Ryan frowned at his husband waiting for Mercy and Cass to show up. "What's taking them so long, the said they just had to drop the kids off?" They were all supposed to be meeting up at this new bar that opened up, but it was spooky season and Dmitry suggested they go see Smile.

That got a resounding no from Lily, Rose, and Xander for different reasons. Ryan still wasn't sure his brother and law and his cousin were coming, but he figured he should check his text message to see if they were coming.

He looked to his husband, who was far more patient than he was.

Cass frowned at his wife and shook his head because even thought they were kid free for the night, she wasn't particularly interested in the movie, but decided to go probably because he teased her. He was only kidding around, but he'd make it up to her later.

He smirked to himself, as he parked in the garage, "you ready, I'm sure Ryan is less than pleased we are late. I told you we should have made sure Al was sleep first."

It wasn't her fault that Al decided to remain awake and not sleep like she tried to get him to. Mercy finished putting her hair up for their movie date [maybe she should cut it again, she forgot how heavy hair could be when its mid-back], "Yeah, Yeah, Im aware. But Dad and Mom can handle it." Calling Ciora mother should not be as easy at was, but considering her actual egg donor literally decided that it would be a good thing to blame all her troubles on her only child instead of you know, being an actual mother, Mercy chalked it up to the fact that Ciora acted more like a mom to her than Katrina ever did.

No, she didn't have mommy issues, this is what she kept telling herslef. But then again maybe she had daddy issues as well? All things considering, Cass is the perfect DILF....Erm...So iS Xander, Yatora, Damien, Mitry....Hell, Ryan and Eli were on that list too. Maybe they should skip the bar and go home? Its not like she wouldn't like to be drunk...But its been a bit and her inner succubus is trying to imagine not so innocent things about all the men in her life....Yep, definitely going to convince Cass to skip the bar, unless he wants to have a go in the parking lot. She would really like to make some new memories from the last time she got laid, in a stolen car....In the parking lot of a bar.

Yeeeep....
"Think we could maybe do something else after the movie?" She was already walking outside, feeling Ryan's waves of impatientness.

Dmitry chuckled and kissed the top of his husband's head, "Give them like...two more minutes. I could hear Al's hollering from here." While he was glad it was a kid free night, with his parents taking on the roll of dutiful grandparents, Dmitry was just more or less looking forward to the ways Ryan was going to distract him during the movie. He already knew it was going to happen which was why he made sure their seats were pretty far away from everyone else.

Ryan gave his husband a look and folded arms, but look to his phone and grinned. "Finally your brother and my cousin texted back. They are both on their way to, so we've got a little bit of a bigger group." He figured maybe it would be less of a chance his hands would wander during the movie and more of a chance he'd stay in his seat.

He shot a text back to each to let them know they were waiting just outside the parking garage.

Cass laughed when Mercy called Ciora her mom, shaking his head. It was amusing, how close the pair was even though there was only an 11 year age difference between them. Ciora married Mercy's dad and took to the role of mom, stepmom and grandmom like a fish to water. All in less that 2 years, now 3 years later, it was just another thing.

He raised a brow at his wife when she said asked about doing something else after the movie and shook his head as Ryan and Dmitry came into view. "After the bar babe, we already said we would go and everyone is going."

He waved to Dmitry, going over and giving him a slap on the back and ruffling his hair. "What up lil bro, where's the bear?" He was mostly being an a**, but he liked to picked fun at Dmitry sometimes.

Mercy sighed. When they get to the bar and she gets drunk, Cass will regret not heading home. She was completely unhinged drunk. "Allllllllllllllright~" She grumbled afterwards, "Your funeral." She waved happily at Ryan, giving him the typical bestie leap hug, "Ryyyyyyyyy!!!!" she gave him a good squeeze, beaming up at him like she wasn't a whole grown a** woman. Nope, never when it came to her besties.

-----

Dmitry rolled his eyes, giving his "older brother" a cheeky grin. "Dunno, probably drilling his wife before leaving? I did see that he texted Ryan to let him know he was coming so... Speaking of drilling....How's the celibate life treating ya?" He was kidding but he had to pick fun back otherwise that would be seen as weakness....One cant simply be weak when you have three older siblings now.

