Starseeds were so ... interesting. To think that such a small thing held a soul was such an incredibly intriguing thing to him. Evidently, souls didn't weigh terribly much after all, no matter how much their owner did or didn't do. This one's owner had been a knight. A page, his theoretical equivalent if he ever decided to discard his power. Pages didn't seem to have much fight into them, and perhaps it was the futility of their weapons. Even his dip pen could be used for more than what most of them seemed to have. Pitiful, really. This would go toward whatever Faustite had needed extra starseeds and energy for. He had no reason to hold it; Borax had already accomplished what he had wanted to. Perhaps he should have gleaned some information from them, but... they weren't even a meaningful threat or curiosity. The starseed? More valuable than attempting to pull any information from a page that would soon be dead from something else, anyway. Dismissively, he banished the starseed back to his mysterious invisible pocket and looked for someone who was either a more worthy adversary, or at least someone who may have been of more interest to the Negaverse in the first place. He felt an aura nearby, he was fairly sure. He was working on that sense, too... Was that a knight or a senshi? Offending, either way.

Tyrannosaurus took a deep breath of the fresh night air, which resulted in a deep, resonated cough as the icy cold struck her straight in the lungs. She gathered herself, straightening herself up and, breathing much more carefully, resumed her proud look around the city from atop the roof top she had finally managed to (mostly) jump up to. She used a few vantage points, and a couple of scrambling grabs, but she had done it in almost the same way she had seen all those parkour videos describe.
Having these boosted perks, the strength and speed, not the mention the extra stamina, really helped her in her practicing. She felt like she was making small progress.
Toward what goal? That would be established later.
Sensing a creeping darkness in the corner of her head space, she turned toward it. Or what she thought was toward it. Pinpointing auras was on the list of things she would get better at in time. She hurried toward it, not taking the time to think of how incredibly dangerous it was as she leaped a small space between buildings and managed to land almost unharmed on the other side. She paused for a small, self congratulatory 'whoa', before she hurried on, leaping off the next building to land on the street below.
She was definitely close to the aura now, though she did not know, as she adjusted her hat to keep it from falling off, that the source was behind her.

The apparent knight or senshi had the audacity to disturb his deep thoughts about the starseed in his fingers and the body at his feet by coughing, of all things. If they were sick, why the hell were they out patrolling? The last thing he wanted was some mysterious form of magical power space illness or whatever counted as sickness in their particular version of humanity. He felt the aura growing closer, and while he did still need practice with it, he was getting better at figuring out the direction. They were ahead of him, almost directly. The oblivion would make her an easy enough target, and perhaps they were someone he could add to the small collection of starseeds he was going to bring back for Faustite. Perhaps they would be a senshi. That would be a nice pair of starseeds. Or perhaps he could utilize this presence for another useful assignment. Categorize his enemies. Determine their threat level. Maybe get more information out of them than he had managed to get out of the now past page at his feet. He regarded the page once more down his nose like he was offended by their continued presence and not simple immediate absence, before swerving around some bins and heading toward ... the side of a building. A roof? Were they running some kind of parkour s**t back there? Perhaps this one could be useful yet. Athleticism without even needing the powered form fully was something he couldn't do. It sounded like something beneficial to special ops, so perhaps they'd be interested in this one. He walked up slowly behind them, suddenly stepping forward and attempting to yank him backward to her back was against his chest.

Tyrannosaurus was aware of the movement behind her, and she moved to shrug out of her jacket and leave the Nega soldier with it while she, quite theatrically and totally unnecessarily, action rolled forward and into a turn. She got back to her feet in as super hero a way as possible, putting her hands on her hips and offering him a big, goofy grin.
She pointed her gloved hand at him, then lowered it to her jacket.
"I'm going to need that back! It's very cold!" she said triumphantly, still looking ridiculously proud of herself. She wanted to ask him how cool she looked, but she imagined that would lose her a lot of the cool points she had racked up. Still, she would have to keep that quick escape tactic in mind, the next time someone grabbed her from behind. Because, in her mind, it was awesome.
And effective, but that was a distant concern.
"Looking to cause some trouble, huh? Well, I'm here to put a stop to that! In the name of Tyrannosaurus, you're going to wish you were extinct!!" She was all finger guns and excitement, trying to come up with a signature pose, but did not settle on anything in a timely manner and eventually just dropped her hands to her sides and looked at the Nega helplessly.
"Seriously, though, it's pretty cold..."

