Kurotsuchi-teichou and Azull learn the basic Budo Taijutsu postures: .

Kurotsuchi-teichou and Azull practice the Budo Taijutsu postures, and repeatedly attempt to apply it to sparring as the starting, and go-to postures between sparring attack and block attempts, being sure to experiment with each posture: . They take however long needed to memorize the postures, and to be doing them correctly. They are corrected as needed by their instructor, and eachother.
