For the oc Im trying my best to build:

- dark blonde (tsunade -2 shades, ish) - hair is medium length and messy, with bangs that fall into his face - water & lightning natures (or maybe just lightning) - broken chakra lines to the two above - does have fire release, not sure about the other two but im feeling like saying no - bad at shuriken jutsu/any jutsu thats about aiming - tiger/large cat lightning jutsu - betrayed by sensei / kidnapped by orochimaru wannabe - eye color is undecided - stoic / unemotional / should probably talk to someone about what happened - real vs genjutsu paranoia - 14 to Naruto's 16

- Dark blue color scheme - I like the idea of arm covers, like Korra (cause thats all youtube keeps recommending me). (but early designs did have him wearing forearm gloves!)
