Senshi: Vilenius, Senshi of Melancholy

Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Shower
Vilenius speaks the name of his attack and every enemy nearby will feel as though a cold rainshower has begun to fall. As the illusionary water begins to seep into their clothes, they will feel a dreary melancholy overcome them. The water clings to them, making them feel heavy and alone; though the rain is light, for the duration of the magic the air will feel cold and everyone within radius will hear the soft sound of falling rain. The magic does not cause physical damage but can be disorienting and emotionally draining. The magic lasts for thirty seconds and has three uses. It affects all enemies within a ten foot radius of Vilenius and the magic will follow him if he moves, but the effects end if the character moves out of radius. Players can choose to remain drenched or the water can magically disappear.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Downpour
Vilenius speaks the name of his attack and every enemy nearby will feel as though a cold downpour has begun to fall. As the illusionary water begins to seep into their clothes, they will feel a heavy melancholy overcome them, and a sorrowful misery will cling to every target within the radius. The cold water clings to them rapidly, making them feel heavy and alone; though the rain is light, for the duration of the magic the air will feel cold and everyone within radius will hear the sound of heavy falling rain. The magic does not cause physical damage but can be disorienting and emotionally draining. The magic lasts for thirty five seconds and has two uses. It affects all enemies within a fifteen radius of Vilenius and the magic will follow him if he moves, but the effects end if the character moves out of radius. Players can choose to remain drenched or the water can magically disappear.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Waterfall
Vilenius speaks the name of his attack and every enemy nearby will feel as though a cold waterfall is suddenly pouring down on them. The frigid illusionary water immediately drench them, they will feel a miserable melancholy overcome them, and a sorrowful misery will cling to every target within the radius. The magic does not cause physical damage (unless players choose to take lasting damage) but can be disorienting and emotionally draining. The water can make them feel heavy and alone, and falls with an immense, crushing pressure that may make it hard to breathe. Targets may feel smothered, bruised, or beaten for as long as they are under the waterfall, and it is difficult to move underneath the pressure of it all. The waterfall is loud enough that it makes it difficult to hear anything but the rushing water, or see through it as it falls. The magic lasts for forty five seconds and has one use. It affects all enemies within a fifteen radius of Vilenius and the magic will follow him if he moves, but the effects end if the character moves out of radius. Players can choose to remain drenched or the water can magically disappear. Allies may not be able to see or hear well while within the radius, but they will not feel the melancholy, and will be spared the wet, crushing effects of the waterfall.
Deep Space Senshi: Physical Features: He has naturally pale blue skin and slightly pointed ears. He keeps his nails long and sharp, but no more than a human could achieve. He has slight fangs/naturally sharp canine teeth, but even if biting he can’t do more damage than a human could do. While on his homeworld he has much better eyesight than while on Earth; he can see very easily in the dark caves and water of Vilenius, but due to air quality and water composition on Earth he lacks these abilities.
Backstory/History: Viconius was in a secret relationship to avoid persecution and to protect them from being targeted by an underground organization attempting to overthrow him. Suspecting that a strange Chaos had consumed the group, Viconius was taking great effort to try and unearth their identities and where they were getting their power from. The Chaos was a strange poison that slowly rotted someone from the inside out. Only, some seemed to have learned how to harness this power and–seemingly immune to it–were trying to use it for their own gain.
While Viconius was away investigating a lead, his partner became entangled with the then unknown leader of the group, but by the time he returned with information it was too late to intervene. Seeking to interrupt the newly arranged political marriage between the two, he snuck through the caves below the castle. However, was intercepted and trapped in a hidden cave beneath it all by his partner.
Viconius had no choice but to suspect his partner was in on the scheme the whole time, and with few words and fewer explanations, he remained trapped. So, he waited. And waited. And
waited, oblivious to the world changing above him. Time was unknown to him; for a time, mushrooms and edible flowers grew in the cave. Fish sometimes traveled through the stream in the cave. He survived, but not well. Magic kept him trapped, but as the Chaos continued to take over his world, he weakened. The magic weakened.
Often, he slept; he had no concept of time, and way out–until he was able to push through the withered seal that kept him trapped. He escaped through the caves, back to the surface, where he found a dead world.
And, a light in the sky that carried him to Earth.
