Hidden Steel

Hidden Steel, located within the central location of the Federation is a location dedicated to the manipulation and use of metals for both construction, defense and Jutsu.


Clan's
Kinzoku Clan: The combination of three of the original clans of Hidden Steel, the Metaru, Hagane and Tetsu clans. Upon the restructuring of the Federation the Steel clans all joined throughout the years and eventually joined together into a single clan to which holds the clan techniques of all three of their heritage's combined.

Suchīru Clan: The Suchīru clan is known for the heavy chains that they use, both in combat and in everyday life. As expected, they are a tight-knit group, their family bonds as strong as the links of their chains.

Hidden Steel’s Techniques


Kinzoku, Doshu
[ K ] One-Ton Sword Skill - 1000 Chakra ( Add ½ Defense to Damage | Pay 1000 to add +10 additional to effect. Max: +100 ) This technique causes the user to be able to use their chakra and raise the density of their sword. Making each swing seem to way One-Ton.

[ N ] Shuriken / Kunai Transformation - 700 Chakra ( Add ½ Intelligence to each Shuriken or Kunai. | Opponent's Reaction -5 per Shuriken / Kunai ) This technique allows for a single kunai or shuriken to be thrown and transformed mid air into it's opposite. So a single kunai becomes 3 shuriken. Or a single shuriken becomes 3 kunai.

[ N ] Metal Cocoon - 1100 Chakra ( Defense + ½ Spirit ) This technique causes multiple sheets of metal to be created and formed together creating a protective cocoon over the user. Allowing for the user to protect themselves inside, although it is not invincible.

Sheet of Metal - Free ( Passive: +10 to Damage or Defense of Metal Jutsu ) This technique allows for the user to create sheets of metal by pulling the needed metals from the ground itself so it can be used to create things from it.

[ N ] Metal Morph - 2300 Chakra ( Weapons created: Strength + Intelligence Damage ) This technique allows for the user to be able to create any kind of weapon they wish, out of the sheets of metal that they can pull out. These weapons are plain weapons and gain no special properties.


[ N ] Transparent Steel Skill - 3700 Chakra ( Opponent's Reaction -65 vs Metal Jutsu | Metal Jutsu effects -30 ) This technique allows for steel based creations to be transparent, only showing an outer edge, to show that it is there. This skill weakens the steel, when used upon it.

[ K ] Shuriken Transportation - 2000 Chakra ( Opponent's Reaction -20 ) This technique allows for shuriken to be transported and summoned from thin air to be shot at the opponent.

Liquid Steel Acid - 2800 Chakra ( Intelligence + ½ Spirit x50 vs Metal Jutsu Chakra Cost | Or immediately liquify effected normal items. ) This technique is an acid held by a chakra lined canister that can be used to melt most steels and other normal metals, with ease.

Steel Creation - Free ( Passive: Speed +10 to Metal Jutsu ) This technique allows for the user to be able to create steel from thin air, in order to create a majority of things, normally weaponry.

[ N ] Steel Reflection - 5000 Chakra ( Spirit + 50 vs Opponent's Perception: Remove ½ Perception from Opponent's Reaction for the response post to this technique ) This technique causes a blinding light to be reflected from the blade or metal creation, in order to cause the opponent to stagger. This light must be a reflection and it ten times brighter than a normal one.

[ K ] Weapon Flicker - 800 Chakra ( Passive: Opponent's Reaction -5 in response to a newly summoned weapon ) This technique allows for the user to switch between weapons instantly. The weapons vanishing and becoming a new weapon in a flash that is barely seen.

[ N ] Hagane Secret Art: Creation of the Airon Fortress - 3000 Chakra ( Defense + ½ Spirit | Reaction +20 ) A jutsu allowing the user to create a small fortress made entirely of iron. The fortress is small scaled and resembles the user shrouded by a ring of iron spikes nearly five feet all around.

[ N ] Hagane Secret Art: Creation of the Airon Soldier - 4500 Chakra [ Requires Hagane Secret Art: Creation of the Airon Fortress ] ( Spirit + Intelligence x50 Chakra Divided by Number of Soldiers created. | Soldiers can use all Metal Jutsu Techniques known. | Total Chakra generated Divided by 20: Used to populate stats for the Soldiers. ) Allows the user to create soldiers made completely out of iron.

Liquid Separation - 2000 Chakra ( Passive: Add ½ Defense to Metal Jutsu when turned to a Liquid state. ) Can Separates liquid from metal. One can cause metal to become liquid.

[ N ] Metallic Liquid Clones - 1700 Chakra ( Adds Spirit +15 to affected Clone's Defense | Affected clones can use Metal Jutsu ) A jutsu that allows a ninja to transform clones they have created into ones made out of a liquid metal.

