Drew received the distress signal from Dari (as well as a burning pain in his chest) about the time he was leaving for work. In alarm, he called him, but Dari didn't answer. Something, terrible had happened, he knew. He contacted Jeremy immediately and told him what was going on. He Powered up and ran to the scene - but the fight was already over, the enemy gone. And Dari was on the ground in a heap. He knelt down and gently tried to rouse him, tears streaming down his grief-stricken face. "Dari, Dari. I'm here." Dari didn't move or answer. A little boy came up slowly, and said, very scared, "Sir, is that your Cat?" Etamin nodded, looking at the boy, sadly and wondering what his part in it was, "He's one of my best friends." The boy cringed. "A cruel lady was trying to kill me, I think, I don't know - I just kept getting weaker. He jumped into and distracted her and told me to run. She kicked him in the ribs, and he still fought back as I ran, and then he crumpled into a heap. She left at that point." Etamin's heart crushed. Dari's ribs were bruised at the very least. He could easily die. "Thank you for telling me." The boy nodded grimly. "Can you help him?" Etamin smiled sadly, for he truly did not know, but he said, "I'm getting help out here at this very moment. You run along and stay safe." The boy nodded and headed towards another boy his age, and as they both left, Etamin felt there was something familiar about them. He shook it off, and immediately called Jeremy and Myles again -"Can Myles heal Mauvians?"

Jeremy was tense at the question and glanced at his phone as if he could see if it was being bugged by that alone. Technically, Soleiyu had modified his phone in a few ways, so he knew it was safe, but it still made the hair stand up on the back of his neck. He turned away just slightly so he could talk privately.
“I think he might be able to, why? He’s here, I can ask.”
“Ask me what?” Myles asked in the background; glasses were clinking so Jeremy must have been helping him pack up some of his candles.
“Can you heal anyone? Even, you know. The cats?”
“I think so? I mean, I’ve never noticed if I couldn’t.” His voice changed and he suddenly sounded worried. “Why, is everyone okay? Is someone hurt?”

Etamin was silent for a moment, watching the unmoving Darius Ammun. "It's Darius Ammun, he's been in a terrible fight. From what I understand, he was kicked pretty hard in the ribs." A tear ran down his cheek, as he stroked the little cat. "I believe his ribs are at least bruised and he's unconscious; his breathing is rough.

Jeremy took less than a second to process the information. “Where do you need us?”
He could have let Myles power up and go alone, but in a worst case scenario, they might need to take Darius to the vet–maybe, he didn’t know how Mauvian health crises worked.
He patted his brother on the back and was already hurrying him to the door so they could meet up quickly. Myles offered no protest; he might not have completely understood what was going on, but if someone was hurt, of course he was going to go out of his way and to the best he could to try and help.

Etamin gave them directions to the bridge where they at, and then just sat there on the ground, stroking Darius. People were staring, but what could he do? He couldn't move Dari in this condition.

It didn’t take long for the two to arrive; Jeremy drove them through every shortcut he could think of, and Myles had powered up into Sailor Caia almost as soon as they were out of the car and out of sight.
He ran ahead, but not so fast that Jeremy couldn’t see him to catch up.
It was just easier for Caia to find Etamin and Darius when he could sense their energy signatures, and Jeremy could just keep his eye on Caia and follow after.
“Etamin,” Caia called, waving as soon as the senshi came into view. He was jogging towards them and only slowed down once he was almost on top of them. “I’m here, we came as fast as we could. Jeremy’s right behind me. I have my magic ready–are you okay?” he asked, but looked so worried to see Darius as battered as he was.

Etamin waved to Caia. "Thank you for coming. Yeah, I'm fine, I wasn't in the battle, Dari sent a distress signal just before he passed out, that was how I knew to find him. Hey, Jeremy," Etamin made a quick, quiet wave to his civilian partner. "Darius is here." He moved his hand to reveal a crumpled, unmoving, ball of silver fur. "I look bad because he does." Etamin said, holding his own chest in pain and stroking Darius. A tear for Darius ran down Etamin's face - no wonder the little guy passed out. "As his bonded Senshi, I feel an echo of his pain..."

Caia nodded, immediately understanding. He trusted Jeremy would keep a lookout and make sure they stayed safe, and since he didn’t feel any other energy signatures around right now, he wasn’t very worried.
He hovered over Darius, and while he was kneeling next to him he chewed on his lip briefly. “Yeah, I’m going to use my magic to try and heal him. Dari, it’s going to be okay. You’re so brave!”
Caia had a lot of healing magic–several spells of it, so if one wasn’t enough, he was prepared to unload all of them if it meant it helped Dari–and Etamin–at all. He didn’t touch him, but instead summoned his Super Senshi magic. Ethereal cardinals manifested out of thin air and chirped a pleasant song as they flew in a circle around the group, and Caia found himself holding his breath as he waited to see if it was enough to help Dari. “I’ve got more,” he insisted, just to reassure Etamin. “We should be able to do something to help. Thank you for calling us.”
