This is the office of the General Manager and Owner of the World Wrestling Federation Guild, Cartwright.
The office walls have many photos and paintings of Cartwright.
Cartwright can be seen sitting at his desk, watching the show as it progresses on a large flat screen television.
Staff Member Russo is sat at another desk. He is busy typing away crazy new ideas for the show.
Staff Member Russo: "Bro, what did I tell you, bro?!
I told you that Wrestlemania would be a huge success bro!
I personally contacted The Fusions, The Damones, Hiro and Brantley Summers to make those appearances, bro!"
Cartwright turns his head to look at Staff Member Russo.
Cartwright: "Oh really?!
That was all you?!
Well then I'd like to know why it took you so long!
The World Wrestling Federation Guild has been open since July 2022 and you only just thought that it would be a good idea to start recruiting?!"
Staff Member Russo looks flummoxed.
Staff Member Russo: "Bro....I.....err......bro!"

  "Oh Señor Cartwright!" A few bangs came from the door interrupting the conversation, and the door suddenly swung up, the door knob slamming against the wall. Without pause, Luis Leone strolled into the office, glancing around at the gaudy paintings of the General manager. "Yeah, I think I broke your door." Following behind him was the silent giant, the Atomic Monster and longtime bodyguard of the Leone family, Axel. "Long time no see, how's it going ya English fluffernutter?"

Cartwright calmly turns his face towards the doorway.
Cartwright: "Fluffernutter?!"
Yes that is the worst thing that just happened.
Cartwright: "The last time you two were about you tried to attack me!
That doesn't seem like a smart way to treat the guy who is handling your careers!
I know, you have come here to apologize!
I always knew that Cyrus was the wrong one!
What a terrible influence he is on you all!"
Staff Member Russo begins to type something on his laptop.
SMR: "Just docking their wages for the door bro!"
Cartwright nods with a smile on his face.

"I mean, not really." Luis gave the general manager a shrug. "I'm pretty sure you're still on my brother's s**t list. You're just.. well you're kinda old. I don't think you're quite that high on the list these days." He gave a glance at Axel. "I'm pretty sure Salem and those Damone guys are still up there, somewhere." The Atomic Monster gave him shrug.
"Annnyways! I just wanted to let you know how grateful we are that you brought back the tag team division." He unzipped the duffel bag at his side revealing the previously acquired Power Tag belts. "I'm not sure what we're going to do with these fellas after we take back the titles we never lost."

Cartwright mimes cleaning his ears in shock at what he just heard.
Cartwright: "I don't believe it!
Did I hear that right?!
Did you hear it Russo?!
Say it again!
This can't be real!
Gratitude from my roster?!
You love to see it!"
Suddenly Cartwright's cold English heart grows twice its size.
Cartwright: "I thought it might pop the buy rate for a few months!
But do you two really think you can win?!
Have you not seen the incredible competition that has signed-up to also win the WWFG World Tag Team Championships?!
I wouldn't want to mess with The Murder Hobos!
They sure do look like...something!"
You can tell that Staff Member Russo would love to take credit for this also, but he has learned his lesson.

"Murder Hobos? You're forgetting we have a Homeless Joe! We got a real hobo! We ain't afraid of no lesser, wannabe hobos!" Luis started counting off on his fingers as he continued down the list. "We also got that creepy guy with the mask, somewhere around here. Unfortunately, the girls are still out....And of course there's Cyrus, but he's busy with that King of the Thing."

Cartwright wonders for a second.
Cartwright: "You guys never homed that pizza guy?!
With friends like Power, who needs enemies!
Come on, I've seen your contracts, between the lot of you you can all spare a few change!"

"Nah you got it wrong. We've been great friends to the Pizza Guy. He's just..." The Lion paused and scratched the back of his head. "Well, he ain't been right ever since Salem kidnapped him. We gave him a place, but he just insists on living in the gutter." He shook his head. "Ehhh... I just wouldn't ask him any questions about it."

Cartwright really wants to ask questions about Pizza Guy now.
Cartwright: "Salem ruins another life, that doesn't surprise me!
I tried to rid the world of Salem Croft and I'm seen as the bad guy, despite everything that he has done!
It's all totally justified and I know that I was right!
I guess people don't want to be saved!"
Here comes the savior complex.
Cartwright: "So if you want to do me a favor and completely destroy Salem Croft and his creepy new friend in your tag team match tonight, that would sure make me happy!"

There was an assumption in place that Power had probably made their exit from the GM's office at this point as Cartwright shooed them away with hopes that Salem Croft would be wiped off the face of the planet this evening. Staff Member Russo would check his coffee cup and look around for Michael Tarver, but unfortunately the Marauder's Assistant wasn't within ear shot. Russo would tap his cup at Cartwright, signaling he was stepping out for a moment to get some more, but would return. It was a few moments after that the recently returned Hiro Shin-Mozas would step into the GM's office, finding himself face to face with long time frenemy Cartwright. The Ethnic Enigma was eager to get a word in with the man in charge after his multiple appearances on the show tonight, and it looked like now was as good as any time. "Hey there, Cartwright, how ya' doing? It's uh, good to see you. I've actually seen you a few times tonight watching from the back, you've been all over the show -- which is about right for you, you've never shied away from being on camera! It's almost relaxing to see that hasn't changed, considering how much actually has around here. It's been seven years since I retired, and half the roster has been replaced by their sons and the other half feels like it's just a bunch of Marauders. I can tell though, you're a busy guy trying to run the show, you've got Chrono breathing down your neck now, you've got the King of the Canvas tournament going on, and you've got the never ending battle between the Damones and Fusions -- which, speaking of, I wanted to talk to you about. I don't want to make your job any harder by stepping on any toes, you know me -- I just wanted to find out if you could perhaps help set up a meeting between Nuke and I at the next show? I would have liked to have done so earlier, but I got Avari instead -- the kid's real talented and I know his future is super bright, but the fact is I want to talk man to man with his dad, not him. Think you could set that up for me?"

