Tabi Kat Name:Dimitra Zima (Kalila Zaina) Age:24 Gender:Female Height:5' 0'' Weight:120 Profession:Companion, Business Woman Social Status:Princess of Amir and GrandDuchess of Holdine. Alignment: Neutral Weapon(s): Posioned dagger on her thigh, locket of poison at her throat and a silver blade on her opposing hip. At minimum. Also proficient with swords. Origins:Born in the Sultanate of Amir Physical Description:Petite yet curveous, Dimi is far from ugly. Shapely almost black, brunette curls fall down about her body in waves to her waist. Fond of the colors blue and green in icy tones, there lies something about her that speaks of heat and passion as well. Pale skin give lie to her hertiage, though her ice blue eyes are the same as her father. Personality:Cool and temperate, Dimi is all business in appearences. She is methodical, often striking at just the right moment to get what she wants. Perhaps someone could heat her blood, but the odds are against it. History:Born the daughter of Princess Jerriska Zima of Holdine and Sultan Jamar Akram of Amir, Kalila was brought up to be the perfect female. In grace, charm and beauty. In this she excelled, though her often cold attitude did nothing but enflame the men of her father's court. Deciding that perhaps it would be best, when her father and mother got their marriage annulled, her mother stole her away to her own homeland. Where she raised Dimi in her own trade, that of a Companion. She was perfect for the role, a natural empath with the blood of the Firebird maiden coursing through her veins. She also taught her the other trade, that of business negotations and courtly grace. But her mother's child from her first marriage decided to butt in and tried to control Dimi when her mother disappeared. But he was involved in the miliatary so he could not control her for too long. But still, she decided to hide out until she was sure that the Imperials had things under control.

*dances about* Alci has no profile, but the new character will.
Got a plethora of NPCs...and maybe some of them are PCs...
Here, Sheepy Sheepy (The Koenig Family)
Michelle Koenig - The youngest child of one of Strane's noble families. (aligned with the rebels) Garren Koenig - Michelle's older brother Lord Koenig - Michelle's father. He rule's over a mighty sheep empire. Phear.
The Employees of O'Rourke's
O'Rourke's is aligned with the Nova Strane rebels, but they more support the cause than actually go out and help it.
Christopher O'Rourke - The owner, and occasionally one of the cooks, too. A kindly man, though he tends to put business first. Linda O'Rourke - Christopher's wife, obsessed with her hobby of photography. Not sure where she stands on the rebel/empire issue, but supports her husband. Peter (something or other) - One of the best cooks at O'Rourke's Claus (something or other) - An apprentice cook at O'Rourke's. Claudia (something or other) Claus's sister, and the other head cook at O'Rourke's. Mitch - A street urchin Alci used to know. Now it seems he's got a job serving tables at O'Rourke's.
Some more names so I don't forget them...
Some people who live in the industrial district
Lenny - The head of a "crew" that numbers about eight urchins. Lenny is some six months or so older than Alci, who used to be a part of his crew. A crew looks out for each other, shares food and goods that are found or stolen, and work together to find and steal more. Stumps - Lenny's brother, Stumps, is rather slow. He was caught once theiving, and now he's got a missing left hand to show for it. He's about a year younger than Alci. Tenebrae - a vampire, the head of an enclave that numbers about half a dozen. He took a liking to Alci after he found she was able to resist his mind control. The two have an odd...business like relationship. Or something. Two cent Peggy - a whore who charges two coppers for her services. She can be found on the corner of Butcher's Lane and Caspian Way. The reason Alci knows what sex is; Lenny dared her to watch Peggy with a customer once. Ren - a young man, about 17 or 18, who likes to read books more than he likes to eat or take care of himself. Alci thinks he's nuts, and has been afraid of learning to read because she thinks books will consume her as they have Ren.

My characters name does not sound all that great - I noticed this yesterday. Satarel Eitan Tepesch V.
His nickname is glorious though. Satty (Sa-tt-e)
At least I think that is how it would be pronounced. I might be wrong.
Bio coming eventually.
Title is 'Durem Diplomat - Exchange Student' or what have you.
--------------- - Albino / Exeptionally pale skin, white hair, and red eyes - Short and Thin - Fond of Rubies - Older Brother named 'Elias' - Older Sister named 'Claudia' - Father and Mother are not on good terms - Forced to leave Durem by brother spreading treachery rumors - Thinks Imperial Coats look like roachs - Is fond of loose, heavy winter clothing rather then light and revealing - Habit of rubbing hands together when anxious, nervous, or excited - Extensive training in how people should act within their social castes - Tepesche family is a leader in jewel trade in the City-State of Durem - Does not like Horses - Family is supported mainly from Satarel's fathers governmental seat

John Wilcox Black boots, of a darkened tough leather, stylish yet simple. Billowy white pant tucked into the boots, ending just below the waist. A loose white shirt, open at the top to show some of his upper chest, and a dark red overcoat, warn on the shoulders. He wears an older-style goattee, much like the one taken on by Guy Fawkes. His hair is a tawny dark brown. His eyes are a simple blue. His weapon is a steel rapier, polished to a mirror-finish. No matter how many battles it has seen, every time John has a moment, maintinence of the weapon is preformed. The handgaurd is an intricate web of three-dimensional spirals, and quite effective in keeping his fingers intact. He has a single-shot pistol tucked into his waistline on his back, this is usually concealed by the cape-like effect of wearing his overcat on his shoulders. Quite a handsome man, his dashing smile and daring personality have won him many a night with the womenfolk, however his coffer could use a little cashola. He is currently stripped of a former nobility by a viscious betrayal, one that left him at the mercy of plague. Only now has he accumulated enough knowledge, and regained enough memory to collect his thoughts on revenge.