----

Eli wanted to take Lily to the movies with him, but understood that if they went and took Colin, he would have blue balls for a month. He loved his son to pieces, but he refused to loose out on getting laid. He was already walking into the garage, having walked instead of driving. He could use the stretch. He quietly strolled up with a wave and a seemingly bored look on his face. "I bet this movie is going to be trash." When they went to go see Halloween Kills, he was not amused or entertained. Being a corrupt made him immune to the "scary" stuff.

Why be scared of something that doesn't exist when you can be the very real thing that scares people? Nightmares was his sphere after all.

-----

Damien was just pulling into the garage with his mustang, revving up his engine just as he parked into the vacant spot beside the group. No one jumped, but Mercy did raise an eyebrow. Like the little Pomeranian was going to do something against the big bear. Gosh his sister-in-law was adorable....He stepped out the car, placing his Ray-Bans on top of his head. He pat Mercy on the head, cackling when she started yap yapping at him and gave both his brother's a big hug. "Sup?"

Ryan gave Mercy a big hug and patted her head, giving his brother in law an eye roll when he arrived and decided to mess with her. Ryan held onto her shirt while she fussed a him lest she think it was a good idea to jump him. "Will you stop it ... all of you ... such children."

He rolled his eyes and let the 'brothers' greet each other while he waved at his cousin who was walking toward them. It was funnily, the almost the only thing they had in common, neither was remotely scared by scary movies and also most likely to not be paying attention.

"Ready cuz, Im sure Mercy's reactions will be more interesting then the movie, but at least I can enjoy the cinematography."

Cass rolled his eyes at Dmitry and smacked him on the back of his head frowning deeply. "Let not talk about what Dami does with his wife please and thank you."

He shook his head, "better than yours ... all your kids wont lets Ryan out of their sight ... hell how did you even get away tonight."

He grinned with Damien and Eli got there, hugging his brother back absentmindedly before freezing and looking to Ryan who was picking something up off the ground. "What?"

They were standing in darkness on a path and Cass spotted it, another dice, probably what Ryan picked up.

"You have got to be ******** kidding me ... I cant ******** move ... what the hell?" Ryan looked panicked at the other's before looking at the dice in his hand. He watched Cass pick up a dice, "you have got to be shitting me. Who's idea was this?"

Mercy rolled her eyes and huffed. "Im not a kid...Damien just gets on my nerves." She was about to retort when a appeared in front of her. Instincts told her to leave the random die the ******** alone, but when Ryan picked one up, she knew their night was about to get strange. When it was suddenly dark with a path in front of each, she sighed. "Ry, why would you pick---Cass really?!" What was this?! Throw caution to the wind day?! She picked up the die in front of her, narrowing her eyes at Eli, "Is this some weird Dungeons and Dragons nerd s**t?"

----------

Eli, who was neither alarmed or bothered by Mercy's apparent blame on him, simply picked up the die and tilted his head, "Mercy, think about it. When would I have the time to set up this elaborate scheme to do a weird D&D session with people I know don't even get what D&D is?" He rolled his eyes, "You sure you're a Licensed Practical Nurse? Because that wasn't a very smart accusation."

-----------

Dimitry laughed at the situation in general because of course they couldn't have a normal night were nothing was happening, its Destiny City, NOTHING is normal here. He picked up his die with a shrug, looking at his husband, "Do you want to play a game Ry?"

-----------

Damien was amused till he suddenly wasn't. Great. He picked up his die, "Welp, do we just roll or some s**t?" Quicker they got out of this the faster they could get out of it? "This seems like some serial killer s**t."

So none of them were to blame and Ryan just hoped this wasnt some sort of scheme and instead Destiny City just being Destiny City. He looked to his friends, frowning at his husband, "no I do not ...but." He looked to Damien, "I don't think we have a choice in the matter."

He sighed and rolled the dice and watching the thing tumble and roll before it came to a stop on 4. He frowned deeply and started to walk forward not loving that he was the first to go. Why did he roll first? That was stupid.

He frowned deeply, his stomach rolling and hand going to his mouth and nose to cover them as he stepped into the fourth square. It seemed awful, "God it smells like death here," he said muffled under his hand.

