Altruism Medical is a large medical and scientific themed building, consisting of multiple floors and levels in order to allow for assorted experimentation and medical procedures in safe and secure rooms and locations. Although not officially confirmed, there is known to be at least three basement levels beneath the Organization's building. One of which is only acceptable by members and the lowest of which is only accessible by Leaders of the Organization.

Eye Transplant Surgery - 3000 Chakra [ Requires an Eye from the required clan | Must be from a dead Player's Character ] ( Can only be done once per eye and cannot be done to an eye that is a Robotic Eye | Lose 100 HP permanently | Gain the Doujutsu Techniques only, of the Clan transplanted from. | When activating: Costs 3000 Chakra + 25 HP per post to maintain. ) Professor Shigure's original surgery, the eye transplant. He will surgically remove one eye of the user, transplanting the new eye in it's place. Should the shinobi undertaking the surgery already possess a doujutsu of their own, the two can either be combined together or be separated by the different eyes. This choice is entirely up to the user and is entirely cosmetic.
Genetic Implantation Surgery - Costs x2 Technique Choice | If chosen technique is free: 2000 Chakra for cost. [ You do not gain the additional chakra | Requires a deceased Shinobi with the Technique in question ] ( Can only be done 4 times | Lose 50 HP permanently each time | Acquire a single technique that you are capable of learning from the clan. Use it as per normal ) Professor Shigure's first steps into genetic alteration research, allowing him to draw forth the very genes of a recently deceased shinobi and implant them into another. Allowing a fraction of that clan's power to be harnessed by the acquiring shinobi.
Third Eye Socket Surgery - 6000 Chakra [ Cannot be gained if Third Eye is obtained ] ( Can only be done once | Lose 50 HP | +30 Perception ) Professor Shigure not only focuses on adding to the body, he also spends some time modifying it. With this surgery he modifies the very skeleton structure of the shinobi, creating an artificial eye socket that a new eye is placed in allowing for greater perception.

Third Eye - 2500 Chakra [ Cannot be gained if Third Eye Socket Surgery is obtained ] ( Perception +25 | If user is hit with a Lightning Jutsu or Effect while active; Perception -25 instead for 3 posts. ) This third eye is like a camera that can be placed on the forehead or on the back of the head. When the eye is open anything it sees is recorded so the user can make it go back to see things in the past. It's connected to the brain and sends whatever movement it see's to the brain. It only has 20'20 vision and it can get shorted out if a strong electrical attack comes near the user.
Robotic Eye - 5000 Chakra [ Cannot be obtained if Eye Transplant Surgery is obtained. ] ( Lose 50 HP | Perception +½ Intelligence ( Applied after all other bonuses ) ) Taking the place of the regular eye. This eye and model of the eye has a few additions that your ordinary eye does not have. First there is no need to blink. Secondly this eye has sight beyond a regular eye and can see about 2x the range of a regular eye. Next this eye is removable. Want to plant this eye some were and spy on the enemy. Go ahead do that.
Cyborg Replacement - 3500 Chakra ( Lose 25 HP per limb | If Arms or Hands: +25 Strength per Arm or Hand | If Legs or Feet: +25 Speed per Leg or Foot.. | Intelligence + ½ Spirit Lightning Damage added to Taijutsu techniques that use one of the replaced limbs in the attack. ) Man Why Keep your same old hand, arm, leg, or even foot when you can trade your it in for this bad boy. Being able to pick up and kick the heaviest of heavy things. Smashing things with out a problem and even generating a hardcore shock to people's system why wouldn't you want this? The arm or leg even has a spot to keep your weapons if you need that sort of thing.
Robotic Tentacles - 8000 Chakra ( Lose 150 HP | +2 Actions for use with Tentacles | Tentacles can use Taijutsu techniques: Adding 2000 Chakra to cost of attacks using Taijutsu | Strength + ½ Intelligence Damage, Speed +20 for attacks with Tentacles ) Give yourself Tentacles like an octopus. Giving yourself extra arms and move them around like they are extensions of yourself. These arms can attack, defend, smash, and even stretch.
Robotic Brain - 10,000 Chakra ( Lose 200 HP | Reaction +50 | Pay 5000 Chakra for +1 Action per post. ) Well this little bad boy is still in production, But we have tested on one nin and it has worked pretty successfully. This little gizmo will allow you to think on a level beyond what most nins can comprehend. It will allow you to think about two times faster, allowing thoughts to go through faster.
Chakra Disruptor - 10,000 Chakra ( Lose 150 HP | Spend Cost: All Shinobi within 10 meters lose access to any form of Chakra use, including the user. | Lasts for 5 posts ) Pesky nins and their full body chakra. Want to stop their chakra for a while? Hyuugas can do it and you can't? Psshh. Not anymore. With this you can create a short range blast that will cause all chakra to temporally be halted. Causing the nin to be unable to trigger or maintain Chakra related Jutsu and Effects.

