Celadonite had thought about this possible newfound power while he ate his fries, and all through the night up until he fell asleep, and the next day, he decided to try it out for real this time, decided to see if it had just been a fluke or to see if he actually had some kind of new power.
…He didn’t want to try it on Fausite, not just because he was stronger, but he didn’t want to look a fool if he was wrong, so after a moment, he drew out his tablet and sent a quick message to Azurite.
Quote: Hey there! It’s your friendly half youma buddy who you sparred with the other day? I think something strange is going on with me, and I kind of want to use you as a test subject, I promise you won’t get hurt but could you please meet me in the park that we met at before? I’ll be there at nine, and I hope to see you there!
There…that didn’t give everything away but let her know that something was obviously going to happen.
He let the message go and sighed, softly running his claws over the scales on his arms and looking thoughtful.
If there was some…what, power of suggestion? Well…that would just…
…That would be really neat.
Another few minutes of compilation and then Celadonite teleported himself to the park, hoping that Azurite would show up.

Azurite had just been chilling, once again collecting energy when her tablet went off. She couldn't help but snicker as she read the note. Shooting off a quick reply, she made her way to the park. She owed him anyway.
"Honey, you're a half youma. Pretty sure you've passed the 'something strange' part." Though, she had to admit. He mad it work. It was a good look for him. She hadn't come across many half youma, but she had heard stories. And given youma didn't take to her particularly well... She opted to keep as much distance as she could from them.
"So what's up?" Azurite asked before pausing. ".... Please tell me you're not about my magic again." The senshi asked, making a face. "I'd really like to avoid getting the wrath of a General because you wanted to build an immunity to being deprived of air."

Celadonite grinned at her words, pleased when he felt her show up. “I’m glad you came, Az. Okay, so I’m going to just…I don’t want to tell you what I think it is, I don’t want you influenced by your mind or anything so…just…trust me for a few minutes.”
He moved closer to her, reaching out and gently cupping her cheek, holding her gaze for a few moments before he felt the power behind his eyes building, and then, with a soft smile, and softer words he spoke.
“All right, Azurite. I want you to balance on one leg, and then pat your head and rub your stomach.”
He let his hand fall, but lightly brushed the tips of his claws over the smooth skin of her cheek as he took a step back, not breaking eye contact once.[Mistress Morbid] When a target locks eyes with Celadonite, he has the ability to employ hypnosis. Even a side glance can be compelling enough to initiate the magic. For the duration of his magic, the target will feel compelled to look into his eyes; they are extremely susceptible to basic interrogation (they cannot be forced to reveal information about identity or meta faction information unless in an approved plot) and can be compelled to follow basic commands (but the magic cannot be used to force someone to power down or cause life threatening harm to them without player consent/plot approval). This can be used on one target at a time; it can be used for thirty seconds twice per day.

"I'd hafta be mental not to come when a pretty thing like you calls~" Azurite replied, with a matching grin. Though, it quickly morphed into a look of confusion. "Oooookay..."
He was in her face next, cupping her cheek. Azurite turned an impressive shade of reddish pink, rivaling the colors in her uniform.
Well frick.
He spoke suddenly, and her attention snapped back to him.
"Umm." She spoke at first, tripping over her own words and trying not to focus to damn hard on the fact he had claws. But she got up all the same, to do as he asked. "Yeah, uh okay." Azurite muttered. "Do I get any context here? I don't get what's going on." Needless to say she was confused. "I uh... Have to admit though, I didn't think I could do the this. I sucked at it as a kid. The pat rub thing. Not the balancing." She still had not broken eye contact with him. "....This is pay back for the magic, isn't it?"
What had she gotten herself into?

“Good, very good. I’m glad that you can do it, Azurite, honestly, you can do anything you put your mind to.” Celadonite grinned, his fangs glinting slightly and then seemed thoughtful, still not looking away. “Turn in a circle for me, please? Just a circle, then go back to what you were doing.”
If eye contact was necessary, then her turning away would end whatever magic this was…but if it wasn’t…well, he would know.
The last one seemed to break out of whatever trance she was in, whatever bubble of…authority he had spread over her when he had looked away…
“I really do appreciate you doing this for me. I know it must seem really silly.” She looked silly, and it took all of the half youma’s control not to chuckle at the sight but…he didn’t. He didn’t want her angry for using her as a test dummy like this but…
He was learning a lot.

Azurite made a face,
This was totally revenge for the magic.
"Glad someone's having fun with this..." Azurite muttered, shooting him a look before sticking her tongue out in defiance.
Still, she turned.
"I wasn't doing anything. Just energy gathering." When her back was towards him, she paused. "Wait. Why do the complicated thing first, and then a basic circle." Unless...
Words failed her as she stared at the Captain, unsure whether to ask if she'd set herself up, or if this was something of his doing. Then again, she wasn't even sure what to ask to begin with.
"I mean... I've played werewolf with some other Agents before so it's definitely not the silliest thing I've done.... Though I definitely feel pretty silly right now... Did... this help you figure anything out?" Not that she knew what he was looking for.
"Get your laughs in while you can. I know you want to." She couldn't blame him too much. Had she been in a similar situation, she probably would have gotten in a snicker or two herself.

“It helped a great deal, thank you.” Celadonite finally did give a small chuckle and shook his head. “I would never laugh at you, but I think I’ve discovered an ability to influence people to do what I wish, but I also think I need eye contact. I want to do a bit more research, but you, thank you seriously. It means a lot that you were willing to be my test subject, and if there’s ever anything you need, just let me know.”
He gave one last grin, looking terribly pleased and began thinking of his next steps for this. “I need to go write down my findings and figure out who to tell next, but, you have a good night, Azurite. You’re a very good friend, and I couldn’t have done this without you.”
Leaning forward, Celadonite gave her a light, friendly kiss on her cheek and teleported away, wanting to write down everything while it was fresh in his mind.