A moment later he jumped feeling something tugging on his pant leg, pulling him. He jerked away only to see the hand reach out from the darkness to try and grab him again. "What the ******** ... oh hell no ... ******** roll ... hurry up." He probably looked crazy dodging around the square.

Something smells rotten. You can’t see very far into the darkness, but if you squint closely a dark form seems to be dragging itself along the ground. Sometimes you see a pale hand almost close enough to grab you–or, maybe something does grab you. It’s cold, and frightening, and it’s trying to drag you out of bounds.

Cass gave the other's a look and sighed, figuring someone just wasn't fessing up to the game he was playing. He thought it was most likely Dmitry, as he seemed to be the most inclined towards the spooky season and scary movies and the like. He rolled the dice and frowned when he got a one.

He rolled his eyes, picking up the dice and moving one space forward. He spun around when he heard chuckling raising a brow at his friends. "Hardy har har, laugh it up guys." He didnt know why but it grated on his nerves and even though he was facing him he swore he still felt watched. He craned his neck to look at Ryan, but the other still seemed preoccupied.

He already didn't like whatever this was, "roll, next ... Im over this already."

You feel eyes upon you, and hear a faint chuckling, like you’re the butt of someone’s joke. It sets a bad mood for the rest of this game; you’re already being judged–and, it looks like a long road ahead.

Mercy ground her teeth at Eli's insult, holding her tongue for once. She raised an eyebrow at Cass's sudden mood change, tossing her dye and moving to space 3. She didn't like the fact that she felt trapped and out of place, poking her husband in the arm as she went by the square he was in. "You good baby?" He seemed like he was in his usually chillaxed mood, and it was rare to catch him in anything but. She was about to linger for a second longer when she heard faint laughing and frowned, mood starting to rapidly decline. Yeahhhhh....She should move on lest she want to kill some one.

The moment she walked onto the second square, she felt like she tripped forward, right onto the square she was supposed to be on. There was a chill in the air as soon as she got back up, frowning and shivering. She couldn't see a thing! How the hell was there a fog this dense? Wasn't it a clear night today? That's what her weather app said anyway. "I hate this ******** city sometimes." Powering up would've been nice if she was by herself. No way she would get away with explaining her sudden outfit change and weird powers. So for now she would have to just sit and suffer. "Where is the stupid die?"

She got onto her hands and knees, looking as close to the ground as she could, squinting to see. Mercy thought she could almost see the die when she felt something...Off. Try as she might, she could not figure it out, yelping when there was a sudden hard smacking sound. "THE ******** JUST TOUCHED MY a**!?" The shriek was something that even Damien heard, which caused him to cackle in the distance.

A strange fog rolls in once you land here. You lose sight of nearly everything, including the game board. If you want to roll, you’re going to have to get close to the ground to even see where you’re supposed to go next. Hopefully nothing sneaks up behind you.

Eli smirked when Mercy kept her mouth shut for once, tossing his die with the practice of some one that did this often. Mercy was right, he did used to play D&D when he worked at Gamestop. He hasn't had the time lately, but maybe this will inspire him to try and see if he can pick it back up, only he would be DM. Then maybe the next step would be convincing everyone to give it a try. He moved past Cass, who was seemingly in a bad mood. He could hear faint laughing but kept it pushing, wincing when he was shoved to the side suddenly midstep. The push caused him to hit some invisible barrier, but that didn't mean that it didn't hurt any less.

He supposed this is what he deserved for being an a** earlier.

He moved onto the same space Mercy was on, trying to make sure he would go around her since apparently something touched her backside earlier and he was not about to be blamed for that. Cass may not catch a temper very often, but from what he's heard from Damien, it is not something he wants to be on the receiving end of. When he made it to the square Dmitry and Ryan were on, the rotten smell almost made him stop in his tracks. He kept pushing, mumbling his condolences to his poor cousin and promptly ignoring what could only be that pale a** zombie from the first resident evil crawling in the distance.

Nope.

He practically ran when he heard the deafening bark of what could only be described as cerebus, spittle making him practically leap for the square he was supposed to be on. Even then it seemed like he wouldn't get a break, grunting when something sliced his arm. Everything was like a whirlwind, causing him to dodge after the second cut in an area lower than the first one. God damn it! Where was his die?!

