Isamu steps into one of the examination’s combat rooms after challenging one of other examinees that seemed close to his strength level. He knows the bracelet he was given would increase his power level to theirs, but that wouldn’t help with a foe who was much more experienced than him. Once in the room, he turns to face his opponent. Seeing no time to waste, he starts fighting as soon as his opponent joins him. He quickly makes the needed hand signs, and summons a dragon made of magma that charges forward to strike his opponent, the flames shooting from it giving it a roar. The dragon tries to take a bite out of Isamu’s opponent while Isamu moves off to the side.

She took a single step into the room, fiddling with drawing her weapon from her waist as a sharp chirp from her wyvern would be heard on her shoulder and her gaze snapped upwards to see a large fiery dragon made from magma that was coming right at her. Her eyes widening, she did not even have the time to glance around nor look for a way out of this particular attack that had been cast upon her. Tiamat simply did the only reasonable thing, she ran into it. Her weapon in hand as she crosses her free arm over her face and takes the entire magma dragon head on. Liquid fire splashing against her skin as she crashes through the animate creature that snapped it's jaws down upon her. Biting her lip to hold back a yelp of pain, she moves through the attack without stopping and leaping directly through the attack and towards her opponent, a combination of the flames of the magma dragon and a mysterious black flame that appeared to originate from her sword flowing around her. Rikaa her wyvern immediately leaping off and half falling, half gliding to the ground nearby and beginning to roll around upon the ground to deal with the fire damage from the attack that Tiamat had just head long dived into. Tiamat did not stop though, as she moved directly onto Isamu and did the one thing she could do best, slashed with her jagged bladed sword. Aiming to take this male down in one hit, to the best of her ability thanks to the combination of her Draconic style of fighting. She would prove that she was not just a typical swordsman, but an acceptable partner to her currently little Wyvern companion as well. Even if her attack did not strike this male down, she was hopeful that it would cause a decent amount of damage, at least shred him apart a little and make him bleed. A fitting trade for almost literally setting her on fire nearly seconds before!

Isamu watches his opponent enter and immediately react to the magma dragon he had unleashed. She charges through the jutsu, taking the damage, and slashes towards him with a katana. Isamu reacts quickly, summoning swirling flames in front of him to slow down the slash. He still takes it pretty deeply.
In response, he summons flames that cover him, and under the flames, a fair portion of his wounds slowly knit back together. He then redirects the existing magma dragon to again attack Tiamat and her wyvern, its flaming body creating another roar.

Raising a shield of flame and even appearing to manage to heal himself in the process, what a pain of an opponent she had come across. Of course she was prepared with her own attacks as well in the end. Once again, she would simply dive right into the maw of the magma dragon and take it's attack head on before it even managed fully create it's entire mass in her presence. She wasn't that far away, so it did not need to go too far to hit her after all. Her teeth gritting tightly as she moves through the liquid flames and releases a hissing whistle out as she emerged. Rikaa her Wyvern who had cast itself to the side and away from the fighting immediately took to action, rushing forwards and releasing a sudden belch of flame from it's small mouth towards Isamu. The flame going from a natural redish orange to a sudden stark white, reminiscent of pure chakra. As it was now pure chakra, along with the black tipped flames that surrounded Tiamat's blade immediately after her Dragon's flame attack. She slashes with an attack of her own, white and black flames of chakra forming into a halberd like shape as she slashes close range at Isamu and attempts to cut him down once again, while casting the Karinzanjutsu, Blasting Type: Dragon Cannon at sword's reach directly into him in the process. She wasn't sure if he could defend again or not, but she knew that she had to deal as much damage as possible and combing this kenjutsu style with the modified flames of her own specialty chakra affinity and her blade known as the Dragon's Maw would hopefully result in a perfect strike and quick defeat. She was not sure how many more times she could take a hit from this magma dragon that the male kept summoning upon her, but based on her smoldering body she was certain that the moment the adrenaline left, the pain would be far more impossible to bare.

Isamu watches as the woman charged through his attack once again and retaliated with her own. First the little dragon like creature breathed flames that turned into pure chakra, bypassing Isamu’s natural clan given defenses against flames, and then the opponent followed it up with another attack from her katana, the combination of attacks fusing into what looked like a polearm. Isamu realizes that he doesn’t have any defenses strong enough to prevent these attacks from taking him out, especially as the wounds from the last attack start bleeding. He does his best to block what he can of the attack, and then goes down, the proctor having to rush in to heal him and ensure he doesn’t die from the damage.