Mind Conditioning - 2000 Chakra [ Cannot have Robotic Brain | Required to learn all Biotics below ] ( Passive: Spirit +20 ) This is the preparation required for the user to undergo brain surgery. This consist of mental capacity training so the user can know his or her limits and apply them to external chakra manipulation.
Omni-Tool Integration - 2000 Chakra [ Must have One Arm Unmodified | Required to learn all Tech below ] ( Passive: Intelligence +20 ) A specifically modified device that is integrated into one arm. This tool generates a holographic interface around the arm that can be used to activate Tech abilities.
Biotic: Barrier - 1000 Chakra ( Defense +½ Spirit | Can spend Mental HP in increments of 5, to add +5 to Defense | Cooldown is 500 words written after use. ) Using this, a user can surround him/herself with a "mass effect field," essentially strengthening the user's durability and defense.
Biotic: Lift - 2000 Chakra ( Spirit+20 vs Opponent's Speed: Opponent is Lifted for one post. ) This will cause enemies to float helplessly in the air, making them more vulnerable to attack. Momentum is also conserved; for example, using Lift on a charging enemy will cause them to go flying over your head, possibly into a wall or off a cliff. Lift is particularly effective when used on a stationary enemy in conjunction with Throw.
Biotic: Singularity - 3000 Chakra ( Spirit+10 vs Opponent's Speed: Opponent's Defense -10, Reaction -10 | Can spend Mental HP in increments of 10, to add +5 to each debuff | Opponent loses 1 Action on their response post | Cooldown is 1000 Words written after use. ) This gravitational power can suck multiple enemies within a 8m radius to a single area, leaving them floating helplessly but vulnerable to attack. It can also attract objects from the environment, such as crates or barrels.
Biotic: Stasis - 3000 Chakra ( Spirit+30 vs Opponent's Spirit: Speed = 0. Target cannot receive any damage while in Stasis. | Requires 2 actions to use | Cooldown is 2000 words written after use. ) This causes an enemy to be temporarily locked in a mass effect field, freezing the target in place and making them unable to attack. Enemies in Stasis also become impervious to damage and it becomes much harder for one using Stasis to dodge incoming attacks. This can also but used on your teammates to make them temporarily impervious. The technique can only be used in a 6m radius.
Biotic: Throw - 2000 Chakra ( Spirit+20 Damage ) This is mostly used in combat to keep opponents at a distance, by either launching them away or knocking them over, rendering them helpless when they land. In certain areas Throw will knock enemies off ledges so they fall to their death. If used near destructible objects, Throw can break them and hit enemies with debris. Any movable objects can also be Thrown into them, injuring them further. In enclosed quarters, Throw is strong enough to push enemies against walls and cause significant damage. This can be used in a 6m radius.
Biotic: Warp - 4000 Chakra ( Spirit+10 vs Opponent's Spirit: Lower Opponent's Defense -30 | Can spend Mental HP in increments of 5, to add -5 to Opponent's Defense. | Cooldown is 2000 words after use. ) This technique lowers the armor durability on a target to the point where the armor provides no protection at all. That increases the damage the enemy takes, as well as dealing damage over time. It is extremely useful on difficult enemies who use powerful armors. It also helps stop the enemy from regenerating. This can be used in a 6m radius.
