Depending on the RP, there are a few things that can happen to your character:
1. If you're sparring with another fellow Green Beret, or any friendly, and you've been defeated, you won't die. Instead, you'll just simply "revive" and move on. However, this doesn't mean you don't have any health. So still practice caution in any sparring match as if you were going to die.
2. If you're engaged in a firefight with the enemy and you've been defeated or unable to be resuscitated by a medic, you'll have to use a replacement character for the one who just died. However, this doesn't change your Gaia account's status in Special Forces. To explain a bit further: You can house as many characters as you want with one Gaia account. As long as one character from your Gaia account went through the In-Processing and graduated from the Qualification Course, your status and rank don't change. In other words, GEN Washikage SF's status doesnt change. Just the RP character of choice that's used. So if GEN Washikage SF is KIA, I'm still the General, but I'd use my standby character as a replacement during the RP. Essentially, it's like you use an extra life. But by doing it this way, it allows everyone to expand their creativity a bit and not have to limit themselves to one character, if they didn't want to. Otherwise, your standby character could literally be a clone of your original if you wanted.
3. There's no god mode or immortality of any kind.
If anyone has any questions or suggestions, lemme know.
