Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) are the backbone of Special Forces. They carry out the orders given by High Command with swift, strategic, and diligent swiftness with their subordinates, and hold the vision of Special Forces at the forefront of their minds.

Officers are responsible for making and maintaining the standard in Special Forces. They oversee all Special Operations and ensure the most senior NCOs are updated in their training. Officers must lead by example, know when and how to make tough decisions, and show all seniors, peers, and subordinates alike the proper respect.