Tech: Sabotage - 4000 Chakra ( Intelligence+40 vs Opponent's Reaction: For 2 posts; Opponent's Jutsu and abilities cost 2x Chakra | Cooldown 4 posts after effect ends ) This techniques works specifically by overworking chakra, meaning it can be used on other targets too. Hitting opponents with Sabotage will cause them to release too much chakra, possibly causing environmental damage. The opponent would have to use two time the chakra to complete a technique.
Tech: Neural Shock - 3000 Chakra ( Intelligence +10 vs Opponent's Defense: Opponent -1 Action | Applies [ Poison ] = 10 Damage for 3 posts. ) This is an ability unlocked by the progression of a Medicine talent. It induces paralysis and does toxic damage, but only works on organic foes. The best advantage Neural Shock gives you is the ability to slow an enemy or drop them in their tracks. This is a good technique to use when there are many foes in the area. This effects everything in a 4m radius.
Tech: Assassination - 5000 Chakra ( Intelligence +40 Damage, Speed +10 | Cannot activate new techniques for remainder of post. ) First your arm of choice turns into the Uni-Beam gauntlet projector. The technique is a powerful damage boost to the next shot from the projector which can quickly dispatch enemies that would normally take two or three shots with a single round. This is characterized by a distinct dark blue beam of chakra just before they fire.
Tech: Overkill - 4600 Chakra ( Intelligence +25 Damage, +10 Speed | If used with consecutive actions: +5 additional Damage and speed per action | Cannot activate new techniques for remainder of post. ) When your arm changes into the Multi-Beam gauntlet projector you can use Overkill. Automatic chakra fire makes the Overkill perfectly designed for taking down enemies quickly or providing cover fire. At close range, spraying chakra into a target is effective, if not as quick as Carnage. The Overkill ability, when activated this causes the projector to generate less heat and increases accuracy.
Tech: Marksman - 6800 Chakra ( Intelligence +30 Damage, +20 Speed, Opponent's Reaction -15 | If used with consecutive actions: +5 additional Damage and speed per action | Cannot activate new techniques for remainder of post. ) When you arm changes into a Uni-Blast gauntlet projector you can use Marksman. This improves the fire rate of the weapon and also its accuracy. The Uni-Blast is a close- and mid-range weapon designed for a variety of situations, particularly shooting on the move. They lack the automatic fire of a Uni-Beam, and do less damage compared to Multi- Blast or Beam, however with low or no points they are significantly more accurate than any of the other weapons.
Tech: Carnage - 5700 Chakra ( Intelligence +50 Damage, Opponent's Reaction -5 | Cannot activate new techniques for remainder of post. ) When your arm changes into the Multi-Blast gauntlet projector you can use carnage. This is an unlockable talent used with the Muti-Blast to fire a concentrated chakra ball-like blast from the gauntlet, causing it to deal massive amounts of damage to anything it strikes. It is not without its disadvantages however, as the carnage blast generates a large amount of heat in the projector, often causing it to overheat.

