Every Oni, Tenshi and rabbit has a potential for a higher spiritual awareness. By sitting in a quiet or secluded place closing their eyes and focusing their internal energy, each one of them can project a mental image of themselves onto a secondary spiritual plane, the ethereal plane. This plane does not adhere to traditional senses of physics, and is more like outer space, with no up, down, left or right, or any physical barriers. Following the will of its inhabitants, the ethereal plane shifts constantly, but most often resembles a mirror of the physical world we live in now. Using this, Oni and Tenshi in different areas can teleport themselves mentally to the location of another, and if the other is present in the ethereal plane, can speak, run, play, whatever with the other. This has been jokingly named Meditation.net, but also can be called astral projection, or mind waving.
Oni, Tenshi and rabbits can come here as another place to speak with one another with no physical limitations. All rabbits can speak their mind fluently, and Oni and Tenshi become more aware of their inherent abilities. It can be a place to train, to get away from it all, or hook up with others and just hang about where no one else can watch. However, if they are disturbed at meditation or called to, they will immediately be pulled from the plane. Also, everyone must keep in mind the deterioriation of the body- you still have to return every now and again to eat, and sleep, and get up to move about.

Azerim walked through the nothingness. Out of wantingt an escape, he had found this place. He knew he was meditating back home, he knew he was in his own head. Strange though, he somehow couldn't help but feel this place wasn't private. He couldn't quite understand why -- maybe because his inner thoughts were still inside his head, instead of his own voice speaking to him.
He sat down with a big sigh, and tried to figure this place out. Black nothingness, and yet you can breath, talk, and think. Wasn't he supposed to be in his own head? He fell back on a black transparent floor, and rolled around moaning.
Dark wasn't feeling too well, and even though he has a smile on most of the time... when he's alone, he's just a mess. He couldn't help his owner at all. This in turn made him very upset, and before he left to meditate; he looked up to the ceiling to find Urcaquary. He looked like a gargoyle, staring back at him with seemingly empty eyes. His wings didn't help either. Azerim told him then and there: "Some help you are." But Urcaquary would just stare at him wide eyed and not do anything.
So here Azerim was in this black place; depressed and sad. He thought about something bright, like the sun, and a field of green grass with a massive tree in the middle.
Suddenly, the black nothingness disappeared; and in its place was the very thought he had. "Wow..." This was kind of cool... He lay back sighing again, and thought about Audric. He hadn't seen him in so long, and he missed him dearly. Rolling around in the grass, he thought about Melek. He hadn't seen him either, for that matter. He felt so alone, and this place didn't help, because he was the only one here.

blackHe rolled to his side, sighing heavily. How alone he felt. It was cold. The kind of cold that blistered into your body, literally stopping your heart from the inside out. Azerim curled up.
He wanted to think. He wanted to think nice thoughts. But he couldn't. This 'cold' engulfed him so fast, he barely had time ot figure out what was going on.
And then he saw it.
A black puddle trickled out from in-between the grass. Azerim could not move, and began to whimper as the grass in the puddle lit on fire. black fire.
No longer able to control his thoughts, Azerim was completely solid. All he could do was watch as the puddle grew, edging closer and closer to him. Somehow, he'd seen this before...
Seen this in a dream...
The puddle grew closer and closer, and the imaged world around him literally tore appart. Everything was a foul shade of black.
He shut his eyes, hoping someone, anyone, would come to help him..
