[IC]This dōjutsu usually is manifested as very distinctive eyes, characterised by the iris displaying a creme colour with a plait of dark scratches and a light purple snowflake that surrounds the pupil. This dōjutsu is normally available from birth, however, on rarer occasions the dōjutsu can be awakened. Like other dōjutsu, transplanted eyes cannot be activated and deactivated at will. Transplantation has not succeeded to this date.

[IC]Changing body temperatures below water or before submerging into water may cause the water to freeze. Cannot see blood vessals that are below temperatures of 40°F/4.4°C
[CU]ɢʀᴀɴᴛᴇᴅ ᴀʙɪʟɪᴛɪᴇs:
[IC]It allows the carrier to drastically change body temperatures to below freezing points and back to normal without dealing external or internal physical damage to the body. Subsidiary damage from Ice Release and the environment such as hypothermia, frostbite, and chilblain cannot effect the dojutsu user while the dojutsu is active. This dōjutsu also allows the users to see blood vessals inside of veins and organs to a distance of about 100 meters or 50 meters through solid objects making them hard to hide from without a substance or armour to conceal or hide their blood. This ability can prove useful while trapped in genjutsu as to know whether or not the user is inside or just a projection, although it only works properly in B-rank or lower genjutsu abilities unless false blood vessals are not added to the genjutsu of higher rank.

[IC]The lore of The Fubuki Clan; Long ago a Rinnegan user fell in love with a member of the Yuki Clan hierarchy of Kirigakure. In this day a love like this would be disrupted much less frowned upon. The Yuki Clan distraught sent mercenaries to kill the Rinnegan user. The mercenaries however failed in this battle and died horrid deaths at the hands of every ice technique the Rinnegan user could muster. Years passed and the Rinnegan user never spoke to or of the Yuki Clan again. A week before he would die of heart disease he birthed a son with a hermit of a small village outside of Yukigakure. In his dying breath he would cast one last jutsu that created the dōjutsu of the Fubuki Clan in hopes it would surpass the ice release of the Yuki Clan and the rest of the world.
[IC]The first born child of the dōjutsu's name was Iri Fubuki. Born of a Hermit woman who died not long after his birth and a father he would never come to understand. A lifetime of study and training with other ice and water release users allowed him to hone his abilities in ways that have yet to be surpassed. At age 17 he established the Fubuki Clan in writing as his lover was soon to give birth to 4 children. Each of which gained his abilities and passed them on to children of their own who would continue that tradition for years to come.
