Knight Title: Amoris, Page of the Moon
Wonder Description:
Sinus Amoris, the Bay of Love, was a popular spot for young stargazing lovers, especially those in transitory periods in the relationship, those hoping to start new romance, and anyone not brave enough or of the temperament to venture to Venus. In the center sits the wonder itself, a sparkling citystate thirty miles wide. People would come to visit the ornate fountains--for which Amoris was known--to throw trinkets into the water and make wishes. To better highlight the shimmery silver land around Amoris and not compete with the skies, it was often conservatively lit. In the center of the city sat an observatory made with the finest Mercurian instruments.
In modern times, the fountains no longer flow with crisp clear water, and there are no longer eager whispers and laughter, nor the musings of gaggles of astronomers humming over the observatory. Its marble and quartz buildings lay dormant and silent. The collegium attached to the observatory has fallen into disrepair, the observatory itself sealed off. Silica has streaked and stained the walls of many of the buildings, especially near the canals that used to span the wonder. Those canals are now dry and as dormant as everything else.
Uniform: Amoris will lean more toward the ouji lolita end of things! Possible style (with relevant colours obvs) directions for him to go as he stages up are:

Top -- silky waistcoat in the fourth colour over long-sleeved white undershirt
Bottoms -- high-waisted breeches in the first colour
Gloves -- palm-length white gloves (go to, but not quite cover, the wrist)
Belt -- none
Shoes -- pointed-toe heeled ankle-height shoes
Shoulders -- bolero-length open jacket in the second colour
Accessories -- tucked-in cravat in the fourth colour with ornate cravat pin
(I'm making his art myself, so I might adjust which colour goes where if I see it looks too busy or weird)
Weapon & Magic
Page Weapon: A silver [astrolabe] the size of a small dinner plate/frisbee and about as useful in combat.
Squire: The astrolabe is now the size of a buckler or small shield. Spinning the discs activates a shimmery moonlight visual effect that can be channeled for up to 45 seconds. Within a radius of ten feet, it gives allies an ethereal sparkle to their appearance and a boost to hope/morale, and it might be distracting to enemies (ooh shiny shiny).
Knight Weapon: The astrolabe is the size of a larger shield and functions like one, though not large enough to completely cover himself and anyone else. It can be used to hit things as a crude blunt weapon in an emergency. As the discs spin, the engravings glow and channel a brighter, more striking moonlight effect. It again gives allies an ethereal, almost magical sparkle to their appearance and correspondingly can boost their mood and insight during battle. Enemies would be distracted or demoralized. This lasts for a total pool of a minute and works within a fifteen foot radius.
