He'd already told Xander, who'd told Lily, about the spot of dead grass on his homeworld. He'd been worried about it, there was no way it was normal, and Lily had decided they needed to go out - powered up. To where they were going he didn't know, he assuemd it would be his homeworld, but as he stood on one of the many paths cutting it's woven way through the park, trees lining the path along with lights, Chaldene stood out in stark white and blues.
Shifting his weight the dark haired male took a moment to glance about himself. Powered up and eternal...and he felt vunerable standing about such as he was. He might be an eternal but he also didn't fight much, and he hadn't been powered in a good while. This was certainly not his comfort zone. Maybe one day it would be....maybe.
"So where are we going? You didn't mention."

It didn't take long for Maia to get to the park, though she had to wait until Colin was down for the night and make sure her husband would be home with him. He was streaming on twitch, and she figured he'd be there until he decided to go to bed or their son decided tonight wasn't a sleeping night. Chaldene looked uncomfortable when she spotted him, and she shook her head as she approached. There was no not knowing she was coming, both their auras was strong, but even more so , she was literally glowing. "We are going to my world. That blight you found is getting bigger and what more I swear its like alive. I want you to see, so you can compare." She pulled out her phone and held out her hand. "Are you up for that?"

"Yeah, and it's gotten bigger on my world also. I even tried bringing fertalizer up and seeds - nothing. It was like I'd done nothing to the area when I went to check on it. I don't understand but I know it's not good." He'd never really like dhis homeworld, it was boring, as a child who'd grown up with neon lights, technology, and al lthat was modern his home world was....bleak and offered little. It was like a boriung, worn, fishing village you'd see in some mmo rpg or something similar.
"Let's go." Taking the offered hand with his own. Mayube one day he'd find a connection to his own world and he'd start visiting enough that he'd form a connection with it, and maybe he'd even transcend. He didn't think it would be any time soon however.
"How bad is it on Maia?" He questioned while looking around, as if he wouldn't sense any approaching chaos before he'd see them. He knew his abiltities, sort of, but he still acted like he was new to them...and perhaps in a way he was. He rarely powered up and even less often did he use his magic or fight or train. He was, he supposed, a terrible eternal senshi.

Maia grinned and pressed the button to take them to her world. She focused wanting to be close to the dead area, but not directly inside of it. She sighed when felt the breeze and the springy atmosphere of her world. She'd never seen a winter on the planet and she figured it there wasnt one. She wondered if it had something to do with the trees or if it was just luck. She looked to Chaldene and sighed, "its not terrible, Ive seen worse unfortunately, but it has killed some of the the heart song trees. There were important to the planet in the past, the main source of trade for them." She pressed a hand to the tree and watched came to life singing her heart song as clearly as if she were to sing it herself. She plucked on the of the crystal fruits and tossed it to Chaldene. "The golden liquid inside was used for fuel and the crystal hold the same properties as the trees. They used them in music boxes." "Come its not too far this way."

"Mmm, so it's not just my planet then. If it's yours also I wonder how many more...and how it's spreading." Because it must be spreading, right? It didn't make sense to just pop up, out of no where, on more than one planet at the same time.
Catching, and fumbling, with the fruit tossed his way he shook his head and made to pocket the fruit as best he could. The pockets of his outfit were rather...small and snug, so the fruit really didn't fit, he did make an effort though and got the fruit part way into the pocket. "I wonder if a music box could be fashioned from them now somehow...if you know how it was done?" If it couldn't then be replicated and kept at home, though safe from those who didn't know the big Jacob's family secret.
Following Maia he couldn't help but look around and laugh. "Could you imagine what some movie director would do if he had a clue about the senshi and knights thihngs...the movie that could come of this all? Or a series of books perhaps?" It was a random thought but he couldn't help it. They were litterallyh on another planet and trees sung and there was some big blight hitting two planets. This all seemed like something out of a sci-fi and fantasy book series....or something fit for a movie, or a series really.
"Maybe one day when the war is over someonee will write it all down or make a series of movies." Someone, meaning a knight or a senshi likely, and they'd hunt everyone down to find out about little meetings and incidents and other things. They'd interview everyone they could.

"Yes, when I say they are used in music boxes, the crystal fruit is used for the little ballerina piece ... though here its usually some short of musical note or symbol ... My symbol is seen a lot. I do not know how they are made, but I suppose the planet might show me one day. In any case, there are some in the castle school." She walked forward with purpose frowning when the ashen area came into view. She sighed realizing it had grown. It was too much but it was noticeable. There were at least 50 trees in the area that would crumble if she touched them. She looked to Chaldene, "does it look much the same on your planet ... its the same thing that in the backyard at the house, only." Maia shivered slightly, "its not so creepy feeling on earth."

"It is...but no trees - yet." Just lots of tall grasses and some other sorts of grasses and flowering plants. "It's grown though..." Which was not a good sign and he didn't like how it felt, it was wrong. There was nothing right about it and while he was not the most intune with his planet even he could feel the wrongness of it...like it was a sickness.
"If you ever remember hwo to make the music boxes...I'd like one for my room." Provided all of this, whatever it was, went well and their planets both made it owuld of this intact and recover from whatever this was.
"We need to see what other senshi or knights might be having this issue. If it's both our planets and it's at home...it has to be elsewhere. It's spreading on planets but how I don't know...it doesn't make sense in any way." It didn't work like a virus would...since it had been here and waiting for Maia so it wasn't like he'd brought it home, from his planet, and it had spread than to hers. It had already been here for her to discover. "What bout Xander and Rose , have they checked their wonders to see if it's there at all?" This was, to him, something for great concern.

