Ain't About the Money hits the PA after a long pause and the lights begin to flash. Several moments in, after the chorus, Drako steps out onto the stage to the cheers of the crowd in attendance. He's in his street clothes as he hadn't been contracted to wrestle on this particular night, but at least this time that means jeans and a t-shirt. He stands on the stage for a few more moments, hands in his pockets as he looks down the ramp at Cartwright. After a while, he smirks and heads down the ramp, walking around the ring to grab a mic before stepping inside to face Cartwright. The music fades out and he cocks his head to the side for a few moments, honestly bemused by the situation here. But it's time to talk.

"So, let me get this right. Of all the things you have left on your bucket list, beating me just comes out on top now?"

Drako seems to pause to think again before continuing.

"It's funny how your problems with both of my big brothers have now come down to me. And listen, I get it. You spent over a decade with Jarel and Zarel kicking your a** across every company in every country across the globe. It has to be exhausting putting up the fight of your life to just be constantly chokeslammed and powerbombed and set on fire."

A noise from the crowd makes the Soaring Dragon stop.

"Look, I know some of you guys are young and may not remember Cartwright's earliest days, but the first person to set him on fire was Jarel."

He turns back to Cartwright.

"Now, I know that ate you up inside. Bothered you for years. And your one bit of catharsis was that you finally faced the big guys in a tag team ladder match and you got a win. Albeit it with some help from not only your partner but an entire band, but hey, a win's a win right? So now you've decided that I'm the next target. And I'm sure, in your mind, this will be easier right? I'm closer to your size, closer to your age, and I don't have the Hall of Fame induction or a King of the Canvas win, but I got most of the rest of that. I've headlined Wrestlemania, I've won championships, I even won Money In the Bank as you so graciously pointed out. But in all of our history in this business, you and I have only shared a ring one time in a six man tag hell in a cell in your favorite company, EEW. And on that night, you were on the losing end. Also, you kinda got set on fire. It was a rough night wasn't it? But hey, you're alive and kicking and now you want to take on the Soaring Dragon one on one for the first time ever to see who's better?"

Drako lets out a breath as he again pauses for dramatic affect.

"Well, I've never been one to back down from a fight, so I ain't about to start now. So tell me this, Mr Boss Man, when do you want this fight to go down?"

Some points were made, mostly half truths but some points were made. As noted before, Drako didn't dress to compete tonight but it's not like he's never wrestled in street clothes before.

"I could go through a refute pretty much all of that, but I think I struck the nerve enough. So if you want to do this here and now, let's do it."

Drako drops the mic, rolls his shoulders to loosen up a bit, then signals for Cartwright to bring it on. He'll be generous and let the man issuing the challenge make the first move.

"Take your shot."

At this point, Drako's more or less surprised Cartwright went through with it. He gave him a free shot and it connects, snapping his head to the side. His dreadlocks fall into his face at the sudden movement, so he takes his left hand and brushes them back, revealing a smirk as he looks out at the crowd. Now that he's awake and feeling alive, might as well show Cartwright how it's done, as he'd quickly look to fire back with a right of his own, but specifically aiming for his nose

Drako finds himself being held back in a corner after successfully knocking Cartwright on his a**, which felt really good by the way. That was some record time for security to get here.

"I'm cool, guys. I'm good. You can loosen the grip a bit there."

The poor guys are doing their job, oddly enough, and trying to get Drako out of the ring. Sucks to be them though, because Drako isn't done yet. He waits for Cartwright to be getting back to a vertical base to push his way past one and dash across the ring. Diving over some of the guards as he looks to catch Cartwright with a diving right hand to the side of the head

Meanwhile the security that had previously tried to stop Drako swarm him as well, purposely trying to keep him in the ring and forcing him back against the ropes opposite of Cartwright and this time refusing to let him go. Drako tosses his hair back from his face again as he attempts to get free, but for the moment is stuck. Clearly this situation isn't over yet
