Hopeful List:
1. Ice/Crystal segments on skin/tail/horns/wings
2. Dragon wings, horns, tail
3. Norse style clothing (at least the arm and leg bracers and hunting horn if none of the rest of it is allowed)
4. Facial hair if possible in the style on his reference image
5. The effect of his skin looking like it's slightly cracking ice if possible. If not, that's fine.
