Azurite sighed as she walked the one of the paths at the park she was in. Maybe it had been stupid today. Her head just wasn't in the game. But still, here she was, taking little bits of energy from people who strayed to close or just weren't paying in attention in general. With another sigh and a small shake of her head, she deposited her recent pull into a her subspace pocket when the presence of another power caused her to pause.
Odd... She'd never seen anyone else here... But then again, she wasn't actively checking parks like she use to.
Following the energy, she soon found herself staring at Captain. "Well... Hello there." She said. "Aren't you cute."

Celadonite was laying on a metal slide, soaking up the residual heat from the day. He felt the aura of a corrupted senshi, but it obviously wasn’t a threat, so he hadn’t bothered to open his eyes until she spoke and then he gave a nearly inaudible sigh and sat up, yawning big enough to show his fangs, his vision bleary from the half nap he had been enjoying.
“Suppose I am. Who do I have the pleasure to meet tonight?”
His eyes flickered over her outfit and he gave a small nod of approval. It was nice, and the colors were pleasing.
“Celadonite. Half Youma Captain. At your service.” Stretching and giving a soft sigh as his back popped several times, the Captain stood up and held his hand out, giving a smile.

Oops. Guess she had disturbed him. Hadn't meant to do that...
"Ah.. I'm Azurite, Senshi of the Thermosphere." She said, shaking his hand. Azurite glanced between the Captain and the slide for a moment. She wasn't about to question him on whatever he was doing. That was his business, not hers. "Uh...I can leave you to... get back to whatever you were working on. I didn't mean interrupt you... I felt the signature and... Yeah."
Well this wasn't awkward... Totally not.
"Unless there's something you need of me?"

He paused and shrugged, watching her for a minute and then rubbing his eyes, trying to wake himself up a little more. “We could spar, if you wanted. I don’t get to spar with many new senshi, and your sphere isn’t something that I can pinpoint what the magic would be like.”
Truthfully, Celadonite didn’t realize he was doing it. He hadn’t yet found or used any of his youma abilities, but as he looked at Azurite, his gaze softened for a moment and then grew more intense. “It could be fun, and beneficial for the both of us, don’t you think?” There was a strange power behind his words, and though he wasn’t sure what it was that he was doing…he could feel that it was something.
“Go on, attack me.”

Azurite snorted. "Oh... I uh.. I'm not 'new'. I've been around for a while. I just." She waved a hand. He didn't need her life story. "Things are just taking longer then I thought they would. It happens though."
"I've kinda... always related it to airsickness? Or something along the lines of that." She, stared at him for a moment, thinking. "Long story short. Sick. You get sick. My magic is nothing special... Unlike you however." He was something she couldn't do. Not without giving everything up.
Azurite nodded slightly, as if considering. "I've never really fought a half youma before." She'd known a few, but that as it. "I suppose this is, a good idea..." The senshi took a few steps back, putting some distance between her and the Captain. "No offense cutie, but I don't want to get caught in this so... You're on your own with this one." Taking a breathe, Azurite snapped her fingers. "Azurite Sphere Ripple!"
Don't come at me for this formating, this is how it was written when I got her. D: Someday she'll see a revision. (Her lack of usage numbers is actually why I say she doesn't like using her magic.)
Sailor Scout Attack: Azurite Sphere Ripple! With a subtle snap of her fingers the air ripples in front of a person in a bubble effect that extends out ten feet around the person. Inside of this bubble the air starts to heat up and thin over thirty seconds. When the thirty seconds are ended, the bubble pops and the air returns to normal. The effect is also broken if the person walks out of the sphere.
Affects of thin air on the body: Headache is just the start. Symptoms of acute mountain sickness, or AMS, the most common mountain malady experienced above 9,000 feet, include nausea, dizziness and extreme fatigue. Sufferers also vomit, cough or have difficulty sleeping. AMS feels like the flu, seasickness or a bad hangover.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Azurite Sphere Ripple! -- Power Up! The bubble's radius extends to 15 feet and the air heats faster though the duration remains the same.

“Well you’re a new face to me. You’re not someone who I’ve met before!” Celadonite gave a little chuckle and a fond little smile, at least until the magic took hold and…oh. Oh well. She was right, and he didn't like it.
When the sphere moved atop of him, he frowned and then tried to take in a breath and found it terribly difficult to do…ah. Yes that. That was rather unpleasant, but Celadonite wanted to keep seeing what it did, and though the magic seemed to be getting worse, he tried to power through it.
The world spun slightly and the Captain shuddered, falling to a knee as he tried to breathe, and then looked up at the senshi, scoffing. “...You’re right.” His head was pounding but he had to continue to be snarky, he couldn’t help it. “...I don’t like it. You’re right.”

Azurite winced as she watched. At least he understood now. The magic dispersed and she moved to kneel next to the Captain. "Yeeeah, I uh... I don't like using it honestly. I get it's got potential but I also feel it's a bit more on the dangerous side..." Azurite waved her hand dismissively.
"I've got some advil or something if you want it." The senshi offered a hand to help him stand, to keep him steady. "We can move to sit back on the slide. I can go find you something to drink." She glanced at the slide for a moment. Thankfully no one had come around. They were still alone, for now. "I can help you back to the rift if you want... or call someone?" She felt bad that she left him in a state like this, even if he'd asked for it.

Celadonite shook his head, letting out a long breath once the magic had faded. “Dangerous isn’t bad when you’re trying to defend yourself. That magic could easily save your life, Azurite.”
He drew in another long breath, enjoying the feeling of having full lungs once again. It…you never realized how much you appreciated it until it was gone. “...Nah, nah I’ll be okay, don’t worry about me. Just need to breathe for a few minutes, then I’ll head back home.”
Celadonite gave another long, deep breath and gave the corrupted senshi a crooked grin. “I’d love to spar with you again sometime. I wonder if having that magic used on you more than once, I wonder if I can build up some kind of immunity to it. Doubtful but, if you’d be up for it, could we do this again sometime? Maybe a week from now? Or…well. Whenever you’d want to. Just send me a message on the ol’ tablet, yeah?”
He winked at her and his grin broadened, showing fangs that glinted faintly. “I’ll see you around, thank you for showing me what you can do. It’s pretty epic, if I do say so myself.”
And he did. With a nod of his head, he teleported himself back to the house in Negaspace and fell onto his bed, utterly and completely exhausted.