You hear a shrill, humming noise; it sounds almost like something is firing past you–and sometimes, you even feel a sharp burst of air, like something has just missed you. Maybe, even, it does get a slice out of you. Sharp, bladelike threads seem to string up around you; you’d best be careful not to get cut on any of them between now and your next dice roll.

Dmitry watched his husband go first, followed by Cass, Mercy, and Eli. Well s**t....This did not look fun. He figured flying through everyone's square would be the best thing to do. He tossed his die and let out a exhaled, picking up his die and practically running at a breakneck pace to get to Ryan, regretting it when the smell of rot bombarded his senses. He almost hurled. "Ugh! The ******** is this? Some one leave a bunch of corpses lying about?" It wouldn't surprise him considering this was Destiny City.

What threw him for a loop was the fact that there was now something he saw slowly shuffling towards him in the distance. He squinted, and promptly started panicking along with his other half. "******** this, got damn it where did I put the die?!" He was trying not to start throwing punches and kicks at this point, fumbling for the die that seemed like it was dodging his frantic hand.

Damien was just laughing at Mercy when he finally noticed it was his turn to roll. He cracked his neck and rolled, almost groaning when he realized he would be in the same place as his sister-in-law that just got her a** smacked to hell. He walked past Cass, ruffling his hair, casually strolling through the second square and finally to the third. Yeah sure, the fog made it hard to see, but this was nothing. The ******** is everyone panicking for? He sighed and squatted down to the ground, looking for his die. When he didn't find it, he went prone and blinked slowly when his a** was slapped rather hard.

"Damn, didn't but me dinner or nothin huh?" He laughed and grabbed his die, preparing to roll once more when it was his turn. "Gonna do it again if I make my cheeks move?" This was too much fun already!

A strange fog rolls in once you land here. You lose sight of nearly everything, including the game board. If you want to roll, you’re going to have to get close to the ground to even see where you’re supposed to go next. Hopefully nothing sneaks up behind you.

It wasnt a relief when his husband joined in the square, but at least it confirmed, whatever was going on was really going on. He wanted to move closer to his husband, but they were both dodging zombie hands, so that wasn't something he was able to do.

He envied his cousin getting to skip this crazy square, when he passed through, but frowned when he stopped and seemed to be having problems of his own. Looking back, everyone seemed to be in or close to freak out mode ... well save Cass and Damien.

What was a relief, was Damien going and Ryan waisted no time rolling as soon as Damien was in his square. He watched the dice tumble and land on a 5 before practically sprinting out of his square. He ran the five spaces to his next destination, not really wanting to deal with whatever his cousin was dealing with. The square he stepped into smelled like the ocean and he could even hear the waves. It was pleasant, he could even ignore the sounds of boards creaking and the bell tolling until he heard a haunting song. It was lovely, almost making you want to reach out and touch, until he swore he was drowning.

He dropped to his knees gasping for air and simultaneously trying to bat the hand from his person. It was cold and wet, "... roll ..." he gasped looking at Cass. Roll or he was surely going to die.

The smell of saltwater fills the air, and you can hear the water lapping against the shore. You hear boards creaking, and bells in the distance. And then, a song. Haunting. Ghostly, and calling you. For a second, you fall in love. And then, water fills your lungs. You’re choking, you can’t breathe. The song is loud and seems to caress you, even as a wet chill gathers in your square. Scaly hands reach for you, you gently caressing, and try to lure you into an endless sleep.

Cass frowned at his brother ruffling his hair like he was still some little kid. He normally honestly wouldnt have minded, but he was 100 percent not in the mood at the moment. "Really Dami?!?"

Cass rolled quickly seeing Ryan collapse and look back to him. This s**t was wild, was Ryan okay? He did not look it. The dice landed on 5 and Cass realized he was headed for whatever Eli was currently dealing with.

He moved forward pausing on 3rd square, frowning at the fog, but quickly helping his wife up, before moving on luckily not recieving a smack of any kind. When he made it to the 6th square, he barely had time to dodge as a string tried to take him out, sounding like someone had shot something through the air at him. He barely avoided bumping into Eli.

"This game is some bullshit ... what kind of a city come up with random games you cant escape that are trying to murder you," he ground out, getting a cut on his arm.

