Special Forces now has a new Army Regulation that covers the Grooming Standard. The Grooming Standard goes over a Soldier’s hair, facial hair, jewelry, tattoos, etc... I behoove everyone to familiarize themselves with this regulation as I really don't want to have to bring it up again later on. Here's the link to the regulation. Don't worry it's pretty lax and you only have to apply it when in uniform.