He'd give her credit where credit was due: the classic slip out of the jacket move to roll away from him wasn't the worst thing he had ever seen. He'd take note that she at least had something of a head on her shoulders, and that would be either dangerous for them or useful for them to corrupt and take advantage of later. As she spoke more, he realized it was definitely moreso the second one than the first. Did she really expect him to just give it back? Strategic as far as it made her look cool. Didn't much consider the consequences. It was clearly far too small for him, and safari had never been his thing, but to make a point about it, he lifted the jacket to loosely tie the sleeves around his neck so he could wear it like an off-theme cape. "Mm, nah. Think I like it better on me than on you." Seeing her suffer was bringing a bit of light to his eyes. "Thanks for the coat, Tyrannosaurus." Of all things, that was her name? He hadn't expected to be facing someone named after a whole damn dinosaur. The concept that was echoed again in space almost made him sputter. Almost. "I'm plenty warm." He summoned his dip pen, flipping it around in his fingers as he measured how and where to aim. In the interim, he strode closer, working to get a better look at the femme Indiana Jones mimic he was facing. Long red hair. Green eyes. "Even more now that I have this scarf." And then, just as a fun test, he threw the pen at her like a dart. Get her to use her magic, perhaps.

T-Rex made a face, looking pouty for a moment. She really liked that jacket, and was not sure how senshi magic worked yet. She did not know for sure if she would get it back when she powered up next, though she had to hope that when she powered down and the rest of the outfit disappeared, the jacket would too.
Not that she was in a position to test that out just yet.
"Oh, fine," she huffed, watching him as he tied her jacket around his neck like a child would to make a cape. "I guess you can have it if you're that cold. I don't think it really does you any favors, though. I definitely wear it better."
She grinned, then saw him move and moved on instinct. Thankfully, she had some of those. She dodged when she saw something leave his hand, though she was unsure what it was. "Did you just grab something out of your junk drawer to throw at people, or what?" she frowned, not realizing he was testing her.
She considered her jacket again. If she really wanted it back, she could use her magic to help, but she supposed she should save it just in case she actually needed to make a get away. For now, she just lifted her hands, poised and ready to fight.

With her unable to do terribly much to get the jacket back without attacking him for it, he was quite happy to keep it around his neck with a smirk on his face. Alright, she was able to dodge, even if she couldn't quite process what had been thrown at her. He hummed under his breath, closing his eyes and concentrating briefly as Jadarite had told him he could do. Within a few seconds of focusing on the concept of it, his dip pen was back in his hand. "Cute, but no." He advanced just a bit closer, eyeing the tip of the pen for a moment and then eyeing her up and down. "I'm sure your knights are similarly cursed?" From what he understood, knights did not generally have the most useful weapons. To be honest, it was questionable if what the pages carried could qualify as weapons at all. What he carried? Better for an elegant letter like he'd write to someone he wanted something from, but nevertheless. He twirled it between his fingers. "Really don't think it was doing you any favours either." That was the only warning he gave before he lunged forward in an attempt to slash at her with the pen's end, or if not that, perhaps get her to use her magic.

Seiana_ZI Sailor Scout Attack: Feeding Time! Sailor T-Rex can summon the ghostly image of a skeletal Tyrannosaurus Rex’s head above her, which roars at an ear piercing pitch and causes a mild, temporary paralysis. The effect is not in the sound itself, but rather a shock wave that emanates from Sailor T-Rex in a five-foot radius around her. Unless someone is standing within that range, even if they hear the roar, they will not be affected by the attack. Likewise, if they are inside the range but cannot hear the roar, they will not be affected. The paralysis lasts up to 15 seconds. The strength of her opponent can impact this. She can use this attack two times per power up due to power strain. Alright, enough was enough, Tyrannosaurus decided. She wanted her jacket back, especially after seeing his smirk, and she knew how to get it. She was not always the most tactical of senshi out there, but she saw an opportunity and knew her magic well enough now to realize she could use it for more than just running away.
Way more, in fact.
Of course, she had no idea she was doing just what he wanted her to, but she was never one to think about the broader picture. Especially in battle. She liked to focus on where her punches were going to land, and where her feet needed to be. Anything beyond that was asking a bit too much of a brain not exactly built for multi-tasking.
"Alright, tough guy," she said, as she watched him lunge toward her. Good, let him get close. She clapped her hands together, though she was not exactly sure if it was necesary or not. It made it look cooler, at least she thought so, and thus she kept it as part of the routine. "It's Feeding Time!!"
Over her head, a swirl of magic burst into life, a skeletal dinosaur head manifesting in the energy and dropping its boney jaw. A high pitch, trembling sound erupted from it, with a shock of pure energy almost at the same time. The shock wave raced out from around her in the center, grinning and not seeming to hear the terrible lizard roaring overhead.

