He'd been out, as usual, looking for anyone he could challenge or any youma he could destroy. What he had not been expecting as a General and a Lieutenant to jump him, the Lieutenant started and the General followed. He'd been beaten to the ground, left barely able to get up, bloodied and brusied as he was hauled up under his arms and held onto. The two were smug about this, far too smug for his liking, and while he hung there he listened to them discussing what to do with him or what would be done with him. They'd decided rather quickly that they'd turn him into their higher ups.
That was not a good idea and had him struggling, to the best of his ability, to get himself free. He could not, and would not, be turned into anyone higher than the General who had him. He didn't like whathe knew could happen to him. He could be forcefully brought into the Negaverse, his starseed could be destroyed and he'd never be reborn, or anything else could happen to him. He liked none of the options. It was why he fought and tried to bite one of them, he didn't see who, he was not going to allow this.

Versailles had been recently reprimanded again for not collecting energy as much as the Negaverse expected of him. Of course, this was due to him not even powering up for the most part. It had started to feel more and more pointless, even if he thought about switching sides. How was he to do it? Who would help him? How would he contact them? Would they even be accepting? He hadn't been one of the worst Agents a White Moon could run into, but he was still an Agent, which was bad enough for some.
While he contemplated this, walking along the street, uncaring if anyone saw him, his outfit wasn't that unusual or eye-catching under the dark night and orange street lights, when he felt the aura of a General.
At first he was almost ready to run, afraid it was just going to be another yelling session about his failures, but something was different. The aura wasn't moving and there was a another Negaverse aura, slightly less powerful than he and... White Moon? Not good.
He would have to check this out himself.
As he ran over to where the auras were coming from, he could see a bloodied Senshi that had been hung up and the General and Lieutenant who had found him discussing what they would be doing with him. Without hesitation, Versailles sauntered over to the two. "If you two are taking your sweet time getting this Senshi down to the Negaverse, I can do it quickly for you."
Before the two of them could protest, he had already walked up and grabbed the Senshi's arm and teleported away. Far enough from the General so that they could not sense the two auras and when they opened their eyes, Versailles and the Senshi could see that they were in a park, in one of the more hidden areas surrounded by trees.
He let the Senshi down gently. "If they figure out what I did I'm going to be in big trouble." He murmured to himself before looking at the other. He could have sworn he had seen the Senshi before. "Is there anything I can do to help?"

He had started to worry when he'd felt another aura turn up, a corrupt senshi, that was odds he couldn't beat and he knew it. Three against one was terrible for him but he would fight if he must. He couldn't let himself be corrupt nor could he let his starseed be destroyed. Someone, if not him, needed to save his homeworld and bring it back to life. He just hoped if his starseed was reborn that the next person could do what he could not...save his planet.
Before he could try and fight, something he was finding more and more difficult, he found himself being grabbed and teleported. His thoughts and the others words came to him sluggish and slow as he lifted his head and tilted it, almost like a rag doll.
"I know you...we met once." He stated while his ears swiveled on top of his head. "You would be but you can change sides, I told you that the last time. I would help you do that." He'd put out a call for a royal to help the senshi change sides...he'd help him find a new life with someone, somehow.
"I'll be fine...I live with a senshi with medical training." So he could see if Ida could help him, though she seemed off lately...something was wrong but he wasn't entierly sure what. "I can help you...protect you. You'll need it for helping me." There was no doubt the other two officers would find out he wasn't turned in by this corrupt senshi. They'd turn on him and hurt, or kill, him.

The Senshi confirmed they had met once. And the Senshi did look peculiar... "Selinur." He stated, finally remembering the name of the familiar face. He nodded in reply to the other's mention. "Yes, you aren't the only one, but I don't appear to be getting any closer to it. And as much as I would like to blame everyone else, I do have to admit that it's my fault this time." He said as he looked around, making sure that no one else was there. "Hard to be purified when you barely go out looking for the solutions." He almost muttered to himself, feeling guilty that he hadn't been searching as hard as he should have. He looked down at the other Senshi and let out a huff. "Well, I would call them if possible, but you look pretty bad. I don't think you'll be able to protect me for right now." He would have chuckled at his "joke" but Selinur looked too hurt to try it. "Still... I appreciate the offer. I'll have to contact you sometime later." Hopefully after whatever punishment he received from stealing the Senshi. They would eventually figure it out, they always did.

Wanting to scoff, or laugh, at the other for not trying harder to purify he shook his head as much as he could. His vision swam and his head hurt, at some point he was certain his head had hit the ground. This corrupt senshi clearly didn't belong with the Negaverse, even now he could see that.
"Going to have to." Pausing in what he was saying, taking a breath, he finished his thought. "change sides sides sooner...not later. Not now." Not after he didn't turn up in some holding cell, or as some corrupt senshi. It would bring up problems for the other, things he wouldn't be able to escape. It could cost this senshi his life and he didn't want that, not when this one wanted to change sides. He might want to see chaos dead but purification worked as well.
"Hide, find a place and hide. I'll help." When he didn't feel like one of those trains, he didn't like the way they looked, ran him over. "I'll get home." And get to feeling better, and letting his body heal, but the other needed to hide first and foremost. "Won't be safe."

Versailles could only nod. He knew that what the other Senshi was saying was true, but it seemed to be an impossibility. He had met others who said he would help him, but even they couldn't describe how it happened. Or wouldn't. He was sure that being a part of the Negaverse still they considered him untrustworthy. He could suddenly become more faithful to the Negaverse and then what would happen? He sighed. "As long as you get home safely, I guess my work here is done. Hopefully the next time that we meet neither of us will be needing medical attention." He said with a nod towards Selinur. "See you again soon Selinur." He said as he used the last of his energy to teleport again. He was now totally drained and had to walk a few blocks home, but he would make it. And then he would sleep for a few days. He hoped he would see the other again soon, and alive, he worried for the corrupted senshi. It was clear they didn't care for their side of the war and wanted to change...but weren't ready to commit perhaps. How to get them to purify though? He could, the next time they met, call for Cosmos or someone else...even Ida if she were up for it. They were all options but he didn't think he could talk to Ida right now, she had something going on in her life.
Shaking his head, despite how bad an idea it was, Sleinur headed himself as close to home as he'd go before powering down and limping it the rest of the way. he'd take a shower once he got home and tend to his injuries before crashing in bed to sleep and heal. Maybe he'd even take a trip to his desolate world in order to heal up a bit faster; he might also miss his homeworld.
