Nevermind the long a** topic title. Basically, the purpose of this Junior Enlisted Designation Chart, or JERDC, is to allow new recruits to know their rank upon acceptance into Special Forces based on a point system.

• General Roleplay Experience = total 22 points
- What kind? +2 pts
- Any group (4+ people) RPs? +4 pts
- Longest one? (2+ days) +4 pts
- Detailed [No god mode] RPs (e.g.: "I throw a car at you" ) +4 pts
- Ever hosted or co-hosted for a RP? +8 pts

• T1 or T2 style Roleplay Experience = total 22 points
- Experience in either T1 or T2? 10 pts
○ DnD is a good example
- At least general knowledge of either? 2 pts
- Give me a sample of either style. 10 pts
○ If you try copy & pasting an example off the web, I'll know. Don't do it.

Grand total = 44 points

PVT (E1) = 0-10 pts
PV2 (E2) = 11-20 pts
PFC (E3) = 21-30 pts
SPC (E4) = 31-39 pts
CPL (E4) = 40 pts

Note: The information we collect from all personnel will be used for a reference guide to High Command as a way to make sure no personnel are bullshitting us through the unlawful means of "self-designating an undeserved rank". If you're caught lying about the rank you've determined is for you based on this chart, you will automatically be demoted to PVT (E1).

- Give me a sample of either style. From a fallout rp:

Ward clutched his side as he staggered toward the slain beast. In the final stand off he had pulled the trigger just as the massive radstag charged at him. Its tangled mess of antlers had defiantly pierced through him before writhing dead at his feet. He could see now why it was so aggressive. An arrow stuck out of its side, it was desperate and in agony. Edward clenched his teeth. He needed this kill but being wounded complicated things immensely. Especially since he ran out of stimpacks in the middle of nowhere. Having been lost for some time now, he had no idea when he would get another chance to resupply. Infection could set in at any time, if the blood loss didn't get to him first. His wound leaked steadily, soiling the heavy black silver shroud trench coat. With care he wrapped a long strip of cloth he scavenged firmly around his bare torso and hoped for the best. Once redressed, he went to work skinning and stripping the animal of meat. He won't be dying of starvation at least.

Even in the dark the snow around him gave off an ominous faint green glow. It highlighted the grotesque shapes of the forest in an unsightly manner. Made simple branches seem downright forbodding. He preferred to sleep during the nights. In the daylight the eerie effect was washed out by sunlight.
