These officers hold the rank of Captain and are schooled in the art of unconventional warfare and in the primary missions ODAs may be required to accomplish. They also receive instruction on the capabilities of all the enlisted Special Forces MOS to enable them to employ their detachments' assets in peacetime, conflict or war properly. The detachment commander may advise an indigenous battalion-size combat force.
Requirements
• Must be proficient in T1 RP
• Must have been in a Leadership role for at least 3 months inside or outside of Special Forces
• Must be skilled in delegation and resource allocation
• If enlisted, must have gone through the Green to Gold program to earn your officer rank
