Prompt 1 (Diamond Dust): This time of year, snow is common. What’s uncommon is the single, strange snowfall where each snowflake that fell glistened like tiny diamonds. For the most part, the snow seems fairly normal—it’s cold, wet, and melts just like any other snow, it just also happens to look like tiny little gems are falling from the sky. Depending on who you’re with, it’s either incredibly strange, or incredibly romantic.

When the snow is coming down at its strongest, crystalized snowflakes trickle down with the rest of the snow. These are roughly the size of a quarter and are light and hollow. They are fragile, like glass, but glisten like a fine cut gem. No one can explain this anomaly, but these small snowflakes won't melt. And they are all over Destiny City. You can find them gently falling to the ground, or lying in the fresh fallen snow. There doesn’t seem to be anything particularly magical about them, but they are beautiful and make pretty keepsakes.

Bellalunea was out just walking around on her daily walk around the park. She wasn't a fan of all the bright lights and Christmas decorations that was around the park but it was the most peaceful place to walk. Plus her humans didn't really mind what she did during the day since they were all so busy with the hotel renovations. Of course they still made sure they made enough time for her, since she knew how much her human family cared for her. They truly made her one of their own the day they took her in and so she made sure she never got in their way of life. Instead she tried to adjust her life to theirs, like today the parents were talking to contractors, and Sabrina was out on some adventure. So now would be the perfect time for her to stretch her little legs, it didn't interfere with anyone's schedule and worked out perfect. She was so proud of herself for figuring all this out that a little smile had even growing on her face. Even if she wasn't really noticing the smile, it didn't mean it wasn't there. As long as that smile was there, she had something a kind of warmth people couldn't take away.

Just as that smile grew it was suddenly taken away from her as quickly as the speed of light. Her smile was taken by the feeling of something cold and wet on her nose. "What the" she thought as she suddenly felt more of whatever this was on her back and legs. It was literally surrounding her like an un-escapable mess. "Gross," she said as she tried to paw it off with both her black furry paws quickly, but as she did the snowflakes glistened like diamonds. Diamonds that sparkled so brightly in the sky, and almost made her want to not attack them. Not that that would stop her of course since she still hated it at least right now. The more she thought about the more her face grew a puzzled look, "That's weird," she thought and she knew all about weird since she was a powered cat. and being a powered cat you see some weird stuff in life. She's seen sailors of all kinds, and every time she met a new one stuff just got weirder. Just like today - she started out going on a walk in the park and now she was battling diamonds in the sky.

As she looked to the sky at the diamonds, she tried to figure out exactly what was going on. right now all she could see she wasn't crazy and the whole sky looked like the falling diamonds. Which you know that was a plus, not going crazy, since if she was she'd have another problem on her hand. But she had to admit to herself even if she wasn't crazy about it the sky looked beautiful. It's just it was really making her walk super uncomfortable and a huge pain in the butt honestly. She just wanted to have a peaceful walk and here comes this stuff wet and super cold stuff from the sky, since even if it was beautiful it still was gross to her. Nothing could really change her mind on the gross part, even if it was beautiful.

Just as she was rolling her eyes with her thoughts she saw them grow in size like magic. She prepared for the worst to rain down on her fur. Maybe it would burry her alive or just stick to her like super glue. She wasn't sure what would happen but she was getting ready. Since at this point they were roughly the size of a quarter and now some snow like flakes were coming down with it. As she reached her front right paw to try and touch the snowflake it shattered before her eyes into shiny dust that got all over her face. She suddenly sneezed and set the dust flying. "well that was weirder," she said as she started to walk forward on the path. She was hoping that maybe if she walked a little further ahead, maybe just maybe it would stop and become apart of a long lost dream. With her luck though it wasn't happening and instead the snowflakes had gotten harder and were now laying all over the ground like little collectables. "hmm," she said as she stopped for a moment to exanimate a snowflake across her path. This snowflake looked like a spider-web and it reminded her of her girl - Sabrina. "Sabrina would probably really love to see something like that," she thought to herself as she stared at it a moment longer and then decided she would take it back to her.

Maybe this stuff that caused her so much misery could bring joy to someone close to her instead. Sabrina really loved spiders, bats, and all things creepy. It was right up her alleyway and honestly she couldn't think of anyone who would enjoy it more. So she grabbed the snowflake in her front paws and rushed towards the hotel. She was carefully rushing since she didn't want to break it, before she got to her home. "Well I hope she likes it," she said with a smile as she ran as quick as her little feet could carry her. Sabrina loved spider webs and she wanted to do something small for her after everything she had done for her. After all it was Christmas times and from what she was told by everyone it was a time for gift giving. It was a time to show those around you just how much you care about them. This was a new thing for her since she didn't care about many people and she really hoped she was doing this right. "Well only one way to find out," she said with a gulp. She really hoped she was doing this right and that Sabrina wouldn't think she was just a silly kitty. but only time could tell as she ran her little paws home as quickly has she could.
