Bernard had been doing his usual routine of finding a sunny spot in the house and sleeping in it until it moved when he received a text on his communicator. It took him a moment to fully understand the message, but when he did he did his best to escape the house and go to the park where the gps was saying the Senshi was.

It took a few moments of him sniffing around to find her, along with being suspicious that the shadowy dogs might return, but eventually he did. "Dreama! Are you all right?" He said as he got closer to her. "Tell me about these shadow creatures. They aren't the same as the dogs that we ran into earlier are they?"

Bernard was worried about what he was hearing, but knew that they wouldn't get very far if they were both panicking. He held up a paw. "My dear, I need you to take a few deep, slow breaths. We are alone now, with no civilians nearby that I can hear. If need be we can move farther away." He said with a nod and it was true. He hadn't seen any on the way here.

After a moment he shook his head. "I doubt it dear. Many strange things go on during October. No one knows if it's Chaos magic or some other magic that we cannot explain at this time. I wouldn't be surprised if there was something otherworldy going on that we can't sense." He had been caught up in too many of these at this point. Civilians being replaced by shadow persons wasn't a stretch but something to still be concerned about. "We can try to attack one of these creatures that don't appear to be a civilian and see how they would react. Not with magic perhaps, or at least my magic as I can only shoot beams, but it may be worth trying if you are concerned."
