He was finally doing it, heading to Neckar to explore. He still didn't get it but Pharos was insistent and she had taken him with her to see her lighthouse up on the surrounding. It was amazing. He was amazed. Space was beautiful, but he certainly wasn't expecting anything like that on his asteroid. It was a whole planet supposedly, though the surrounding was huge and the rainbow road stretched on for as long as the eye could see.

He pulled out his phone looking down at it, before closing his eyes and pressing the home button. He didn't feel anything, but his eyes snapped open at the change in temperate and brightness. It was hot, a dry heat like the desert, but hot anyway. The most shocking thing was there were absolutely giant plants everywhere. The asteroid was simply teaming with protea, it was like a forest with the plants growing tall and towering over Neckar in every direction. The flowers all seemed to reside at the top, enormous blossoms, even such a distance from Neckar. They were glorious and sort of made him better understand the nature of his attack.
The flowers were larger than life and so bold and bright, providing shade in the heat of his asteroid as they stretched across the sky.

He walked slowly, in awe taking in the absolute beauty of it all. He had to bring Pharos back here, knowing she would be amazed, inspired even. His brain was churning wondering about the possibilities for his asteroid.

He stopped sitting down, the ground covered in soft grass, surprised because on earth he knew the flowers tended to grow more in places where other things wouldn't grow. He wondered if the properties of the plants on earth were somehow different, but he didn't think that was the case. He bet the planet was just best suited to them ... they were the forest here, Neckar realized sitting in his spot, that he didn't see a single tree. There was grass and shrubs and even smaller versions of the protea closer to the ground.

They were scattered across the ground, patches in any spot where the light filtered though. e hadn't noticed them as he walked looking up at the canopy above him. They looked just like the flowers on earth, no different really, more or less. The only difference currently was the glaringly obvious one ... the flowers were like 50 feet tall and the flowers were as big as a tiny house.

He got up and carefully pulled just a couple of the flowers out of the ground intent on giving them to Pharos when he went back to earth. He looked around wondering what else his planet held and if he could even find it. He wasn't sure what direction he was suppose to go in or if there was anything else to find.

He started to move forward when something seemed to shift and he heard voices.

"Stachel, slow down, this thing is heavy ... this isn't a one man show. Just because your our asteroids senshi doesn't mean you can turn into a big jerk."

"Stop complaining, Blüte, I don't know why they sent you with me anyway. My sister the crybaby. It's not that heavy and we're almost there."

Neckar watched as a young girl and boy speed by with a very long flower head between them. It wasn't one of the giant ones and he wondered where it came from. Both teens, young teens, but he was sure they were teens were dressed in white, light fabrics, sort of like linen. They were a stark contrast to the the bright yellows and pinks of the flower and to him. He watched and followed as the pair carried the flower and bickered at one another true siblings.

He realized from the girls words the boy was him, not him personally, but the senshi that came before him, he supposed. He wondered how that was possible. How was he able to see and hear them, when shouldn't they be long gone from this world. He frowned watching the pair, before they vanished, just as they appear making Neckar blink and frown.

An illusion then???

He shivered and frowned at the shift in the air looking forward where he could see a break in the forest far ahead. It was still a ways off, but it worried Neckar because it gave off a weird vibe and looked devoid of color. He moved toward the area although everything in him was telling him that maybe he shouldn't. Even still, it was the direction the children were headed, so he figured it was the right way. This was maybe something he needed to see.

He took off at a run toward the area, skidding to a halt because he was shocked. It was the dead spots ... the same thing that was killing his and Pharos crops back on earth. It was ... it stole the beauty of this places. He bumped into the of the protea trees along the outer edge of what looked like a village and watched as it crumbled, ash floating down around him. He looked out over the village, where the giant flowers had been used for houses, in every kind of design he could think off, from simply hollowing out unopened blub to ones with rooves woven from the petals. More than half were turned to the ash substance he saw in the fields of his crops.

He moved around careful not to touch anything, frowning when something moved beyond his vision. He whipped around not seeing anything, but not loving the sensation that rode down his spine. Why was this here, why was it on earth ... how?

Neckar moved backward unaware of the sludge that congealed together a few feet away. If it was for the house that he saw fall apart at the corner of his vision he wouldn't. He could see things in the fallen ash, part of the house, things not made from the flower. He knew that he didnt touch that, he was certain. He didn't want the houses destroyed anymore than they already were.

It was only because of that movement at he narrowly escaped the monster that surge up ... the monster ... he'd seen before. Was it? That thing ... how ... that was so long ago! It couldn't be the same. Still it appeared to be, oozing as it was. It attacked Neckar and was barely able to dodge the slimy thing.

He braced himself, calling out his magic and when it attack again, Neckar punched it. It was gross, but he didn't let up for a long as the short lived extra boost in strenght lasted him. Eventually he was hitting air and he realized the monster, disappeared back for wherever it came from.

He frowned and turned away grabbing his phone and taking himself back to earth. He had to talk to Pharos and he needed to block of the area near his home where the ash was growing.