You hear a shrill, humming noise; it sounds almost like something is firing past you–and sometimes, you even feel a sharp burst of air, like something has just missed you. Mercy almost pouted when Cass quickly stopped to help her up just as she found her die. She heard Damien, and wanted to sock him in the face, knowing he would just laugh at her attempt. Stupid big olaf. She tossed her die and quickly moved three spaces, meeting Eli in the same space, yelping when she just barely missed something sharp coming her way. "Oh got damn it!" Realizing that she had to keep moving, Mercy tried not to stand still while she waited for her turn, seeing Eli roll his die. This was the one time she thanked her lucky stars she was short, dodging the flailing arm of her husband.

"People I need you to hurry up and roll thanks!"

You hear a shrill, humming noise; it sounds almost like something is firing past you–and sometimes, you even feel a sharp burst of air, like something has just missed you. Eli thanked whatever serial killer he could when Mercy made her way into his square, meaning he could roll finally. He did not hesitate, moving another three spaces, cursing when he realized the smell of salt in the air. He stopped, thinking that maybe this was a weird break space, listening to the peaceful sounds around him. In the distance, there was a song...One that was so beautiful, that he thought he was listening to Lily singing at first.

Till he was breathing in water.

His eye bulged open, gagging and gurgling while clawing at his throat. Eli was slowly brought to his knees, coughing and sputtering even as he heard the song grow louder, a feeling of warmth spreading along his body. He was dying but....It didnt seem so bad as long as he kept feeling warm like this. He was so tired....

Dmitry knew it was his turn and even though he rolled a one, he was glad he was able to move from the creepy zombie space.

Hearing the ear shattering growl almost made him wish he was back in that same space though.

"G-Guys....lets roll so I don't get eaten Da?" He wasn't scared, nope...But why could he hear breathing on his back? WHY was there drool!? He screamed when he felt something bite and seemingly attach itself to his shoulder, raising his fist to punch at a huge wet snout. "Fuuuuuck!" The creature yelped with the last punch hitting its nose, leaping back. Dmitry did not look behind him or at his shoulder, ready to dodge or kick as hard as he could. He was not about to be puppy chow for whatever damned abomination was lurking out there.

A dog barks, fierce and frightening. You can hear its growl and the hackles stand up on the back of your neck. You can practically feel spittle on you. It’s close. And it’s big. And it’s angry. If this beastly dog could reach you, no doubt it would try to tear you to shreds.

Damien was the last one to roll and while he was not impressed at the smell in the square he landed in, the shuffling figures grabbing and pulling at him only made him the tiniest bit annoyed. "Look, first the slapping of my a** and now you want to drag me off for an orgy? I'm flattered but I got a wife and kids man....I cant be doing that s**t anymore." His laugh bellowed as he moved out of the way of the hands, barely flinching when one managed to get its cold slimy grasp on him. "As long as you don't touch the Ray-bans...." These were limited edition.

This game was complete chaos ... he couldn't focus on what was going on the others because he swore, he was actively dying. At least everyone was on the same page, and they were rolling and moving quickly because he and his cousin could use some oxygen.

He rolled his dice and landed on a one, he could only sigh, as he scrambled to the next square only to find himself accosted by the smell of swamp air. It was awful and Ryan was beyond over it.

"Why do I keep getting all the smelly squares?"

At least the square wasn't terrifying, until he felt ickiness around his ankles and looked down to see himself literally sinking into the ground. "s**t, s**t .... s**t ... hurry up, hurry up ... what the hell?"

A swampy smell fills the air. You take a step, and you seem to sink into it. Mud creeps over your feet, and you sink rapidly. Ankle deep, knee deep. Whether or not you squirm and fight against it, you are sinking. The mud is crushing and painful, and if you sink too deep it steals the breath from your lungs. There’s nothing to grab onto; you have to roll your dice quickly before that too gets sucked into the muddy quicksand.

Cass had to keep moving and he was supremely glad when it was his turn to roll sprinting away from the square when he rolled a 5, though he did feel bad because his wife was still dodging the string in the previous square. The faster they all took their turns the faster they could be done.

He stepped into his square and barely had a second to relax before he looked up at a noise from about and then he found himself being attacked by bats. "Roll babe! Before I get ******** rabies ... Dove, hurry up please."

