Prompt 5 (Snow Fairies): On a cold winter night, when the moon is nearly full and bright in the sky, you hear laughter. At first, you can't place it, but then you feel little pokes and prods, tugs on your hair, your clothes. Sometimes you think you see something out of the corner of your eye--a small, icy body. Sometimes you hear wings flapping in the night. As long as you are out in the cold, you feel eyes on you and you find yourself the target of small mischief from what seems to be icy little fairies, though they move too fast for you to see or grab. They never speak, only laugh. When you go inside, or venture anywhere with too much light or heat, they seem to disappear and do not bother you again.
Winter had come with a vengeance, and Angelica was honestly missing her pants. And her sweater. Sure her new, upgraded outfit was about eighty times cuter but…it was colder too. She was thankful for the stockings that covered her legs under the skirt, but the lack of her sweater and her hat...oh she missed her hat right now.
There was a strange laugh from just behind her and to the left, and at the same time, she felt the unsettling aura of something chaos, and Angelica’s mood went from simply cold to…a bad mood. And cold.
Very cold.
Turning, she saw something out of the corner of her eyes, and then the senshi came into view. Black clad, of course, with one of those stupid overlays like Sappho had.
Oh well. At least she wouldn’t have any issues in fighting this one.
“Think something’s funny?” Angelica’s words dripped with anger and hatred. All of the mirrors were the same. Interchangeable. Easily squishable, at least…that was what she hoped so.
…Easily shatterable? Maybe that was a better phrase. “Because I don’t.”
