Yes even scallops get there own day. You knew it had to happen one day or did it. I am sure that with over 365 food items in the world, not every item will get its own (unofficial albeit) holiday.

Frying scallops is a waste of good seafood. Hard seared to med-med rare with a nice crust can't be beat.
