant to be, now. He liked the outfit, too. Feeling like it fit better, in a way. Maybe he'd finally grown used to wearing this—this mask—as something of a second skin, instead. That he was one and the same.
It felt nice, to shorten that disconnect between the two halves of himself that he hadn't realized were cracking apart like a pistachio nut.
The Chaos aura flared on his senses and he crouched, looking around. Hm. Cautiously, he stood back up, keeping himself low, and shuffled forward quietly, peering down the nearest alley.

Siegenite sighed.
"It didn't have to be like this, you know," he told the unconscious civilian on the ground at his feet. And, really, it didn't. He'd just intended to drain the man of some energy--but he'd spun, and thrown a punch at Siegenite, and really, it all happened so fast, and the end result was that Siegenite was holding a starseed in his hand.
Self-defense, honestly.
He could feel a Senshi approaching, and when he turned, he was face to face with someone that would actually be a challenge. Same level, same general size and build. He sighed again, tiredly.
"Turn around and walk away, Senshi. You won't enjoy what happens if you choose not to."
Hati sized the guy up, coming to the same conclusion: same power level, roughly same size and build.
The fight would probably be hard, but it would be worth it. Especially if he could return the civilian's starseed to him. Hati could not stand by and just allow someone to die because some jackass in black thought he could get away with it.
"Put that starseed back and I'll leave you alone," he suggested, hoping the Agent would take the compromise. If he didn't...
Well, he knew how to call to his magic, and the silence stunned people quite well.

They never just walked away when given the opportunity. Every Senshi or Knight Siegenite ran into was so high on their own belief that they were Simply The Best, the most morally correct, the upright and righteous heroes who were going to save the world from the icky, terrible Negaverse. It really was unfortunate, and bespoke a lack of ability to do anything even vaguely approaching reasonable risk analysis. Alas, that was ever the problem with the White Moon.
His eyes flicked up and down the Senshi, and he considered, and then he smiled.
"I'd prefer not to do that," he said. "Really, it was self defense, he threw the first punch." As if that was at all pertinent, Siegenite knew, when his own amgical strength far outclassed a civilian's. "I suppose I could have hit back, but he'd be much deader, so."
He tossed the starseed in the air and caught it.
"But if you want it so bad,"
His smile grew broad and predatory.
"Go get it."
And, with force, he threw the starseed towards the entrance oft he alleyway, aiming over the Senshi's shoulder and into the street.
When the Agent paused to consider Hati's words, he had a faint hope that the Agent would actually listen, might actually put the starseed back and go home, or put it back for a fight, which Hati could handle.
That cold smile, sending a chill down Hati's spine, immediately told him otherwise. Ah, s**t. Here we go.
He definitely hadn't been prepared for the starseed to fly by his head and he let it a soft gasp, half turning to chase it. Then he realized he'd be leaving the civilian's body alone and defenseless with the Agent (and also turning his back to the guy, which wasn't a very smart move either).
Turning back, he growled out his spell.
"Moor hunt."
A deafening silence settles over everyone within a ten foot radius. Shortly after the silence falls, two deep barks echo through the area, and suddenly every enemy within the radius feels like they are being watched by a large, dangerous creature. The silence can be disorienting; no matter how loud anything is, while the magic is in effect they cannot hear anything but the barks—and maybe the sound of something heavy breathing just behind them. Or worse, breathing on the back of their neck. Paranoia, anxiety and intense fear for the invisible threat are prominent for the duration of the magic, and may persist for longer if the player desires. This attack affects all enemies within fifteen feet and lasts for thirty seconds; it can be used twice per battle.

The silence that settled over Siegenite was deafening.
It had always seemed like a silly little metaphor to him, but here, now, standing in the midst of this Senshi's magic, he understood exactly what it meant. And even without what he knew, intellectually, had to be magical terror, there was a fear that came form suddenly having a sense entirely cut off in the presence of an enemy.
There were two deep, dangerous barks.
It put Siegenite in the mind of fairy stories his parents, and his aunt and uncle, had told him when he was a small child. Monsters that prowled the moors, hunting for unruly little children to take home. The Cwn Annwn. The Cu Sidhe. Many names, many forms, but always a great black dog that brought terror and death wherever it went.
Perhaps, his little game of fetch had been more appropriate for this Senshi than he'd thought.
He squared his shoulders, panted his cane on the ground, and leaned on it. This was magic. It would dissipate eventually. And either the Senshi would have found the starseed or he wouldn't have, but either way, truth be told, Siegenite's work here was done.
The moment the magic was cast and he saw the Captain sag, Hati scrambled to find the starseed, hoping and praying that the Captain would not have time to recover before Hati could find the precious little rock-candy-looking soul piece and stick it back in the civillian. There was so little time, really, when it came to these things, so panic began to set in when he couldn't find it so quickly at the mouth of the alley like he hoped.
Glancing around, he really hoped and prayed that it hadn't gone into the sewers to be lost forever or something, but—
There!
He gave a brief sigh of relief and picked it up off the curb, cradling it carefully in his hands. Thank goodness. He hurried back to the civillian, glancing at the very still Captain leaning on his cane, and knelt to slip the starseed back in the civillian's chest.
It slid home and he lifted the man off the ground.
"Good night," he said with fake cheer as he hurried away. He'd drop the man off outside a hospital or something and then go home.