He was basically fighting bats, but it didn't seem to be much of a deterrent for the bats.

You hear a frantic flapping above you, but that’s all the warning you get before a hoard of bats descend. They scratch and slap and screech, but you avoid getting bitten. For now. You’ve invaded their space and they seem keen to defend it. You can try to fight them, but the only way to escape them is to roll again.

Mercy took off after she rolled her die, landing on the same space as Eli. She ran to him, ignoring the "peaceful" atmosphere around her. "Eli, I got you! Hang on!" She tried to turn him on his side but the moment she heard the same haunting song, pausing in her ministrations. It sounded so beautiful....And yet....She was instantly gaging when the water started to pour down her throat. She couldn't breathe! Nothing but garbles and gurgles came from her mouth as she tried to cry for help. Great, she was going to drown to death....Perfect.

Eli's vision was almost black by the time Mercy made it over to him. He tried to tell her, feeling horrid when he started to hear her gagging and choking on the same substance that he was. His Hand managed to roll his die, a strong gasp of air following him as soon as it landed on the number 6. He quickly apologized to Mercy, running past everyone to get to his space. The sooner he got to the end, the quicker he could end this torture.

He knew better than to grow comfortable though, the smell of smoke and the sound of screams created a sense of panic inside of him that he was trying to control. He looked all around him trying to see if there was at least somewhere for him to escape the thickened smoke that was literally trying to suffocate him. Great, if he wasn't drowning, he was getting choked to death with smoke.

The smell of smoke is in the air. You can’t see what’s burning, but you can hear distant screams, and–carnival music? It feels like people are running past you, and the air fills with panic and alarm–but there’s nowhere for you to go, and the smoke is so thick. You’d better roll quickly so you can get out of here.

Dmitry held his arm as he rolled his die, quickly moving two spaces. He could hear flapping noises and while he was trying to ignore them, it seemed like whatever was above him was very interested in him. He didn't have time to prepare himself, the high pitched noises raining from above causing him to cry out and hold his ears. His head was throbbing and the pain was immense. "Some one roll! Jesus Christ!!!" Is what he managed to scream in Russian. His ears felt like they were going to pop at any moment.

Something is twitching and flapping above you, and while you might be minding your own business, something is a little too invested in what you’re doing. You can’t see them, but you suddenly hear shrill, high pierced noises that are disorienting and confusing. They can bring about dizziness and pain and can cause vertigo if you’re stuck in them for too long.

Damien rolled his die and once again stolled through the squares.

When he made it to the square, the peacfullness seemed to last longer than it should've. Then came the song, which was very nice in an Evanessence type of way, and finally the feeling that he was swallowing water by the gulp. He was now more annoyed than anything at the fact that he could die pathetically by drowning. Like who the ******** wanted to go down because they swallowed down some stupid salt water?! He was slowly being pulled down, and while he was trying to fight it, he was slowly losing that battle since he was suddenly so ******** tired.

Ryan was pretty much knee deep by the time it was his turn to roll again. He did so gladly, though his face displayed extreme irritation at rolling yet another one. He didn't care though, he could at least see what was going on with that scare because Cass was in front of him.

He scrambled into the next square and when on the defense against the bats that immediately went after him, as Cass made his next roll. He wondered if it would have been easier or faster if they hadnt all been caught together.

Ryan made it into his square and started helping to combat the damn bats which gave Cass a chance to roll and sprint to the next square. He happened to have shitty luck for this game though because he somehow ended up back in a square with bats and they were even more vicious.

He swore loudly when one managed to bite him this time and he balled his fist up to hit the damn bat hard. "******** roll the ******** roll," he shouted. She was just all the way pissed off now and he was going to sue the s**t of the person who thought this sort of "entertainment" was a good ******** idea.

He punched another bat, hoping his next turn came quickly enough.

Bats. Maybe you missed them attacking earlier, but they’re back again, and angrier than ever. Instead of just screeching or scratching, they’re swooping down and biting now–and the effects are instantaneous. The little teeth are sharp and painful, but once bitten you might feel agitated and prone to violence, and you might feel perpetually cold and hungry with no relief in sight. The effects might last when you leave the square–or they might linger for a few hours or days after you get out of here.