Dark Angel Mutation - 500 Chakra [ Cannot have: Tailed Beasts, Curse Seals, Wesker Techniques, Las Plagas Techniques or Tyrant Techniques. ] ( All Stats +5 per Stage Level ) A single injection of a mysterious pathogen that causes the afflicted's body to slowly mutate and gradually gain additional power.

Stage 1 - Requires 75,000 Chakra ( Speed +10, Strength +10, Defense +10 | +10 Damage to Kenjutsu techniques ) You gain glowing blue eyes due to the injection. Your hair also becomes lighter, and a silver streak or bangs may occur. Your physical attributes increase as well as Kenjutsu capabilities.
[ K ] Seraph Style - 2500 Chakra [ Requires Stage 1 ] ( Strength +10, Speed +15 ) Your muscles become hardened and flexible, allowing your physical capabilities beyond even that of a normal shinobi able to wield gigantic weapons with ease and move at high speeds that you may become virtually invisible to the opponent.
[ N ] Small Regeneration - 3000 Chakra [ Requires Stage 1 ] ( Heal Spirit+20 and gain +10 vs comparisons involving [ Poison ] and [ Disease ] ) Your body is able to heal wounds much more quickly before allowing battle to last longer. Small cuts and flesh wounds bother you no more and even life-threatening wounds thought to be unsavable, can be helped with medical attention. You become more resistant poisons and diseases taking them much longer to affect you.
Stage 2 - Requires 150,000 Chakra ( Speed+20, Strength +20, Defense +20 | Fire Technique Damage +10 | Can use an action and defend with the Ivory Wing: Adding +40 Defense ) The silver streak expands as you grow a Ivory-white Wing upon your right shoulder which although the feathers look weightless can act as a shield, the wing can recede when not needed. Also you gain an affinity towards fire type jutsus.
[ N ] Ebony Wing - 3000 Chakra [ Requires Stage 2 ] ( Speed +20 and allows Gliding | When Defending with Ivory Wing: +10 additional Defense ) A large black wing that can be grown from the shoulder. This wing can glide although no flight is able. It's durability is that of a scale metal, durable similar to dragon scales.
[ N ] Feather Strike - 2000 Chakra [ Requires Stage 2 ] ( Speed + ½ Defense Damage | If Ebony Wing is Active: Use Defense instead of Half Defense for Damage ) The wing's feathers can fly off and slice into opponent like small knives.
Stage 3 - Requires 200,000 Chakra ( Speed +20, Strength +20, Defense +20, Spirit +50 | Fire Jutsu gains +40 Speed and does not require Handseals | Ebony Wing becomes Passive ) Known as the final evolution of the Dark Angel Mutation which causes a second wing to grow beside the original Ivory-white wing, as well as turning black. The original Ebony Wing also doubles and remains permanently revealed off the other shoulder. The silver hair now fully covers one's head as well. During this stage one can influence the lower stages and can interact with them through a mental thought. Able to use fire jutsu's without hand-signs.
Flight - 3000 Chakra [ Requires Stage 3 ] ( Speed +30 | Allows Flight ) The hardened wings can allow the user to fly virtually anywhere.
Mental Mania - 5000 Chakra [ Requires Stage 3 ] ( Intelligence+25 vs Target's Mental Defense: Target gains +25 Damage if they are in combat with user's designated target. ) Able to directly speak with other Dark Angels and at lower stages able to influence as well as directly control actions if willpower is greater.
Meteor - 8300 Chakra [ Requires Stage 3 ] ( Spirit +80 Fire Damage | Deals Double Damage when affecting non-player characters and locations ) Black chakra orbs are summoned into the air. They then converge down upon a directed target, and impact them. Can be made into many orbs or thousands small orbs although the weaker it is more spread out.

Nanotech Bracelets - 1400 Chakra ( Create Mundane Weapons and Tools | Weapons created deal additional Intelligence Damage ) Twin silver bracelets, created from a style of adamantium alloy and an interesting style of nano-technology. These bracelets allow for the bearer to be able to simply create the weapons that they own, be they special items or other wise, from an odd graph like hologram of sorts. This hologram is some how able to create the weapon or item that is needed, and have it be created by multiple more grid like squares into the user's hand or hands, depending on the item.
Bracelet Upgrade - 1600 Chakra ( Perception +15 | Perception +30 for determining traps and barriers ) An upgrade to the Soldier' Bracelets. Now instead of only being able to create and summon weapons, the user can use the bracelets to summon up a map of the area, in a full 3D scale including locations of other shinobi, or the general location of barriers, or some sort of traps. Of course, also in a general proximity. Maps range for an entire location, but they must be scrolled with the alternate hand, or controlled in order to locate things. Doing things while on the move, could cause confusion, or motion sickness, due to the constant changes in the 3D environment.
The Serum: Half Dose - 4000 Chakra ( Can be used Once per Battle | Heals ½ of Missing HP and Mental HP | Regains ½ of Missing Chakra | Effects last for 8 posts before effects end on the immediate post afterwards | All regained HP, Mental HP and Chakra is subtracted from the current total ) A special substance that was created by Reaver Senimaru. Instead of being something hazardous to the body of those with an AM seal, it actually works as a natural replenishing agent. With a half dose of The Serum, the partially glowing purple liquid will actually full recharge the chakra of the user in an instant, healing all serious wounds and allowing them to begin fighting with 50% of their power once again. This Serum lasts for a total of Eight posts, before the user is instantly hit by both the fatigue and pain of all the injuries that were healed in a single instant.
Enhanced Tools - 700 Chakra ( All Basic Shinobi Tools gain: Spirit+5 Element additional Damage | Element = One of the available Chakra Affinities ) This is simply an enhancement to the normal shinobi tools that an AM member possesses. This causes any and all Shuriken, Kunai, Windmill Shuriken and Senbon to be created with the use of a chakra absorbing substance. What this substance does is allow the user's natural affinity to be harnessed in the weapon with a simple touch. Meaning when a kunai is thrown by someone with water affinity. The kunai will be layered in a fine layer of water, causing it to harm the opponent more severely, by cutting them with the chakra infused water as well as the kunai itself.

