The apartment that Darius Ammun (or just Dari) shared with his Bonded, Drew Bones, and Drew's twin sister, Dria Bones, was tiny. It had two small bedrooms - one for Drew, that he shared with Dari (as Dari normally stayed in Cat Form, he had a nice warm Cat Bed in there) and the other was for Dria. Other than that, there was a small bathroom, and a common area that combined a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and anything else needed for a home.
At the moment, Dria had gotten home an hour ago from College and was furiously studying. Drew was about to walk in the door from Police Duty, and Dari was literally pacing back and forth in the bedroom that he shared with Drew.
The moment Drew walked the door, Dari strode into the common area, planted his butt in the center of the floor, and (without crudeness) cleared his throat. "Housemates?" He called rather formerly. "Could you please gather? I have rather an important announcement to make!"
Dria stifled a giggle, as she walked in the common area. "Rather formal and stiff, aren't Dari?" She commented amused, with a twinkle in her eye. Dari ignored Aunt Dria.
Drew put his bags down on the table, stretched and yawned. "I'm sorry, buddy, but can this wait? I'm ready for a nap."
Dari's eye flashed with anger and he raised his voice for what they thought may have been the first time ever. "NO, DADDY! I waited for you all last night! You were both too busy then, but now we are down to the wire! It has to be now!"
Drew's face broke into a tired grin and he raised his hands in a ok, ok, take it easy gesture. "Okay, okay buddy, what is so important?"
The anger left Dari's eyes and voice and indeed he seemed somewhat shy, as he announced, "I made my first Awakening yesterday."
There was a stunned silence, but before excitement and congratulations could erupt, he spoke again. "However." He looked pointedly at them, "It wouldn't be right to just Awaken a new Senshi - and then just send them out on their own without any guidance, now would it? I asked her to come by here about this time today. She'll be here any moment. Don't give that look, Daddy - I tried to tell you yesterday, but you were too busy and too tired. If you had let me tell you then, you would have been ready."
Drew and Dria were surprised and proud of Dari. They nodded at his wisdom at giving the new Senshi guidance - instead of just cutting them loose on their own immediately, and Drew was a bit perturbed that they'd be here any minute. They hurried to get ready.
Soon, there was a knock on the door. Was it the new Senshi?

Kianna was unsure about this whole visiting a stranger's house. While she knew the kitten somewhat anyways, she was nervous about everyone else being there. Not to mention this all still feels like a video game or something. She took a deep breath and decided to proceed anyway. She had been curious about this whole Senshi thing for a while now, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to learn. Since if not now, when?
So she walked in the direction her cell phone told her to go. Then it hit her - should she go as a senshi or a human? Was there a protocol for this like track or did it matter? She decided it would be wise to go as a human. After all, she wasn't sure if she could show the Senshi side to just anyone. As she walked forward, she took a deep breath, preparing for what lay ahead.
All these thoughts swirled around her head, but before she could really think about them she had arrived. She was unsure what to expect but trusted her phone's directions. This was the right location. Taking another very deep breath, she knocked on the door. "Hello, this is Kianna or Ametkhan I'm here for Darius!"

Upon hearing their guest speak her Senshi name in the hallway of their apartment complex, Drew, Dria and Dani became alarmed and immediately Drew rushed to the door, opened it, looked around frantically for anyone else and seeing no one, he gestured the teen inside quickly. He took her arm firmly but gently and pulled her quickly inside. Returning to the door, he locked it tight. He turned to her, took a deep breath, and said tightly, "Senshi Lesson #1, Never discuss Senshi business out in public, unless you're transformed- and try not let other people that you don't know for sure are on your side (Order) (even if they are Order, or even your best Civilian Friend) your identity or anything about the Senshi world."
Then he relaxed. "I apologize for the harshness. It was so you understand the seriousness of what you just did- someone who wants to destroy Earth, hurt us, or even put us all in a hospital for delusions, could be hiding in any disguise - and that mean any of our lives, safety, even the safety of Earth could hang in the balance. Every action is critical."
He then broke into a mellow smile. "On the other hand it is always good to help new senshi." He gave an Etamian bow, and said, "On Earth, I'm known as Police Officer Andrew 'Drew' Bones. As a Senshi, I am known as Eternal Sailor Etamin of Hieroglyphics, Bonded with the Order Mauvian Darius Ammun."
He then gestured to the young woman on his left. "My twin sister."
The twin sister took her turn and smiled with joy, giving a Pasitheen Priestess Bow. "I am Xandria Nicole 'Dria' Bones, College Student. As a Senshi, I am known as Eternal Sailor Pasithee of The Blue Lotus."
Drew then gestured to his right, where Darius was in Kitten Form. "I believe you already met, my Bonded Mauvian, Darius Ammun. And therefore, we greet you. And you are?"

Kianna felt herself pulled inside and when she heard the reason she totally understood. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry I failed to realize that!" She apologized profusely. How could she not have realized that? After all, it took a magical kitten to unlock her Senshi side. So obviously it was imperative to keep it secret.
Thankfully she listened and learned a lot from her mistake. She learned that her Senshi side was very significant and her actions were critical. She felt one wrong move could change the balance. That was something that made her realize that she needed to get better at this whole thing. Since she didn't want to be the reason the balance changed.
As she heard them all introduce themselves she smiled and bowed. "It's a pleasure to meet you all and I appreciate all the help in advance. Oh and my name is Kianna Kinge, a high school athlete, and I'm the Senshi Ametkhan of crocodiles."
She found it incredibly fascinating how this whole family was living together and sharing all these secrets. It was so different from her life. She had been adopted into a loving family but was an only child. So no chance of siblings for her.