Testu Spiritual Balance: Liquidation Pores - Obtained at 75,000 Chakra ( Passive: Speed +30 to Metal Jutsu ) Causes liquid metal to come from the pores. Makes so the user can generate their own liquid metal rather than having liquid, or metal on hand.

Tetsu Spiritual Balance: Metallic Armor Summon- Obtained at 100,000 Chakra ( Passive: Defense + ½ Spirit ) Can use the liquid metal from the pores to harden and become a basic armor.

Testu Spiritual Balance: Liquid Metal Manipulation - Obtained at 150,000 Chakra ( Passive: Add ½ Intelligence to Damage and Effects of anything created with Liquid Metal ) Can control all aspects of the liquid metal. Can be formed into walls, swords, ect.


Suchīru, Link

Chain Novice - 500 Chakra [ Required to learn any Novice Chain Techniques ] ( Passive: Add +5 to the first effect of Chain Techniques | Allows the full manipulation of 1 Chain ) The basic style of using chains in battle. The user can control one chain at a time.

Novice Techniques

[ N ] Ball and Chain - 1800 Chakra ( Spirit +5 vs Opponent's Strength: ½ Opponent's Speed ) This technique creates an extremely heavy ball and chain, which can be used as a weapon, or attached to a trapped foe to further bind them.

[ K ] Chain Gun - 1700 Chakra ( Intelligence + ½ Spirit Damage | Speed +5 ) This technique sends the chain striking out like a snake, able to even puncture solid stone.

[ K ] Chain Lash - 2400 Chakra ( Spirit + Speed Damage ) A rapid whipping strike with a chain, applying the full force of impact at any point along it's length.

[ K ] Chain Disarm - 3700 Chakra ( Intelligence + ½ Speed vs Opponent's Reaction: Grapple Weapon | Spirit +5 vs Opponent's Strength: Disarm Weapon ) This technique can use a chain to wrap around an opponent's weapon, to try to pull it free from their grasp.

[ N ] Chain Explosion - 4000 Chakra ( Spirit + ½ Intelligence + [ 10 x Chain Level ] Damage | Chain Level: Novice = 1, Apprentice =2, Practitioner = 3, Expert =4, Master =5 | Opponent's Reaction -20 per active chain during explosion. ) This technique causes all chains the user is currently controlling to explode. They send metallic shrapnel flying in all directions, though the user is immune. The power of this move is based on the user's Chain Level.

Chain Apprentice - 1000 Chakra [ Requires All Novice Techniques | [ Required to learn any Apprentice Chain Techniques ] ] ( Passive: Add +5 to the first effect of all Chain Techniques | +1 Action for Chain Techniques Only | Can control 2 chains at a time ) A more advanced style of using chains in battle, to make use of their fluid mobility and durability. The user can control two chains at a time.

Apprentice Techniques

[ K ] Chain Blade - 3000 Chakra ( Strength + ½ Spirit + ½ Intelligence Damage ) This technique causes a length of chain to form into a rotating oval in the user's hand, capable of inflicting serious damage on an opponent or the environment.

[ K ] Chain of Dominance - 3600 Chakra [ Requires Ball and Chain ] ( Adds ½ Intelligence to the Spirit vs Strength Comparison | Trapped Foes take ½ Spirit Damage per post while collared. ) A more advanced form of Ball and Chain, this technique creates a collar on a chain, to trap a foe.

[ N ] Chain of Pain: Level 1 - 1800 Chakra ( Add Intelligence +15 Damage to Chain Jutsu and controlled chain damage. ) The user can cause sharp spikes to grow from their chains.

[ K ] Lock, Stock and Barrel - 1500 Chakra ( Intelligence + ½ Spirit Damage | Speed +5 | Opponent can be swung once per controlled Chain; Intelligence -10/-20/-30/etc vs Opponent's Strength per each additional swing after the first. ) This powerful technique wraps an opponent in numerous loops of chain, before allowing them to be swung around and smashed into the surrounding area.

[ N ] Chain Gang - 2700 Chakra ( Create 2 clones per every controlled chain. | Clones can use all Chain Jutsu | Chains cannot be controlled while clones are active. | When a clone is destroyed: Intelligence + ½ Spirit vs Opponent's Speed: On success Opponent loses one action on their response post ) This technique creates a series of clones of the user, that when hit, erupt in lengths of chains which attempt to ensnare the opponent.

Chain Mail- This technique creates a lightweight set of armor composed of durable links of chain. 900 Skill Points

Chain Practitioner- The user is now proficient in fighting with chains, able to use multiple lengths with ease, attacking from multiple directions at once. The user can control four chains at a time. 1000 (Must be learned to learn any Level 3 skills, must be of the Suchīru clan.)

