Senshi: Sailor Wezen, Senshi of Haunting

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Hologram Ghost
Wezen holds up her hands and summons the spectral image of a small ghost. It is unique to each enemy, often inspired by their fears or memories. It screams and lunges at the target, directly at their face. When it connects it passes through its target and dissolves, leaving behind a white hot pain where it made contact for a few seconds. The feeling lingers as the pain fades, a sensation of not being alone in ones own body, of being haunted, and a crawling of the skin taking up the rest of the spells duration.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Fright of Your Life
Wezen is able to summon the spectral image of a much larger ghost, almost full human size, that screams and lunges at its target. It is unique to each enemy, often inspired by their fears or memories. Once it makes contact it disappears and the burning pain it inflicts spreads throughout most of the body. The sensation of being haunted begins with the pain instead of after and lasts the full duration, after the pain fades, and can even be the more intense reaction for some.

Eternal Sailor Attack: It’s Show Time.
Wezen stands still and claps her hands together, a circle of black, yet oddly glowing runes appearing at her feet. A flurry of ghost like shapes, made of magical energy, burst upwards from the circle and then target her opponent. They chase after the enemy and each hit is like being punched by a burning fists, though they leave no physical damage behind. The more hits that connect, the worse the burning pain becomes. Even after the pain fades, the disquieting feeling of something being left behind and haunting the victim remains. The number of ghosts she summons depends on her focus, how much energy she has left in the fight, and if she is attacked during. It can be interrupted, though once summoned the ghosts will either find a target or strike the ground/other objects harmlessly. If there are other senshi or even civilians in the area, they are at risk of being hit if Wezen is unable to maintain her focus on her target.

Deep Space Senshi:
Physical Features:
Wezen has fangs on the top and bottom rows of her teeth, though they are really only visible when she is smiling, yelling, or growling. As she tends to do all of these things quite commonly, it may be easier than she thinks to catch a glimpse of them. They are quite fragule and only used for eating, not biting or hurting anyone. Under her hat she has the remaining trademark of her kind, a broken, twisted horn. It can be broken further so she is very careful with it. Under her bracers, boots and other areas of her body are strange scars from her Homeworld. She is also very tall.
Backstory/History:
The planet of Wezen had never been a nice place to live. In fact, saying anyone ‘lived’ there at all was a bit of a stretch. This was a place where scum and garbage was sent to rot: no lives existed here. Those born here were created to serve a purpose. Those sent here were consigned to misery. No one escaped the planet alive.
No one remembered what being alive was.
Wezen was a prison that no one spoke of. Those that were sent there were stripped of their individuality, their humanity, and made into tools to serve another purpose. They filled spaces, toiled all day at an endless task, and returned to their tiny pods when their energy finally ran out. They were implanted with slits along their body where tubes pumped them full of a substance that kept them moving. Working. So the process started over. Wezen was born to one of the prisoners there. It was not entirely unheard of, breeding sometimes required to maintain the status quo of the work force, but she never knew her true story. She was grown to a strong enough age as everyone else, and once she was ready she was made to join the work force.
A cog in the wheel.
In a flash of light, she was chosen. Her consciousness blinked into being and she thought, for the first time, that she could do something else. She could not follow the same path she did every energy cycle, and she did not have to return to the task she had been slated. She saw herself. She saw the lifeless husks around her. And for a fleeting moment, she saw a chance to change everything.
Everything did change. But it had nothing to do with her awakening.
One by one, the jobs stopped mattering. The beings tasked with those jobs stopped toiling. Stopped moving altogether. No one came to replace them. The nutrients from the pods and vines stopped coming. The trees, already twisted and black, further decayed. The darkness grew thicker. The silence became unbearably heavy. There was nothing left in a world where there had never been much. Shadows swallowed everything, creeping out from under the ground, corrupting everything they touched. The bodies of the fallen tools danced lifelessly under its influence, and in silence chased her. Taunted her.
She chose to fight for a while, but only the bodies fell. The shadows seemed to only grow stronger, and the light she had been given dimmed. She embraced her life in the darkness, existing in a vain effort to one day prove she was more than just a shadow herself, but her hope had long faded. Even as a Senshi, bearing the name of the planet she was doomed to haunt, she felt like she was trapped in a cycle just like before. Then she felt something strange. A call, or a pull. Whatever it was, she answered it almost immediately, reaching out to it with her magic, her spirit, and everything else she could offer.
All at once, she was on Earth.
Thankfully, a kind senshi happened to find her not long after her arrival, and though she is still adjusting to things, she is being sheltered and cared for, though she has a long road ahead of her to fully understand not only this new life, but what life in general really is.
