The game I've played most recently is The Last of Us. I'm with Bill currently, trying to get to the truck. I'm playing the remastered, which my brother is telling me is harder than the original. He said his shivs last longer because they have three uses! It's taking me 2 shivs to put down a clicker at the moment.