Anchor- A further evolution of the Ball and Chain, this technique creates a large ship's anchor at the end of the user's chain. It is extremely heavy to everyone except the user. 1400 Skill Points

Chain of Pain, Level 2- The user can now manifest fanged skulls at the tips of their chains, capable of biting into the flesh of their opponents. 1300 Skill Points

Chain Gatling- This technique is the evolution of the Chain Gun, and allows the user to simultaneously attack with all their chains at once in an array of Chain Guns. 1700 Skill Points

Chain Web- This technique causes the surrounding area to manifest numerous chains, stretched from one location to another, that creates a complex web of interconnected chains. 2100 Skill Points

Chain Expert- The user is now a full master in the style of chain fighting, able to fully utilize the potential of chains and do things that the unpracticed can't even imagine. The user can control seven chains at a time. 1400 (Must be learned to learn any Level 4 skills, must be a Chuunin or higher to learn.)
Link to the Past- This technique causes one of the user's chains to become ephemeral. If it can bind an opponent, it will actually reach into their past, and pull a past life out. If this occurs, the victim will believe they actually are living that old life again. 2800 Skill Points

Chain Frenzy- One of the more powerful techniques available to the Suchīru clan, this creates an enormous tornado with the user at the center. By spinning in a circle, the user's chains stretch out and begin to inflict colossal damage on their surroundings, and anyone foolish enough to be there near them. 2500 Skill Points

Quake With Fear- This sadistic technique requires the user to put as much of their chakra into one of their chains as possible, before using it in Chain Gun, and stabbing it deep into the earth. After a moment, the chain explodes, bursting free from the ground in the form of dozens of chains, striking in all directions. If any of the user's foes were not skewered outright, there is a startling propensity for the chains to end up around the victim's necks, strangling them. 3200 Skill Points

Oblivion- This technique may well be more fearsome than Quake With Fear, due to the extreme cost it demands from the user as well as the target. When this technique is activated, barbed chains burst from a point underneath both the user and the victim, ensnaring both of them in a severely painful display of torn flesh. The chains pull both victims down through a pair of dark portals, into a deep void. The chains tighten, causing further damage to both victims' flesh and bones, before finally ripping free. If the user is still conscious and able to fight, they can then release the both of them from the void in an explosion, the chains literally breaking the barrier into the real world as they pull both the user and the victim through. Otherwise, this technique is fully capable of killing both of them. 3000 Skill Points

Chain of Memories- This is the highest-kept secret of the clan's style of chain fighting, their most sacred technique. Using it, one becomes able to turn their chains ephemeral, similar to the Link to the Past. But rather than reaching into a victim's past life, instead it reaches into their current memories, and enables to user to doctor them. Nothing extensive, merely to add or subtract a face from a pivotal scene. This is a strong enough change to turn any ally into an enemy, or vice versa. 4000 Skill Points

Ivn felt very out of place in the heart of the Federation, so far from trees. The smoke of industry choked at his throat as he walked through flattened with machinery and cobbles, and not the countless feet of traveling life, wild and civilized. He did not like this place, but he had a purpose, and this purpose drove him forward into the center of the village, despite all the shocked stares of the villagers upon seeing one as feral-looking as Ivn Tree-Speaker.

His tresses of hair hung wild and loose about his shoulder, tinged greed, possibly by the moss and leaves that seemed to grow within. He wore loose robes, also alive with vines and leaves. Unlike the others here, his feet were bare as he strode unwavering towards the city’s center, a coy smile on his face.

It was clear that while he was a topic of great interest and curiosity, these people did not realize the danger they were in.

Ivn made his way to the center of the city, and stopped, looking up and around at the towering smokestacks, jutting upward into the sky, belching noxious fumes into the world for all to breathe. He looked around at this eyesore of a city, cleared barren of tree and leaf and petal to make way for stone and steel, iron and blood.

This place needed to be cleansed. This place needed to be reclaimed.

Ivn looked down at the staff in his hand, and tapped it on the ground. A short ways away, a single vine began to wind it’s way up one of the smoke stacks, twisting and turning as it made its way all the way to the top.

Ivn’s smile widened just a bit as he gently tilted the staff to the side, and with a resounding crack, the vines tightened, cutting through metal, and the smoke stack came down, crashing into a section of warehouses beneath it.

The assault on Hidden Steel had begun.

Action 2: Hungering Vines - Ivn can spawn a vine in a location he can see. This vine has his Defense, 50HP, and Ivn’s Spirit+A for it’s strength and speed for attacks and manipulations.