Just when Cartwright thinks that he is about to get some peace, somebody else wants a moment of his time!
Fortunately for the person walking in, they are Hiro and Cartwright loves this guy.
Cartwright: "Look who it is!
Another so-called legend who gets to return to a heroes welcome after seven years, while the guy who keeps everything going, ME, gets booed everywhere he goes!"
Cartwright sure has been welcoming to everyone tonight, such a great boss.
Cartwright: "I'm thinking of going on a twenty year break!
Maybe that will be long enough to guarantee the mega pop that I deserve!"
Cartwright is so jealous.
Cartwright: "But enough about me!
You know what it's like to be The Boss!
There's always something going on to keep you busy!
Whether it's any of the situations you mentioned to crazy gender-hopping controversy and even no-selling rookies!
It's all part of the fun!"
Cartwright actually thinks for roughly a second about Hiro's request.
Cartwright: "I can't force Nuke to talk to you!
You just have to face the facts that he doesn't like you, like nobody did for like two decades!
Snypa is retired now, he could probably do with a friend to talk to!"

Hiro was a bit hurt by Cartwright implying nobody liked him. The Ethnic Enigma shook his head as he looked around at Cart's office -- it lacked a lot of life, the kind of life he came to expect from his once long-time friend. He understood that as it stood, Cartwright was running a huge business and probably had more stress in his life than he deserved, so any of the animosity would probably slide so long as it didn't get worse. "Well Cart, I do consider Snypa to be a friend and I had already planned to buy him a drink and shoot the s**t, just not during company hours. I didn't want to play a part in hurting the brand by drinking on the job, you know? That said...I just think Nuke's very busy, and I can understand that. Unlike myself, he's actually going to be wrestling tonight -- and I understand that if I'm gonna come back, I gotta follow through on it, so I'm very much looking forward to hopping back into that ring. However, I think it's really important to get some conversations settled with a few people from my past before I do that, so I'll ask you one more time -- you're the booker around here now, so surely you can at least schedule Nuke a match that's maybe later in the night with some advanced notice so that he and I can sit down and talk for a little bit? I'll get out of your hair as soon as you can help me out here, let you get back to what you've gotta do."

Staffmember Russo walks happily down the hall with his coffee, he had no idea that someone not only had the temerity to write him out of the scene, but also the lack of foresight to think the simple act of getting an espresso would suffice to do so for the length of his pathetic, begging monologue. Stopping just outside the door, the creative genius freezes, a lump in his throat as he peers through into the office unseen by the man he had royally screwed last PPV. Unwilling to take accountability for his actions, the New Yorker turns 180 degrees walking in the opposite direction as he fishes a walkie talkie from his pocket once out of voice shot from the office:
"Bro.... Security, bro, we have, a, HUGE, problem, in the office, bro. If I'm being honest, bro, I'm worried for Cartwrights safety. This Puerto Rican guy, he broke into the office, he's making all these demands, bro, I don't know what to do bro, you've GOT to send some people here and take care of this. I don't feel safe here bro..."

Cartwright begins to look tired of listening to Hiro.
Cartwright: "Well it's been fun to see you Hiro, but you know, I have so much paperwork to get through!
The World Wrestling Federation Guild could get an audit at any time and you wouldn't want us to fail now would you?!
Then we would all be looking for new places to work!"
Cartwright shuffles some paper in a dramatic fashion.
The pages could be completely blank for all we know.
Cartwright: "If I have any spare time I will get back to you later!
Now if you wouldn't mind leaving my office immediately, that would be great!"
JR: "That's some way to treat an old friend!"
King: "Hiro should know better than to interrupt The Boss during Audit Season!
It's a very stressful time for all involved!
I hope I don't get asked any questions!
I'll tell them to talk to you JR!"

Hiro sighed as he felt this was nothing more than Cartwright just trying to shoo him away. It looked like he wouldn't be getting much help from the general manager tonight as his quest to speak with those from his past would continue on yet another show. The Ethnic Enigma just nodded at the Englishman and decided to heed his words, figuring if nothing else, he could still find him later in the night more than likely, but whether he'd get the run around all over again was yet to be seen. From the corner of his eye, Hiro would see several security guards step into the office behind him at the door. "Ugh...come on, Cartwright. Really? You want me out of the office this badly? How did you even call for these guys. Whatever, I'll hold you to getting back to me -- I'll be here all night. Now, if you'll excuse me." One security guard tried to grab hold of Hiro's arm but he yanked it away, warning everyone around him that he didn't need help leaving the office. He would be followed out and led to another part of the building for now, unknowingly walking past a very smarmy Staff Member Russo.
