Grams can be started WHENEVER you wish, however, they will not be sent out until the 10/16 - 10/31 timeframe.
All Patrons have a chance of their CYO gifted grams being grown into Adult Pets for the gifted user. (1/4 chance if not many are done I'll make it a 1/2 chance.. all depends on how popular it is this year)
