Here is a PSA about the characters explaining about What Would You Do. This is for those who are unfamiliar with the TV Show that ran from 1991 to 1993 which is the Third Incarnation of Total Panic Filler Themed Participation Games.

[Player's Room] *1. Total Recap* In 1989, Nickelodeon was introduced to Filler Participation Shows starting with Total Panic and in 1990, Outta Here was released and in that same year, Nick Studios at Universal Orlando opened. As it was an interactive billboard attraction and studio space.
The Slime Geyser was activated and the Game Lab was opened. So after Outta Here finished in January 1991, it was time for Nickelodeon to make another Filler TV Game and this one would blow Total Panic & Outta Here out of the water as it was more crazier, messier and funnier. That Third Incarnation of Outta Here was What Would You Do which was launched in August 1991. Lincoln said to Riley

[Player's Room] *2. WWYD Gameplay* Hosted by Marc Summers, What Would You Do is a Freestyle Interactive attraction show where people would be put into messy, silly and situations that are really funny to watch. Normally in at least 3 Segments...
1. Is where the random audience members would take part in a messy stunt or Skit Show such as dancing on SCUBA Flippers in the Rain or having a like Mr. & Ms. Talent Pageant Contest, just to name an example...
2. Segments set in Universal Studios Orlando or Hollywood as an example where people are invited to do something that would make a person laugh or smile in a fun way or that's funny to watch such as Would You Rather kiss a Frog or a Snake, Would You Do a Stand Up Comedian Impression, Dress as a Horse, just to name a few.
3. The Show would wind down with the What Would You Doe Medley, Wall of Stuff or Both.
The What Would You Do Medley has random audience would sit down with an index card taped to their forehead and given a choice. Do what is on the card or go to a Pie Device such as a Pie Pod, which is a Device that throws whipped cream pies at a person's face being 1-4 or 5. The Host asks how many pies would be fired and the Audience always goes for 4-5 (Pink Slime Pie Filling Included). Lincoln said to Riley

[Player's Room] *3. WWYD Pie Devices* What Would You Do had all kinds of Pie Devices, at least 7.
Not just the Pie Pod with its 5 Pies and Crowning Glory. But it had other ways to give people a Whipped Cream Pie shower.
There's the Pie Slide where you would slide down into a giant pie pan with whipped cream with a red beach ball on top.
Pie Roulette had the player roll a dice to turn the handle but turning it too many times would result a pie in the face.
Pie In The Sky had players answer questions and if they got them wrong 3 times, Pink Slime acting as Pie Filling would be dumped on a person's head.
The Pie Pendulum where you get lowered into a pie should you give too many wrong answers.
The Pie Wash had a person get a shower spray of Whipped Cream.
And the Pie Coaster where person sits in a roller coaster car and rams into a giant whipped cream pie. Lincoln said to Riley
*4. WWYD Ratings & Randomization* What Would You Do, even though it followed the trend of Total Panic Fillers along with its Pie Devices and Silly Choice making that's really funny to watch. However, it was also the Second show worked on by Woody Frasier. Woody Frasier worked in TV during the 1950s being Morning Daytime Talk Shows, then That's Incredible during the 1980s. After Nickelodeon, he worked with Fox News and got fired from the Hallmark Channel. His passing was about 2 Months ago in December 2024 at Age 90.
What Would You Do felt like a toned down version of what Frasier worked on in the 1980s as they had segments you would find in Candid Camera being the Hidden Camera Stock Footages, the Audience Keypad Polls from Who Wants To Be a Millionaire, the Numbered Doors from Let's Make a Deal, the Audience participation Stunts in Truth & Consequences.
During its history, there was a Decision Making Poll Segments in 3 Test Pilot Episodes which remain lost in time (Lost Media) at the moment. Some of them were recycled where the Dohopasuarus was made into the channel mascot for Nickelodeon. A Reused Segment in the Pilot is where random people were invited to Dohopasuarus's Birthday Party where dinner is served without utensils. Would they or would they not eat with bare hands, its really funny to watch.
This show was fantastic but it had a rushed out position as the Host never got to do the What Would You Do Medley. The reason being due to time constraints as a running gag while the End Credits was still rolling as the taping was about to wrapped up.
There's a number of factors behind it. First, besides being a Filler, it was also a Theme Park Attraction. What Would You Do had plans but there were too many idea concepts for each one where you would toss into a blender and see what you get. Seeing What Would You Do being packed would take 160 People to make a Fully Packed and Closed Set while taping the show. People would get tickets to see the show at the Universal Studios Front Gate but you could also get them at the Futuristic World of Hanna-Barbera Ride Ticket Booth too.
Which leads to a RNG of Participation. Players are embedded on most TV Games while others don't know what they'll get themselves into. In other words, some people where hand picked at random. This was adlibbing at best on a Participation Filler themed Show at best which turned out to be a catalyst. Lincoln said to Riley
*5. Shuffling a Theme* For What Would You Do, each Episode needed to have a different Theme as repeat segments could cause the Filler to Stagnate as its more of a Wild Card to adlib. Lincoln said to Riley
*6. Downfalls Return Part 2* Making a Wild Card Filler Game is all well and good but its no excuse for Woody Frasier to do what he wanted which had the Host doing things that was beyond reasonable. For instance, when the Pie Slide was First Introduced, the Host is told that he's the first to go down it & Wood Frasier is called out as a result of it. Robin Marilla also didn't seem to enjoy that either in one segment of the Slimed Novel. Double Dare was still being aired but What Would Would You Do was taped 4 Times on Saturday & Sunday which is good as a Filler but it stole the Production Staff's Weekend Time off. Putting Woody Frasier in charge in a Filler Production was not a good idea. Because daredevils from "That's Incredible" got hurt with broken bones and Degree Burns. So, What Would You Do being filmed at a Theme Park sounds Safe and in the words of Cera from Land Before Time, "What Could Go Wrong?" Thankfully, no one was hurt on What Would You Do, but knowing Woody Frasier's Reputation after 65 Episodes of What Would You Do, Nickelodeon fired Woody Frasier Productions as a result after its first season & Reeves Productions took over for Season 2's 25 Episodes afterwards. *7. Wall of Stuff Season* Season 2 of What Would You Do was released in 1993. Robin Marilla left due to payment disagreements. To make up for Robin's departure from What Would You Do, a random audience member was picked to be an Intern Co-Host. The Wall of Stuff was added where audience member would be given tokens to use on one of 20 different numbered doors. Sometimes the door would open and you would get a prize, trip to a pie device, pie in the face or Whipped Cream Spray. In a Game Lab Game Format, these would be additions rather than patches even though it was created by a producer who was fired from Nickelodeon.
*8. Overall* What Would You Do is a good incarnation to Total Panic's Formula for the 1990s as it was fun to watch as it also brought special guests in from time to time which sounded like a small scaled act in a way. The show does a combination of Outta Here & Total Panic well. Along with its fun games such as Dunk Tanks & Pie Fights. Sometimes, the Game Lab would show up from time to time. The Pie Devices are fun too and its messes are fun. Sadly, What Would You Do ended production on November 1993. The Show ended up on Nick GAS as Reruns.
However, its preservation is most wanted at best as 37 Episodes can be found on YouTube nowadays. On one more Note, this also was the end of the Marc Summers Era on Nickelodeon. So, he's done a lot for Nickelodeon as he made Nickelodeon what it was today since Double Dare in 1986 lead Nickelodeon out of its Edutainment Era. Children will watch adults host a Messy Game as all it takes is the right person to do so. If it wasn't for Double Dare, there would be no Nicktoons, Blue's Clues & Slime Time Live.
