[IC] Genin -- Can only have the rank be E-D and it can be no larger than twenty feet and can't have anymore than three D Rank jutsu of the same nature.

[IC] Chunin -- Can only have the rank be C-B and it can be no larger than one hundred feet and can't have anymore than three D Rank jutsu, two C Rank Jutsu and one B Rank of the same nature.

[IC] Jonin to Anbu -- Can only have the rank be B-A and it can be no larger than three hundred feet and can't have anymore than ten D Rank jutsu, five C Rank, three B Rank and two A Rank of the same nature.

[IC] Kage Guard+ -- Can only have the rank be anything up to S Rank and it can be no larger than one thousand feet and can have endless jutsu though only one S Rank jutsu of the same nature.