Maia chuckled and decided not to repeat herself, she'd just bring Ian a music box, though she would stress that he needed to leave it on his planet and not in the house. The music boxes were magic and she didn't want the chance of it ever being found. She had given the same stipulation to the heart song tree seeds she had given out. The only one she knew for sure had been planted was the one she'd given to Xander. She moved into the ashen area, "be careful not to touch anything. I dont ... I really dont want to destroy the area further." When she discovered it, she had collected seeds from the trees just outside the area and stored them. "Xander has checked his wonder, but we haven't asked Rose. You know she only just Liam, he's barely a month old. She's never been too keen on all this though, so I doubt she come back to all this unless it was an emergency." She was about to say Xander hadn't found anything the first time he'd looked, but Silas informed him of it the second time he'd gone, but she spun around when she thought she saw something off to the side of that. "Chaldene, you didn't ... you didn't see anything did you?" She swore she saw something move and the feeling of the place already had her a little on edge. She didn't trust what was going on, she'd already been tainted once by something that shouldn't have one her planet. She absentmindedly ran a hand over her glowing marks of transcendence.

"Should we even be stepping into the area? It won't do anything - to us?" He questioned, almost unsure. They were dealing with something which seemed magical, on some level, and he worried it might just affect them whether now or in the long term, either was possible he figured. He was certainly careful, he didn't step into the area but kept right to it's edge.
"Mmm, that's true." Rose did seem the most uninterested out of them all, himself included, but at least Xander had checked his wonder and he assumed it was safe and free from this problem.
Looking up from where he'd been poking at some grass and shook his head. "N-no...was something there?" He questioned looking both alarmed and ready to do something if needed, though what he'd do was up for discussion. Standing slowly, so he wasn't in such a vunerable posistion, he readied himself just incase.
"If something is here we'll know, I'm sure, and after we handle it here we need to check my own homeworld." If something was here and it was tied into this....this rotting area than he would surely find whatever it was on his planet as well. As much as he might not like his planet, it was very boring, it was still his planet and he'd be damned if something else turned up there without him knowing about it and approving of it being there.
"We should be ready just incase..."

Maia made a unsure face at the question, "honestly I have no idea. It was here before to discover it, and accidentally turned a tree to dust, but it didnt hurt me or make me sick, but also Im not sure how protective transcendence is as far as the ash getting on me is concerned and we dont know what it even is." She turned slowly looking, trying to catch the movement she just saw, "yes if something is here and it might be on your world as well, we should head there next." She didnt see any more movement, but she agreed with Chaldene that they should be ready. When she turned back to Chaldene she grabbed him pulling him out of the way as the ash turned sludge leapt at him forming a figure that had alarm bells ringing in her head. "Watch out!"

He didn't like unknowns, he really didn't, at least not when it came to magic and being a senshi. With computers it was fine, he could work with unknowns and figure things out. With this....this he didn't like unknowns because science and laws and things didn't apply. Listening to Maia he had to agree with her. They didn't know if it would make them sick but it seemed to be unlikely - so than what did it do? Other than the obvious what did it do - what was it's purpose?
Shouting, in surprise, as he was grabbed and yanked by Maia he found his green eyes staring at some sort of sludge like monster. "The hell is that?!" Shouting as he pointed at it, ready to just attack it though his magic really wouldn't do much to the thing.
"Kill it!" He didn't want it to remain alive here and if this was on his planet they needed to find it and destroy it, even if he didn't like spending time on his planet he would not let something like this remain.
"After this - my world. If it's there it needs to die." Somehow it would need to die, even if he needed to rub two damn twigs together and make a fire - and kill it with fire.

Maia was watching the creature wondering the familiarity for a long moment before it jumped at her, and she nodded firmly at Chaldene at his shout to kill. "I've seen this before ... I just can't ..." so much had happened sometimes the memories were a bit of a blur. She frowned at the thing before throwing her magic at it, "Sweet Harmony." The tornado of music notes as Maia sang and flew at the creature which was insistent on attacking them. That was ultimately its downfall. Maia watched as it slowed to almost a halt. She didnt think the thing was capable of complexion emotions, but she still she wondered if the creature was confused. Looking at it, she remembered, "I know where Ive seen this before. It was on Ida! On Ida's homeworld, but that was years ago." She gave Chaldene an alarmed look.

Watching as Maia attacked the creature, it certainly seemed confused, he took a moment to look over the creature. "Ida, I've never met Ida. But if it was last there than how is it here - and I assume on my home as well? What brought this things back?" And what caused it to spread, how had it spead? Several questions, good ones, but no answers to them at the moment.
"Should we seek out Ida?" Though he'd never met her, and the whole of the Jacob's family were mostly settled into civilian life, he was certain someone could find this Ida. "Or do you remember what happened the last time? How to deal with this issue?" Since it was obviously an issue which needed dealing with.
As he spoke he'd taken to walking around the baffled monster. "I can keep it confused if need be...my own magic can do that as well." Incase it decided to attack, again, and they wanted to keep it alive longer for some purpose. It was certainly interesting, especially since hw as only familiar with youma when it came to monsters.
