Description ;; An ornate, timeless charcoal holder with winding onyx patterns on the handle. It holds a stick of charcoal that seems to last forever, and smolders when used.
Benefit ;; The charcoal stick allows the user to send one-way messages to any other user, regardless of faction, as long as the name of the recipient is known. When used, the user can scrawl a message on any surface, and that message will appear in smoldering letters, as they are written, somewhere in the periphery of the person receiving the message. Messages can only be sent to powered individuals, and the individual must be powered to receive the message. If they are not, then the message will appear to them the next time they power up.
