It was a bright and glorious day. He was teaching a class at the local farmers market on flower arranging for a bit more coin. There were not many takers but he was happy to be making someone's morning more enjoyable at least. Flowers were able to brighten any area until it was a haven from the rest of society and he hoped that he was able to help his customer's express that in their art.
"You are doing great," he told the class.

[Fajra 1] Fajra was on a stroll after her first encounter with Kyaleya on the water and then almost freezing her bottom off, she was eager to see him again but this time on his turf he had mentioned to her that he was into gardening and here she was passing by what seemed to be a lesson he was teaching. She stood for a bit and quietly watched him teach the class, she didn't want to interrupt him. She ventured closer to his class looking around at the students, it didn't seem like it was very popular at the moment, from the looks of it, it was a flower arrangment class, now that would be a helpful skill to have when you want to send someone a nice flower arrangement.

He waved Fajra in, smiling. "Please join us if you want, we are underbooked anyway." Right as he said that a runner can and chatted to one of the two ladies that were already there. They had come as friends. The woman explained to him that there was a family emergency and that they had to leave and she was ever so sorry. He reimbursed them and went to greet Fajra himself.
"No need to pay, just stay and keep me company. Now you have me all to yourself we can get further into the course...that is if you want to learn?"

[Fajra 2]
Fajra blinked as the two ladies that were there suddenly left for a family emergency. She frowned a bit but looked at Kyaelya and nodded her head lightly of course she wanted to learn but the ladies leaving also gave her another opportunity to have some one on one time with Kyaelya, which she wanted more of since they met.
"I would love to keep you company," she said to him as he came over to greet her. "I'm sure flower arranging skills would come in handy one day when it's needed, so why not," she said with a smile towards him and taking a few moments to look him over fully now that she had the opportunity to look him over fully before she only was able to study him partly because he was sitting in a boat.

"Oh thank you, without you I'd be arranging flowers by myself. It does make a table quite pretty, and its fun to do and to enjoy after even if you don't get company."
At least today wasn't a complete disaster and he had good company. "Alright well since you are the only one here feel free to pick any flowers off the tables that strike your interest, if someone else comes I'll organize their supplies with what is left over, on the plus side we can do a bigger one now."

Fajra 3
“Your very welcome, i always enjoy your company, at least this time we ran into each other on purpose” she told him thinking back at the first two times they met was when she was unprepared for activities she was doing prior to meeting each other.
She nodded her head attentively before looking over at the currently empty tables with all the supplies for flower arrangements. She walked over to an empty station and looked at the flowers that were on it. She studied each one carefully before picking up a couple and moving onto the next station with a vase in hand to put the flowers she chose in them.

"Yes it is an improvement." He said pleased. Though he had a feeling that they kept running into each other for a reason, he just wasn't sure what yet.
He organized his own station and waited for her to be ready. He enjoyed watching her select the right flowers. It was a beautiful art and it came with aroma therapy.

She nodded her head agreeing with him before she finished picking flowers from the unused stations and walking back over to her station she set her flowers she chose and the vase she had on the surface “there, okay i think i’m ready” she said.
She was both excited and nervous at the same time she hadn’t had any experience with flower arrangements but then again the only flower arrangement she had received was from Kylaela when she had visited his home.

He smiled at her, "Alright, the first thing we do is chose the flower that will be our center, it will have the longest stem, this arrangement will be made to view from one direction so it will be backed by a wall or another relatively tall structure, therefore the composition from the main viewing angle will be all we have to worry about." He chose a bright and elegant flower, "Try to find something with pleasing branches or a large eye catching flower." He chose his and held it up for her to see and explained why he chose it. "Now your turn, this will be the focal point with the other flowers drawing the eye up."

Nodded her head as she listened to him explain what she had to do first. She looked at the flowers she had chosen and picked one that was eye-catching but also had pleasing branches and held it up for a bit before making her final decision and putting it in the vase. "I'm hoping this turns out okay. I honestly don't know much about flowers in general" she admitted to him, flowers were not her forte, she knew the most common ones that people chose like roses, lilies and such but past that she knew nothing.

"Next we chose our mid range flowers, and trim the stems to be middle length with slight variation, you can get a little more fancy here with texture and flow.' He chose some misty, feathery leaved flowers with complimentary colors to the main but not the same, its important that the main flower have the only one of that color or it will try to draw the eye in a direction we don't want, it is artificial but we want to make it look like nature did it on purpose."
Stems were trimmed and more flowers were added to his vase. "You are doing great so far."

She watched him attentively as he chose his mid-range flowers and then trimmed their stems to varying lengths and put them in the vase. After she had finished watching him, she did the exact same process and plopped her mid-range flowers around her center ones. It looked like she would need to learn from him and read about them, she readjusted what she already had in her vase to make sure it looked decent.
She shifted her gaze back to him "alright, done. What's next?" she asked him, she was still not sure why they kept running into each other but she was certain it would reveal itself eventually.

"Next is the last set of flowers and then after a decorative stick or two, not much left. But everything is looking great so far. I personally like to have a cascade effect on the front like a waterfall so if you take the pale green mossy stuff you can put the stems in the vase and drape the rest kind of like a beard onto the glass, then add a few very short stemed flowers above that, the dangly flowers would work great there but its up to you." He did as he said and then added a few sticks with fake birds on them. "And I think that about does it for my arrangement." He grinned at her merrily.

She nodded her head in acknowledgement as he explained the last step of the process. She turned to her station and picked up the remaining flowers she had at her station and followed the explanation before plopping them into her own vase. She stepped back to look at the end result of her flower arrangement, it wasn't great but it was decent enough. She picked it up and set it beside his flower arrangement.
She hummed a bit to herself, she could see the reason why he liked flowers and gardening as well as flower arranging it was definitely a de-stressor and it looked pretty at the end "I still think yours looks better then mine"

"Its all about practice and as I basically live and work in the garden, I get more practice. Yours is beautiful and more so because you tried something new." He was quite proud. "I've ran a few of these and you are by far the best student." Her arrangement looked fantastic, she was just being hard on herself as some people were prone to do.
"You can take both of them home if you like."