Mercy coughed as she rolled her die, the drowning feeling leaving her lungs and throat. She made a mad dash to the next square she was supposed to be on, an overwhelming sense of safety coming over her. She let out a breath that she didn't know she was holding until now. Ear twitching, she groaned when the tiny pitter patter of feet could be heard. As much as she didn't want to, Mercy turned around and screamed her head off. "Nononononononononono CASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!" She tried to run from the horrid wave of the things, banging on the invisible wall that kept her trapped.

"ROLL PLEASE OH GOD!"

At first, the square is quiet. Nothing seems amiss. It’s unnerving in how safe it seems. But then, it only takes a few seconds before you understand why. It’s just taken a moment for them to get to you. The patter of tiny feet is rapidly approaching. There’s no light to see them, but there’s a reflection in their beady eyes. Rats. Thousands of them. Chittering, frothing in the mouth. These are strangely grotesque, mutated abominations. They’re running at you like they haven’t got a fear in the world–only, hungry. And rage. If they get to you, they’ll eat you alive. The ground is trembling with their weight. You’d better roll quickly if you don’t wind up a meal.

Eli could hear Mercy's screams as he left the smoky space he was on, leaping into another. He was so ******** close he could see the end, and he would be leaving this nightmare. He wasn't going to leave the group behind, his first thought to send a text message to Lily as soon as he got out to meet them at Xanders. Perhaps it was time to stay at the Mansion for a good couple of days. No way was he going to feel safe at home.

It was then that he noticed the green gas he passed through, frowning. Okay....This probably wasn't going to bode well for him. He started to shiver, wondering why he was cold when his breath wasnt even coming out in visible puffs. There was a sickening splish and Eli knew, something had just fallen off of him. Hands shaking he brought up the hand that was holding his die, eyes widening when he saw the flesh slopping off due to gravity. He needed to roll so he could get out of this! He'd be DAMNED if he was just going to rot away.

Two more spaces to go.

You smell something poison, something noxious. You pass through a haze of strange, green gas as you enter the square, but it fades after a few seconds. You feel cold. You feel empty. You start to decay. Maybe a part of you knows it’s an illusion, but in that split second when your body feels like it might go limp and when you look at your hand and see skin melting. You see bone. You’d best roll the dice so you don’t wind up a skeleton prop for the next player.

Dmitry was so glad to move, however, he wasn't happy to be hearing a song that quickly had him drowning in salt water. Good god! Why the hell was this all bad?! He fell to the floor, eyes already beginning to close due to what he had already experienced earlier. Maybe a nap would be nice right about now...

Damien didn't have time to try and help his brother, the quicker he rolled the quicker they could all be out of this mess. He made it to the next square that he was supposed to be in didn't seem all that bad, stickiness aside. The something skittering towards him made his eyes narrow, but he wasn't really disturbed otherwise. If there was something coming towards him to hurt, at least he wouldn't have to worry about drowning.

The ground is sticky. You land on this and immediately dip, as though you’ve stepped on a trampoline. Close inspection reveals that you are standing on an intricately woven web–and your shoes are stuck. And something is skittering just on the horizon.

This was absolute chaos ... he had seen some s**t, being apart of this city ... the war ... the magic of where they were, but this was ... he was not here for it. Not, honestly, that he ever was, but as he rolled and ran forward eager to be done with this game and the floor bounced.

He looked to Damien and frowned deeply when he realized they were both standing on a spider web. Not only that, his shoes were stuck he couldn't move. "Uhhh ... I think we should be concerned about Aragog over there ... those are some big a** eyes."

He looked to Cass and frowned, "any day Cass. Let's get this over with ... I'd would like not to be eaten."

Cass glared at Ryan, he was trying to fight off the bats, so rolling was a bit hard. He was also feeling very off … very cold and oddly enough starving. He couldn't notice how irritable his was beyond his immediate sense of danger.

He managed to roll and charged forward free of the bats, even if he had quite a few bite marks, some of which were bleeding. He made it the square, same one as Eli and frowned at the green gas that appeared and faded away. It smelled deadly if he was honest and he was very concerned.

He felt even colder than he had, so off, and then his skin started falling off of him. He tried to keep the skin from falling off, trying to hold it on him. "My skin is falling off, so hurry this along."