Leader's Armor - 2000 Chakra ( Defense + Intelligence against Kenjutsu Techniques ) A thin breast plate like armor that can fit under most normal armors, that once worn form fits onto the user's torso, shoulders and parts of the upper arm. This armor radiates a slight chakra barrier, that protects against physical attacks in those areas, mainly that of things from swords or other Kenjutsu.
Leader's Lab Coat - 2500 Chakra ( Defense + Intelligence against Fire, Lightning Jutsu and effects. As well as Kenjutsu Techniques ) An inner plating that lines the inside of the AM's coat. It is made from a special material that actually makes it flame and electricity resistant as well as capable of being used to resist strikes of a sword, much like the use of the Armor, due to the fine layering of this odd non-metal and chakra sealed across the inside of the coat.
Leader's Tattoo - 5000 Chakra ( Intelligence +50 vs Opponent's Sealing Effects: On Success; the effect is prevented. ) A simple winding tattoo that is located somewhere upon the Leader's body. This tattoo actually appearing like that of a half broken skull with a bent halo hovering over the head, on top of the backdrop of the AM symbol. It allows for the Leader to be able to resist the effects of things that may prove capable of sealing off or preventing the use of their chakra. This does not include the effects of The Hyuuga's Gentle Fist techniques.

" She turns and redirects her attention towards Shun, who should not be more than a few steps behind her, nodding her head for a moment, Isis then begins making her way down the rather unassuming path towards the main entrance to her Organization, with the total intention of making her way into the lower more secure levels and confirming the current standing of her true organization hidden within.
Yoshiro approached the multistory building. It looked pretty average from the outside, but he had heard enough on the way over to be very interested in the work they did here. He walked up the path to the building itself. He spends several minutes just standing, observing the building from the outside. He then walks inside the building, approaching whoever looks like they are there to interact with potential subjects, and addresses them. “I would like to learn more about what this place offers. Is there someone I can talk to?”

He knew not all what as it appeared, though those words would never leave his lips... not even as his nine 'assistances' came walking by in their lap coats. Though watching the tall, lean Doova trying to act as he belonged in a lab was well worth it. Her amber gaze falls on the Kazekage, "Well... that was an interesting result... it seems that the Kage of Hidden Void has fallen, and another with him. Kanata is bringing back their heads now." It was a simple message meant for their leader's ears, though he did not care if another overheard it. Afterall what would they gain from hearing that a Kage has passed away. It was then he noticed a man dressed in a crimson armor approaching the multi-floored building, and he motions for one of his 'assistances' to go and speak with the man since he wanted answers.
Doova would roll his eyes in annoyance as Shun motioned for him, or one of his siblings to go and respond to the outside adventurer. He would pat, though a bit rough, the back of a shorter, dark haired woman on her left shoulder, "You are up, Karu." He would then silently walk by the armed shinobi without another word, as the girl straightens herself out from the hit. Her dark eyes land on the travelling swordsman as she approaches, "Apologizes for him, he is not very personable. As for your question... Welcome to Altruism Medical. While we focus on affordable development and production of medical and technical advancements, we also do offer the services of grafting the special doujutsu of other clans, or altering some of ones genetics to allow the use of a few of another clan's techniques. We can also replace missing limits with a more robotic appendage. Sadly, as these procedures are still experimental, it does have the effect of shortening the lifespan of those that do undergo them."