Name: Genevive "Merry" Merrill Age: 27 Race: Human; military Commander Height: 5'8" Weight: 160lbs. Appearance: Has a shapely face with soft features and hard, dark brown eyes. A thin scar lies along her left cheekbone. She rarely smiles, despite her perfect teeth. Hair is cropped close in the back and is chin-length in the front; black and red respectively. Has dark, tanned skin, dappled with battle scars usually hidden by clothing. She has a long torso, muscular limbs and strong, pretty hands, calloused. Personality: Prefers to go by Merry instead of her first name. She is disdain incarnate. Having come from poor beginnings, she has a sense for poverty and detests it. Also, she sees the rich as weak and material-obsessed; she detests them far more than the poor. She cares for no one other than her horse, King. She has no desire to settle down, or even settle for anything less than what she craves: power. She wishes to become a Grand General, and nothing will stand in the way of her single-minded focus on that goal. Abilities: Slightly stronger than men her size and infinitely more agile. Can bench her own body weight and then some: she has the endurance of a modern Navy Seal. Can full-sprint at 17mph for three minutes maximum. Regular run at 10 mph for almost indefinite amounts of time (possibly hours). Can wield nearly all kinds of ranged weapons, specifically firearms. Can use bows, crossbows, slingshots, etc., albeit not as well. Adequate at melee weapons, best with one-handed weapons; dual wields well with light blades. Can wield hand-and-a-half and two-handed blades, but not for long without strain. Expertly rides own specially trained horse, King. (See below for specifics.) Gear: Red Commander's jacket, taken from dead father. Regular attire includes men's riding jods, knee-high fitted leather boots with iron-capped heels, a white button-down shirt with collar unbuttoned and suspenders. Combination belt/shoulder holsters and sheaths: bolt-action rifle and twin archer's swords on waist, two revolvers in shoulder holsters. A small pack containing spare supplies, extra ammunition and two sets of spare clothes. Wears a special pewter medallion with a large dent in it. History: Genevive grew up in the backwoods with her mother and was an only child. Her life was very simple until her father returned from Holdine, a newly-appointed Commander. Shortly, they moved to the base in Holdine. It wasn't long after that that her father was killed on a mission. Gen was fifteen at the time and devastated at the loss of her father. At his funeral, she took his Commander's jacket and promised herself that she would strive to make her father's name famous among the ranks. Her mother went the way of her father a few months later. Gen hid her gender from the military and joined up, quickly rising from a Coat to a Striker, and at the age of 20, from a Striker to a Commander. As well as being given her nickname by her comrades (originally intended as a very bad joke), she found her current mount, King. With him at her side, she plans to make her way to the top of the heap by any means necessary. ----- Name: King Age: 6 Race: horse; Friesian Height: 16.2hh Weight: 1500 lbs. Appearance: Entirely black. Long, thick mane and tail. High, arched neck, strong body, sloping shoulder. Sloping rear quarters, low-set tail. Single bright red ribbon braided into mane directly behind ears. A thin scar lies along his left flank. Personality: Kind and docile to Merry, fierce and territorial to all others. Abilities: Carries a rider almost as well as without. Full gallop at nearly 40mph for 20-30 minutes. Battle trained: can neck rein, takes vocal commands from Merry. Gear: Two sets of tack. Hunter/english set: worn brown leather and iron trappings. Used for informal occasions and regular use. Western/battle set: Polished black leather and iron trappings. Used for formal occasions and combat.

Name: Jin Age: 3 Race: Robot; Humanoid (Male) Height: 6'6" Weight: 550lbs.
Appearance: Obviously a robot. Steam-driven, exposed casings, a mix of iron, copper and steel components. Four arms and two legs, partially hydraulic. Generally a mish-mash of parts: some new, some old, mostly older. Usually wears only a black travelling cloak.
Personality: Very intelligent, and just as naive. Picks up information vicariously; what he knows, he can generally do. Impressionable, like a child with an infinite capacity for learning. Twisted set of emotions, due to past history. Logic dictates most of what he does, but occasionally can be overwhelmed by emotions.
Abilities: Super-human strength. Legs can support four tons with minimal strain. Arms can lift a combined three tons, 750lbs each. More can be lifted with strain to vital parts. Speed of 15 mph on legs alone, around 30 mph on all six limbs (a sort of galloping motion).
Gear: A medium messenger bag contains a small toolkit, some spare parts, a few gallons of water, half a gallon of hydraulic fluid, some money, a few knives and whatever junk he can find a use for.
History: Created by an ancient engineer in the Industrial District as his last great invention. Jin lovingly called him Geppetto, after the storybook. For unknown reasons, Geppetto kept Jin locked away to prevent the government from removing him. Though Jin possessed a wide range of emotions when created, Gep trained him to act mindless and punished Jin when he showed "excess" emotion. Eventually, as Gep grew more feeble, he let Jin out to run errands. Jin learned how to interact by watching those around him, though he never attempted to interact himself. Jin has a very romanticized view of the world, mostly from books. Those humans that know Jin believe him to be a very simple-minded robot; most treat him indifferently, while some treat him well, and others very poorly. Jin craves approval from Gep, and has a very odd set of emotions when it comes to that subject. He knows multiple languages and is well-read. Gep is currently very close to death.
