Following the aftermath of Emiko Sone's grizzly WrestleMania match, had hospitalized her, a montage of scenes, sharing the care she had received throughout the first week since.
Members of Power, each leaving a gift in their visitation, within a spacious room of luxury.
Luca Leone sat at Emiko's bedside, as Axel silently handed an envelope to Luca. "Get well card?" A thankful smile edged up, to which a nodding reply was given.
"What can I say, the big guy has a way with words. Probably some fine poetry in that one." Luis spoke up as he dropped a clattering pack of Corona on a small round coffee table. "I figured, she's gonna be thirsty for her win celebration." Stating with pride, knowing his gift was going to be the best. "We'll have to get the good stuff when she wakes up."
Giving her best grateful smile, nodding. "Thank you." Not having the heart to tell him, Emiko wouldn't be touching a drop.. A crinkle of her brows, as she noticed it to be a pack of five..
Cyrus arrived along with his servant, Mariana. Uneasiness hung in the air when his gaze met with his sister's. Finally, after clearing his throat, he spoke. "I brought some fruit from home. Hopefully, she'll be awake in time to try it." Mariana raised a basket she held at her side into view before setting it down on the side table. Luca gave a slight nod. "I hope that she does."
The next day a giant blue teddy bear would sit in the corner among the gifts.
With the scenes progressing through the day, to the days, showing that Blue Blossom came in on a daily basis, bringing in fresh flowers each morning, in hopes Emiko would wake up to them. In the afternoon, reading a book titled, Not Even Bones, glancing over in longing eyes, telling the hope in them, that her friend would hear her words.
Closing the white covered book, Luca got up from Emiko's bedside and left it where she sat. "It's getting late, I'll see you tomorrow."
A knock on the door and Ms. Sone's assigned doctor entered, "Ah, good, you're here. Ms. Leone, I'd like to know if you could stay later, tonight if you can, otherwise we can wake her up tomorrow."
"Uh.. I, yes I can stay late.. Tonight. But.. You can wake her up? Why haven't you done this sooner?!"
"We tried." Receiving permission to proceed, the doctor walked over to Emiko's bed.
"Now it's normal for patients to be in an emotional state, when coming out of sedation, yet.."
Pressing a few buttons on the nearby medical equipment and fiddling with something here and there..
"Every time she has come to, Ms. Sone has been hostile and then violent. She seems to believe her fight is still ongoing."
Turning to face Luca once more. "Could be minutes or hours, she'll be up. If you're unable to calm her, press a help button or shout."
That said, he found his way out of the room.
Luca now waited, in the room, alone, with her friend. Waiting for Emiko to awaken.. The Lioness sat and wondered what to expect of her hurt friend.