There we go. His endless, ceaseless taunting had finally seemingly gotten him what he wanted. Being called a tough guy brought some amusement, but he put it aside to start the count in his head. He needed to figure out just how long she could, apparently, feed. Or this dinosaur could feed, anyway. His instinct was to move out of the way of that loud, trembling, skeleton dinosaur, but what he didn't account for was the severity of her attack. It wasn't itself damaging, not beside for the shockwave making him a bit unbalanced and that damn roar hurting his ears, but suddenly, very suddenly ... he couldn't move. He couldn't move a damn inch, in fact, and it was alarming enough to nearly distract him from his count on its own. In the proper hands, this attack would be devastating. ... For Order, anyway. Imagining being able to freeze someone and gank their starseed before they were even able to defend itself was an enticing enough thought that he categorized this one away, categorized it as much as he kept an active counr. Ten - eleven - twelve - thirteen - fourteen - fifteen -- the feelings returned. It was a shorter length than he was used to, but this in general was something different. Curious. He tried to jolt his body back to movement, though he found himself prodding with questions first-- "Is that your magic? Summoning trexes?" lithiasaur sorry for the delay, my muse has been giving me a lot of trouble over the past few weeks!!

While Tyrannosaurus was mostly oblivious to the potential behind her magic, never one to see the big picture without some serious thought and note taking, she did see her much smaller end game at hand. She did not even look to the end of the fight, but rather getting back what was hers.
So, while he was frozen by her magic, she moved to grab her coat and get it back, swinging it around her shoulders in triumph. She had not even bothered to attack him while she was close, not exactly practiced in the art of taking advantage of her Roar for anything but running away when she needed to. Sure, she had gotten a few good hits in with it before, but never really in a way she felt was unfair.
Even an apex predator had to have some morals, right? At least, she thought so. She had not quite built up the bite to back up the bark just yet, and even she was smart enough to at least understand that. Picking a fight she probably could not win, even with an advantage, was a bad idea, and so far things had been fairly civil. In a very simple way, she had been soothed out of wanting to do harm.
She was still not aware that she was giving away all her secrets. If they were secrets at all, anyway.
"It's pretty neat, huh? I can't say I don't like it! And look, I've got my jacket back. So things are looking up, eh? Now that I'm at full power, you want to tango?" She raised her gloved hands, gripping them into fists and offering him a lopsided, toothy grin.

Damn, she took her jacket back in the process -- and she had gotten close, too. A part of him mourned that he couldn't just snatch her starseed in the process of her getting so close, and another locked onto the fact that she seemed to have a fairly good understanding of tactics. She got what she wanted back and got away from him before he had the time to react and make her regret it. And oh, he wished he could have made her regret it. "Certainly a useful ability," because he would give her that much, truthfully. Would he tell her why? No; she didn't need to know he was actually calculating. If she thought he was just heading to tango on even footing, she was free to continue that. The naivete might have also been useful, if just to make her think that perhaps they were on her side or at least speaking to her from a perspective of fairness. "Are they looking up for you, though?" He glanced down to his dip pen. If only he had a more useful weapon for battle and not just for weaving words. "Or is it just a momentary reprieve, Sailor T-Rex?" If she could do that again, Borax wondered if he should extract himself or try to distract her, instead. He had no interest in being frozen in time again, that ability leaving him on edge even as he advanced toward her, moving the dip pen in his hand. If he got a chance to, maybe he could just ... poke her with it as it were.

T-Rex grinned as she took a quick mental assessment of herself. Her energy levels seemed fine enough to her, though thinking through things like that was not her favorite thing to do. She did not want to add math to her fighting: she just liked punching things and throwing her brawn around. If she was strong enough, then she did not have to worry too much about out smarting her opponents, right?
It sounded good to her, anyway.
She listened to his question, though her grin did not seem to waver. She made sure her outfit was as it was meant to be once more, using the pat down and adjustments to buy a bit of time as she tried to figure out what she was being asked. "Well, I can't say I'm shaking in my fashionable, yet functional boots, if that's what you mean. You want another listen? This T-Rex can roar again, and this time I won't just be trying to get my coat back." She punched one fist into the palm of her other hand, wringing the leather gloves together so they made an uncomfortable and yet oddly satisfying sound.
"You one of those 'not the face' types? I can try to be nice, if you ask politely."
