It was good to get out and patrol, and Langite paused as he felt the aura of another Negaverse Senshi nearby, and after a moment of thought, he headed towards them instead of leaving them to their own business. When the other blue and black clad Senshi came into view, Langite had to nod in some approval. “A good color scheme. I’m Langite, Senshi of Longing. Who might you be?”
He held out a hand, wondering why he was bothering.
But. Allies were good. Allies were important...and. Well. He could use allies in the case of hunting down the Senshi who ‘Smelled like Christmas’...
It was a long shot but. He wasn’t going to give up.
“Might you be interested in some company for a little while?”

Richel hadn't quite made the acquaintance of a great deal of any of her 'allies' since her forcible induction into the Negaverse, though it was perhaps simply because she had spent some time following her corruption putting together a new identity and getting her life back together. Perhaps if she hadn't tried charging at a General Sovereign in the middle of the battlefield as a basic senshi... not that she remembered any of that. Another chaos aura drew close as she scouted for targets to drain, and for a moment, Richel thought that perhaps that Dark Mirror girl had come back for another round, but then it turned out to be another Nega senshi instead, one of a higher rank than her, as well. She preened a little at what she took to be a compliment towards her outfit, noting that they had a similar palette as well, and when he offered his hand, she shook it. "Rischelsdorfite, but please, call me Richel," she responded, because her full mineral name was much too long, and she didn't feel like having to deal with people stumble over the pronunciation. "Senshi of Bubbles." Then he asked to accompany her, which momentarily caught her off-guard, but just as quickly, she regained her composure. "I don't see why not," Richel said, though she couldn't help but be curious as to why he was asking if she wanted company. Surely he wasn't just wanting to talk about their tastes in fashion, was he?

Bubbles. That…was a rather cute thing to be the Senshi of, and he huffed a soft laugh at the idea. “I suppose that bubbles suits you, Richel. It’s not what I would have thought of for a power source but, I like the idea of it, and I bet you have some interesting magic.”
Perhaps she cleaned things with it? It would be interesting to see one day, but as he nodded and began walking with her, he thought for a few moments and then hummed. “Tell me, Richel. You haven’t seen any Senshi who…’smell like Christmas’, have you? Whoever it is hurt a very dear friend of mine quite badly and I just. Am trying to figure out if I can find them so I’m asking around.”
He doubted she would be of any help but still. An ally was an ally and any information was good information.

Ah, so that was why he was wanting to walk with her; he was looking for information. 'A senshi that smelled like Christmas' was vague when taken out of context, and could have applied to any number of senshi, given how many there likely were running around Destiny City, but before Richel could remark upon such, a recent encounter came to mind, and suddenly, things clicked. "A senshi that smells of Christmas... do they happen to have an attack that involves throwing tree cones? That let out the most awful smelling smoke?" If so, she may have had an inkling of who Langite may have been referring to.

Langite paused. “I’m…not really sure. Do you know of one? Did you manage to get their name?”
He somewhat doubted it but…if she had...well. That would make things all the more easier. A name was better than the vague ‘smelled like Christmas’.
“I honestly. Never thought that you would actually have information. I was just hoping to get the word out…but. Please, tell me everything you know? I have reason to believe that she’s dangerous. He was…and still is a mess.” She had to be dangerous. If she could just beat the crap out of someone with no provocation…
“I apologize if I’m being overbearing, I just. Truly want her stopped.”

"I did not," Richel confessed, because she had taken off before she had gotten a name, "They had an attack called 'Spruce Smoke Surprise', and attacked me unprompted." Well, that was part of the story, but not all of it; Richel would not confess to the part where she picked a fight with a senshi of the Dark Mirror, which somehow led to an Order senshi showing up and tag-teaming against her, but perhaps some additional context was necessary, to avoid too many questions. "I was out gathering energy, when a Dark Mirror senshi got in my way. Then, the senshi of the spruce showed up, and the two attacked me together." She was still pretty hung up over it, but Richel hoped that she didn't sound too petty, because if it came out that this was a semi-personal matter, she wasn't certain how she would recover from the shame. "I don't know if the senshi I encountered is one and the same as the one you ask of, but I believe that any senshi on the side of the White Moon should be stopped, and thus if you want help, I am willing to offer my aide." Because as vague as the description had been, Richel wasn't inclined to want to run into another senshi like Angelica.

Spruce Smoke Surprise? It…well, it was more than he had before. “So she was aiding the Dark Mirror? That…that’s interesting. I’m not sure why they would attack you, but I’m glad you made it out unharmed.”
Langite looked her over for a moment and nodded slowly. “If you ever get into a situation like that again and need backup, please feel free to contact me. I won’t let you deal with that nonsense alone.” He would be shirking his duties if he did, and now that he had things that made him want to be invested in those duties…shirking simply wasn’t an option any longer.
“I mean that. Don’t hesitate to contact me.”

"I would appreciate that," Richel said, because she genuinely did for once; Deneb had preferred to do things on her own as an Order senshi, but for Richel, who was starting all over again, having allies on her side was important. Or, at least, that was what she would tell herself, and that it wasn't at all influenced by her newfound grudge after the recent fight. "If I encounter them again, you will be the first that I will contact." But then again, there wasn't any other specific contact she knew to get a hold of for backup, though she had been instructed in how to use the tablets. Either way, strength in numbers and all that, and if it helped her get revenge, then all the better. "Together, we will find this senshi, and we will stop her."

Langite nodded and gave a small smile. “Perfect. That sounds like a wonderful idea. Now, I should get going, I am hoping to find some more information on her tonight, but…you have been more than helpful. Far more than I would have imagined. So, thank you very much, Richel.”
Reaching out, he took hold of her hand and kissed the back of it, before giving yet another smile and nodding at her. “Stay safe. Please.”

"And you as well," Richel replied, "Take care." She waited until Langite left, and then went on her own separate way as well, back to finding targets to drain. What an interesting turn of events! What had begun as an ordinary night had led to her unexpectedly gaining an ally, who may or may not have a problem with the same senshi she had had an issue with before. Who knew what the future held?
