Tachibana had gone out to patrol the city this night, she was just meandering through the deserted streets when she noticed a public garden. She was curious about it so she decided to take a detour through it and see the various flowers that were planted there.
She was admiring the beautiful garden when she spotted a tuff of snow white fur. 'A stray cat?' She thought as she carefully made her way closer before she noticed the kitty was wearing a a pair of spectacles and had a star on it's forehead. "Oh a Guardian Kitty!?" She exclaimed.
"Nice to meet you." She said as she crouched down to be more face to face with the Guardian. "My name is Sailor Tachibana, I'm the Chibi Senshi of Chrysanthemums." She introduced herself.

Soleiyu kept busy, and the night was the best time for him to get to where he needed to do without worrying about people seeing him. Or, worse, trying to catch him and take him to the animal shelter. There was, of course, the risk of running into a Negaverse agent or someone that wanted to give him some trouble, but there was always the chance of running into someone good, instead.
Like Tachibana, for example.
He felt her before she spoke to him, so he was already interested in her–especially because he felt a very familiar spark emanating from her starseed.
“You have very nice manners, Tachibana. I’m Soleiyu. It’s a pleasure. What are you doing out here all alone at this hour?” he asked; he sat down before her, tail dancing pleasantly behind him as he looked up.

"Hello Soleiyu, thank you!" She said brightly. She was happy when someone recognized her manners it was a point of pride for her. "I'm out on patrol." She answered honestly. "I decided to take a little break to explore this garden, its so pretty. I've always loved flowers and gardens. Maybe cause my sphere is flower." She joked.
Tachibana was so distracted taking that she did not notice that there was a dark aura approaching the pair. A monstrously large centipede scuttled behind the tall plants that made up the public garden. It's scuttled quietly in the dark as it stalked the enticing auras of the Mauvian and the Chibi Senshi.
"What are you doing here Soleiyu? are you looking for more Senshi to awaken?" She actually didn't really know what guardian cats did from day to day, she knew they awoke Senshi and so even partnered with Senshi but she didn't know what they did on their own.

As they lingered, Soleiyu’s ear twitched. Even if there wasn’t an unfriendly, unfamiliar energy signature lurking on the horizon, he could hear that something was amiss.
He wasn’t sure if it was behind him or to the side, but it was moving.
“I’m always looking for more Senshi to awaken. I do my best to keep Destiny City safe, too. Though, I’m not as much of a fighter as you Senshi are. I like to make sure nobody gets into any trouble. I also look for Senshi who are ready to unlock more power.”
…Given that there was danger lurking nearby, he was a bit hesitant to ask for her pen right now, but…
She was only a chibi Senshi. He could work fast. He could feel her starseed, flickering with light and untapped potential. She had power in her that she was so close to unlocking. With his help, he was certain he could tweak her pen to let her tap into it.
“...This is a beautiful little garden. But I’m worried it might have attracted the attention of something a little less friendly than I am. Are you decent at fighting, Tachibana? …I’m worried that things could turn sour here in a minute.” Especially if they weren’t careful. “Do you think I could borrow your pen for a moment?”
