Rules about RP's and what counts as finished:
1. 20 Posts per user constitute a finished RP. To be counted for the 20 posts, the
post must be more than four sentences long.
2. It's 20 posts per person for a finished RP. So two people is 20 per person, so
40 total. Three people is 60 total ect.
3. Follow all of Gaia's ToS when it comes to content. Nothing past PG-13 at
most.