Sailor Ametkhan? of Crocodiles? Drew raised an eyebrow at the name but didn't verbalize his question. Instead, he directed her to the kitchen table where Darius was sitting with a number of accessories that Darius had created for her the night before. "Now if you come this way, Darius has some items for you - Your Senshi phone for one - these items are very important for your duties - so listen carefully."
Dria came over and asked to speak with Drew for a moment. She led him into her bedroom - just far enough away to seemingly be out of earshot (although, if Kianna had excellent hearing she probably would have heard their whispers - the apartment was as said - quite small.
"What is it, Dria?" "No, I should be asking you that question." She looked at them expectantly. Just then, Dari's excited and loud voice rang out, "And I've put all our numbers on it, so far, Etamin, Pasithee, Leaena (that's their younger sister - she's still a Chibi - too young to be a full Senshi and lives at home with their parents -, and some good friends of ours, Osiris, Shedir (another Chibi) and Sekhmet - he's a Deep Space Senshi - ah that's a little much for you right now, but know that if you need help, he will be there for you. As well as my own."
"Oh... I must have given a look..." Drew whispered to Dria. "It's just that...I know... that name... Sailor Ametkhan of Crocodiles. I know it and I can't say from where, although it's from before." "Is that good or bad?" Drew shrugged his shoulders doubtfully. "I don't know." "Could she have been in our court?" He shrugged doubtfully again. "Dunno again."

Kianna followed Drew without any question and quickly noticed the items on the table. Honestly she had to admit the phone looked so pretty. Plus it was so unique that she could easily tell it apart from her normal cellphone. Before she could ask any questions she overheard Dria and drew.
Now shed knew it was wrong to listen but she couldn't help it. Something told her that they were talking about her. but then she heard Dari excitedly mention the phone, "Oh well thank you so much. I appreciate it and hopefully I'll be able to meet them all soon," she smiled and grabbed the phone in her hand.
Then as she smiled she still had her ears tuned to the other room. When she heard the mention of knowing her she had to say something. So she turned around and butted in. "Um guys did you just say you knew me? What does that mean exactly? I mean I'm adopted so truthfully I don't even know that much about myself or past," she said calmly as she could. She hoped they wouldn't be upset with her butting in but she had to know.
After all while she loved her mom and dad. She always wondered what came before she came to live with them. Since her mind had blacked out any memories of the past.

Dari looked questioningly at Drew and Dria. Dria gave Drew a look that pointedly said, this is too much for her first day! Then she looked away.
Drew seemed to be deciding on something. "Please sit down for a minute."
He waited for her to sit down.
Then he spoke, carefully choosing his words. "To explain I will have to explain an advanced aspect of Senshi. There is already so much to take in, on your first day. So, for now, I will make a simple explanation, that we will explain more in later detail. You told Dari yesterday that 'like the Phoenix you will rise again'. Well, that is true for all Senshi and I mean that quite literally."
He let that sink in. "For most of us, our last lives were 2000 years ago. Our memories are sealed in the Myst of the Galactic Cauldron, between lives. However, there are ways to unlock them, and I have begun to unlock mine. That is all I will say on that matter. As for what we were talking about... I feel as if I have heard your name before. In my latest past life. That is all. Good, bad, I don't know. For all I know, you could have been my sister."

Kianna headed over closer to them and took a seat. She was willing to hear them out for some answers or really any answers.
The basic explanation made sense, she took it as Senshi were reborn. As she thought about it she didn't see any use in arguing that point. Since after all she had transformed and used magic. So was re-incarnation that far fetched?
She listened to the rest and took it all in. Hearing he knew her in any life gave her hope. Maybe she could unlock hers and find some answers. The answers she had always wanted.
"well I have to say that is a lot, but you have given me hope," she said with a smile. "Maybe I can learn more about my past lives and present. So thank you for that."
With those words she stood up, took a bow, and headed towards the door.
"I wanted to say thank you all for today, but I think I have some things I need to think on. But would it be okay if we met up another day? Since I think I will have some questions very soon." She hoped she wasn't seeming rude by heading to leave, but she needed to think and she could think here surrounded by people.

The Bones Family nodded. Dria spoke up as Kianna turned to go. "I think it would be best if I became your 'Tutor'. I'm in College anyways... and while I teach you about Senshi stuff, if you need any help in high school work, I can help you there as well. We'll have to schedule a time to meet.
Drew spoke up as well. "I can train you to fight. From what I understand, you are already in excellent shape. That can help. We'll also need to set a time to meet."
Dria spoke again, "And once you've learned the basics of fighting, you can choose a style of fighting to pursue. I take a stealth-special tactics route, as that is the Pasitheen way. Etamin takes a direct-power approach - that's the Etaminian way. You'll probably learn your own eventually, but it's good to learn other ways as well."
Dari piqued up now. "And I can help with both and with technology. I'm in too, you know."
Then the family bid her goodbye.
